Does your customer care number even works? do you have empoyees to answer the customerscalls?? or are the employees always busy and do not answer the customers call which is their ONLY job!!!
Anytime before 11pm if i try to call, it says our executives are busy. Busy? what are they doing? not once but almost 8 times at different times i tried calling. but the executives are ALWAYS busy!!! The Manager better take care of your busy empoyees. they are busy for your customers.!Never helping!!!!
Non-responsive customer support
I have paid for the new connection 6 days back and no internet connection has been established yet. I have tried to contact Customer Care but no response. The line seems to be busy all the time. When I tried to contact line technician, I got same response for first 3 days saying that it would be done today and later he too don't answer my calls.
These guys are so unprofessional. Don't understand how to trust them. Very annoying experience with ACT Fibernet.
Net not working from 10 days
What the hell, what is this service? From 10 days back my internet is not working and i am calling daily to customer care, there are not giving and response. only one option is open only just pay the bill. If your not unable give us good service, please remove this network will join some new.
Poorest service oriented
The customer care number always busy. I am lucky to get c.c.number, complained about net failure. Received SMS immediately in stereo type, attending the failure will be rectified within 24hours, not rectified again complained, same reply, SMS reply, it will be rectified within 24hours. Today not less than 100 times tried to contact customer care. I am failed. Act fiber net is one of the worst and unreliable service. For payment of bill, innumerable mails. SMSs will be sent to the customer, thinking of filing a suit in consumer forum for deficiency of service. Damages and loss incurred in business. Act fibrenet is requested to disconnect your service at once.
Act networking problem
I did called ACT technician his name naveen 7337558521, that person not answering and not lift my call and 04066272727 not working that number. There is networking problem delay my some office work what are you doing? i did complain morning at 11:30 but there is no result. what are you doing tomorrow your send act technician to solve the networking problem other wise i will change the other broadband connection.
Net problem
In these 4 days done nearly 200 calls because of net problem. Worst quality. No proper service, no net speed. Buffering more 797/_ per month. Everytime 24 hrs to resolve. Worst worst worst.
Customer support not answering me
I'm trying to reach customer service but no one is helping me. Please answer my call I need to reactivate my account.
They didn't even giving me the wire connection
They'll come and pay me the bill but didn't give me the wire connection ,I'm trying to reach customer care but they didn't send me the technician.
