Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased LED smart TV on dated 20-6-2017.after purchase 6 months display problem start. We complaint for the same at ur C.C center. They sent tech. But at the time no electricity at home mean while we went out of City. After come we again complaint for the same. To C.C number. On month may as in warranty period. & Taking follow up for my complaint. On dated 24-9-2018, I submit my LED at ur mahape NBP workshop. From dated 24 to till date 9-10-18,ur tech. Giving me various reasons for delay of delivery.

Very poor service complaint no - 0103.

RMN _ 9996165789 I had purchased a Sansui LED it has some defect in panel . I request to customer service centre to replace or repair it but they always answers that parts are not available . If parts are not available kindly tell us the proper date when these parts are going to come near abt 32 days over and whenever I make a call there is a same answer to me that parts are not available. If parts are not available then why you have open this international company . When I make a call to Arun ji (our area manager) he is not picking my phone. What a bad service!

Now can you confirm when this LED is going to repair.

Sansui TV complaint register on 14.07.2018 & still it is pending & before two month your person (Vishal Chandrani) ask me that it is solved before 25th September but still nothing happened & you are not receiving my call.

Now customer care people asking me to talk with service center regarding part pending but after almost 4 months part is pending so give me new TV & take back your old TV & when part receive than install the same & return to me.

I am very sorry to say your service is very poor & nobody is giving me answer that when TV repairs or replaced.

I was purchased Sansui Pro View 102cm 40 inch Full HD LED Smart TV 2019 Edition on 12/09/2016 sansui tv from flipkart, New delhi on few days before display blinking, our tv is under warranty as per given warranty card from flipkart.

Dear Concern Team,
For the last 2 month i am surfing for resolutions.

Simply please give my reply Why is not resolved my problem from last 2 month @if my TV is under warranty???. If not able to resolve it please replace my TV to NEW.

If in 2 days my problem is not resolved i will take legal action and complain to ( Consumer court )  i have proof for warranty which i have attached.

No body there for contact for support. Jeevas Team is saying we can not help please contact directly to flipkart. I have already followed form last 2 month every where. but third class support. no body response.

I will take help from consumer court online.

I have purchased a Sansui tv in JULY 2022 ( invoice enclosed) which picture got dead in just 2month after which i have registered complain Service Request No.- GJSL220924370388, the engineer visited just after 1day but was unable to repair my tv and told me that the part needs to be replaced. But even after 10 days there is no response from your side. This was not expected from a reputable company and I request you to look into the matter and repair my smart or replace the tv with a new one as soon as possible.

I've a bad experience with Sansui TV. I had purchased my TV on dt.6.12.2021 and after 10 Months my TV shown vertical lining on left side when I complaint it to Service Centre they told to me this type of service could not give the Company. I just fail to understand.

Total shit after 6 month your tv is not working.
After calling you service guys comes and check and says I'll be back in one week and after one week he checks and a suddenly it's blast and says that we have put the water in it... I don't know what kind of people you guys are hiring... First they say I don't have that parts and come after some days .... Than after the tv you guys have to say that water was put inside the tv ... And also calling the customer they say don't say all this to us ... I guess your customer call people are sleeping or I guess Sansui life is around 6 month only .... After that your tv is not working.... Or better hire a good engineer to resolve the problem otherwise don't sell the tv.

The agent that had cone from the company for TV installation was very rude and arrogant. He did not bother to talk politely to my parents instead commented about waste of money for buying a new Tv.. Sansui team please ask your agents to be polite and do the work they ate assigned for instead of bringing someone’s morale down.
