I have complaints on my fastrack watch ‚ it’s strap is broken and it is in warranty period but the shopkeeper is not changing the watch strap free as it is in warranty period the watch should be repaired by them. please help me I had buyed this watch on 11/11/2018. its model no is NK6015SL02,HSN CODE is 9102 and within 2 month your watch strap is broken, how it's possible that means you using a chip quality material so I want a replacement of my watch, Please help me.

Actually, when i connect the band to android mobile, it is vibrating every 3mins for band syncing data,, help me to turn off that vibration,, because its disturbing me for every 3mins, its useless notify.. Please help me.

One month old titan watch, 10 time showroom come but not repair. Do not buy from titan they have third class watch.

I took a new fastrack watch online but the box of the watch was different from what they normally give.

I bought one Titan Raga watch from snapdeal web site. So i need to check whether its original or not. how i can check the serial no given on back side of the watch is 9710SM01.

It doesn't look original. No given back of the watch 9162SL04SAA. I brought it from snap deal.

Dear sir,ma'am,

I purchased Titan watch from Jaipur Central mall on 01/07/2018. The gold plating on the watch started to fade after 5-6 months. When we visited the store they asked us to come later on since it was peak season and they told that the watch might get lost from them. After 2 more visits, they accepted the watch and warranty card on 20/01/2019. They replaced the chain and gave the watch back in March 2019. After 3-4 months the plating started fading again. The store is not accepting to repair/replace the same as they are saying that the warranty is valid for only one year from the date of purchase. I request you to please look into the matter and provide a solution for the same because the chain was changed in March 2019.

I am a regular customer of Titan since 20 years and have never faced such issues. The attitude of the store people is extremely disappointing.

My request are misinterpreted, ignored and getting run around. I have submitted pictures of watch also.

as per my several subsequent emails i have written for strap for titan edge 1191ssc it is slide in lug ends for screwed casings strap width 22mm x thick 2mm i believe.

I also need clasp screwed in for for Titan edge 1191 size in which is 20mm x 15 mm and thickness of strap is approximately around 2mm. as per several pictures which are very clear and would have been understood properly that i need strap and clasp for Titan edge 1191.

Information provided for Zee Watch Group are unreachable and hoping i will be assisted fairly and promptly.

My wife had visited one of your location in Bandra and did not get assistance two weeks back and i am hoping at-least as reputable company I will receive sincere support and replacements of strap which i believe is 22mm width and thickness 2mm?

I need four screws or i could get clasp in old strap since the one in is which getting bad and clips on clasp will soon not be locking. New clasp is for old strap in Titan watch at the moment which is 20mm x 15 mm and thickness of strap is approximately around 2mm.

In old strap in one end around clasp is 20mm and other end going fits on watch is 22mm.

Dear Sir,

I have buy your Fast Track smart watch “ Fastrack reflex” from world of Titan Show room, Alkapuri, Vaoddar, Guajrat on 22.05.21, to give Gift to my Brother on his Birthday on 06.06.21

Only within day 25 days the smart watch was not working properly. The Battery was discharged in same day & not working properly.

I have visited the Show Room & return the watch for repairing purpose 06.07.21 (world of Titan Show room, Alkapuri, Vaoddar, Guajrat)

Now as on date i.e. 30.07.21 ( i.e. after 24 days) they have neither repair the watch nor return. They are telling that the watch is not repairable & returning the same defective watch to me. Still The watch is under warranty period every they are not ready to replace/repair.

I am very much disappoint with this Poor Service & support. My whole family have using the Titan & Fast Track watch.

After buying such a costly watch, i had to visit the showroom for repair multiple times, it is meaningless. Please let me know why so poor quality product is being sold and frustrate the user. I am looking for replacement.

I am writing today to complain about poor service.

I gave my Titan watch to Rajkot Titan showroom for repairs and went to the showroom 2-3 times to pick it up but work was not done and told me after 10 days that part of it was not available. Call you after the repairs are done. But no call came. So I visited the showroom and got the same answer

Really bad experience, they don't know how to respond. Very rude response. And I thought you were doing me a favor by repairing this.

Yesterday (23.12.2021 ) I was visited Titan world in Avni revarside mall, for battery change, they service my watch and charged RS 1250, even they didn't provide any bill ,they given only hand written bill, My watch also not working properly, this the service of Titan world ,it like normal shop. Please suggest what I will do, my watch not working properly.

Dear Sir,

My experience with TITAN has been worst. In fact, the brand titan name which I used to understand and share with others, the response of the company and its credibility is other way round. This i could understand with a purchase a moderately premium watch whiich I bought from titan show room.

I had bought a Titan watch from New Swiss time house, kochi on 28/4/2017. In fact this watch was gifted to me by my family on my 50th Birthday. Since the watch is titan, I assumed the quality and reliability is far beyond Excellence.
Recently two to three months back, I noticed some dusty marks on the white dial guage. Though this watch is expensive one with 100% waterproof ( 50 mtr water resistant), this water scars made me doubtful about the performance of watch including its aesthetic view. I am attaching the photograph of watch with scar marks and also the invoice dated 28/4/2017.

I had spoken to your customer care team and based on their advice I gave my watch to titan service centre at Oberon mall kochi on 13/11/2021 and the acknowledgement form was shared to customer care team. I got a full assurance from the customer care team stating that they will address the issue by analysing the problem involved in the watch and give feedback. Most probably either it seems manufacturing defect or it may be design issues. About a month back, I got a call from your team stating that watch is repaired and amount of Rs 550/- is incurred for the repair of watch. In fact the customer care team made myself and the service team come in concall and made me understand the repair charges. Which itself shows a bad approach by Titan customer care is concerned.

At the onset of this development, customer care till date has not clarified the following:

1) What was the defect with the watch. And why a feedback was not sought from me for letting me know the defect and then go for repair.

2) The watch is stated to be 50 mtr water resistant meaning if you go with the watch inside of water till 50 mtr then the Ingress protection holds good.

3) When you are stating 50 mtr water resistant validity period

4) The dial is the major component and it is the watch itself but if it has any manufacturing issue or design defect then the same need to be addressed/changed without any additional cost to me.

By just changing the dial, the core issue is still not resolved. What is the guarantee that the watch will not be defective again.

With this background in the back of mind, I request readers not go for premium watches of TITAN since they are not sure that whatever is written in watch, whether it is holds good or not. In fact it is person who wears it, it is purely based on his luck then water prrof holds good and not due to quality of watch. The watch is still in repair centre and nobody from Titan is ready to answer. In fact I request people to go with any other watch other than titan.
