I received the product without MRP tag, and that too defective product, old and used product with two holes on the back of t shirt and with a hanger.

I have talked several times to the customer care, talked to higher representatives as well [Rahul - manager level] but no action taken.

I ordered return of the product twice but ekart person refuses to take back the product since they have to compulsorily scan the MRP tag as they say.

OD113422641361527000 is my order id. I expected that it will be a very good order, but is the worst product. Low quality, not easy to use, clips went out in every five minutes. While placing the order I didn't notice that it was a non-returnable order, that was my first mistake and my second mistake is having a blindfolded faith in Flipkart. I thought they must have checked the quality of the item before letting the customers buy it. Though my money is already wasted I would return this product to Flipkart without expecting any refund. because every time I am seeing it, it is making me angry on my choice and on Flipkart as well.

I received an incorrect delivery on the 20th of September and asked for a replacement. But I was told only a refund was possible as the seller did not have the original goods. Nice way to harass the customer. The the customer service kept insisting that a refund is possible only to the customer's account. I received at least 6-7 calls stating the same. The last person I spoke to said the same thing and when I told him the company policy in the app says differently the said that the information was not updated there. Hense l'm attaching a screenshot of the regular posted in the app. The matter has not been resolved and if you are waiting for the return period to get over this mail will take care of that. Please ensure a demand draft is delivered at the address from where the incorrectly delivered product will be picked up.

I had placed an order Samsung on 6 with exchange offer with flip kart..Due to color damage my exchange item rejected by your salesman.and my order was cancelled by you I have paid amount 11790 to flip-kart on 12th Sept 2018.But did not get my refund.I have spoken with your executive team with toll free number and they said i will get my amount before 25th Sept.But nothing happened.

As I have told you that the shoe that came to me is old and messy, which I sent a request to take back. and The boy who came to take him back, he also refused to take him today. and says that a old and used. So i can not take back. So now you tell me when this shoe is new, why would I request it to be given back? And yes when he came here today, he has torn the packet into bad circumstances.

On September 22nd I ordered the Prestige pkgss Electric Kettle its worth was ₨. 1215 against COD. But on 22nd again i have tried to pay payment through Allahabad Bank Net banking against ref. no. 609831747 and 609828575 both time amount defected from my account Rs.1215 but flipkart is showing not received money.From this date to up today i did not get any information about my refund amount from the flipkart. please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

Agar Aap ki policy me paise wapas Karna hai products pasand nahi hone prr to acchi baat hai prr customer ko exchange kiye hue products ka balance gift voucher me kyu, customer ko uska products bhi wapas karna chahiye, his tarah aap apna products lene pr amount transfer karte hai, usi tarah. Customer ko uska exchange kiya hua product wapas milna chahiye....

I have ordered a asus Zenfone 5 z in kolkata.when it delivered it was nt working properly.After lodged a complaint flipkart people took time to accepted the issue.I haved talked to the customer care and nobody directed me well.Everyone was saying different things for the same problem.and now after getting the replacement,charger is missing in the parcel.

I have never thought that kind of services you people are providing to their customers.Its been 14 days i m suffering because of Flipkart.Pathetic experience with flipkart. Now i don't want any explanation just want my refund as soon as possible.
