I ordered a hot glue gun and i paid delivery and product amount online. It it was not delivered even after the expected delivery date. On calling customer care i was told it was not ordered. PLs check why was it not ordered or else refund my amount to my account.

I have ordered hotwheels on 5th October,I got delivery message on 7th October and i contacted by delivery man but due to some work I requested him to delivery at Gandhipuram but refused and told for single delivery I can't, l agreed to get it next day.as I have been in out of station, I requested him to delivery at 2:00 pm and he also called me to vellalore and when I reached he was not there and he was called me many places but he couldn't come there nearly I was on road more than 1.5 hours and his phone was switched off more than half an hour.finally he refused to delivery the product.he was created the tension situation and gave mental stress to me.so I want proper response and reply immediately and an assurance that it should not happen in future.

We ordered multi purpose plastic modular storage system we thought it would be big enough but its smaller than we expected so that's the reason we want to return it. We hope you accept our request.

I ordered a bag of American tourister worth rupees 653 and the order no. Is 40558359584841910. when I got the bag it was not big enough for me so I replaced it and asked fr the refund...but i did not get the refund at tht time. Then I again ordered a bag worth rupees 1300 and cancelled the order after some hours and I was being told that i will get my money back by 4th of October. Its 9th of October still i didn't get my money... this is seriously gross.

I have book mi y2_Blue phone _10th_oct. I watch in amazon web that front side is black and back side blue. after that i book order. today i have receive my mi y2 mobile. that is front side is white and back site is blue. then i see difference in front side is white but your web is show black. Amazon send me the wrong item. I need to be get my product as soon as possible.

Pls return the product because product damaged and provided the old product by amazon company.

I got the order from the 06/10/2018 Led TV micromax 81 cm/ 32 in. there is some problem on the screen so can you replace it or refund the money. i have call up to the customer many times. but they didn't take serious on this matter.

This therapy machine was not good . I am not satisfied with this product. There was high flow of current. After use this machine skin rashes on my body. I want refund my money.

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on 12 October ND delivery date was 13 October. But they didn't deliver till 16 October. Now amazon say we will refund ur money back bt I don't want money back I want my order. If u refund my money so plz refund my money with interest.

Inspite of all my bank details being appropriate my refund of money is being frequently with held. The staff at the customer care services are asking Check the bank details furnished even though being right. It has been almost 30 days I hope for a quick and effective service sooner for the refund of my product.
