I using mobile OPPO A57 I bought only 6 month ago but its working not good bettery backup is not good. Also cemera quality is not good. Most problem is battery backup. When we fully charged only in 2-3 hours discharge. At general working, Plz solve my problems.

Hello OPPO TEAM,

I purchased the OPPO F3 Plus on 20th Oct 2017(IMEI Number:863885033504630) and from the last one month I'm facing Signal issue\Network problem in my OPPO F3 Plus handset, even I have used the different SIMs of Service providers (Airtel,Vodafone and Idea) but the issue is the same also I have changed the SIM slots but on both SIM slots the issue is same, aside this the same SIM is working fine on my other mobile but not on OPPO handset.

I have visited to Pace Tel Systems Private Limited Service Center at Rohini Sec-3 on dated 16th Sep,2018 and they changed my mobile board (Workorder No: INDL00520180916R4640) still the issue is same.

From the last two days I'm trying to call customer care and service center but they only advise me to visit again to service center to troubleshoot further. I don't know if they change the mobile board then what part is left? if left then why they not addressed it in my first visit ? It is clearly showing that CustomerCare and service center mentally and physically harass me.

Let me know what I have to do with my faulty handset whether it will get repaired or it should be changed. I'm sure this kind of poor services let down the OPPO market value.

I from dhule on 6/9/2018 i buy new oppo f9 pro qith warrent and within 20 days is liquid issue is there then give a phone to service centre dhule they are talking like your phone to nagpur fir repair and today but before 2 or 3 days they give me phone slip on that slip they write after repair the and after some day the show some or display or battery or another will not taking responsibility.

I had purchased Oppo Neo 7 S/N 862F90AO from M/s We care Computer Sales and Service, Kasaragod Dist on 5.1.2017 (cost Rs.8,400/-). Suddenly it is not working. I went to the same Oppo shop to get it checked and told me that software of the phone has damaged and kept there four days. 5th day I asked but in vain that he not loaded the soft ware. Now the handset is with me without repair. Your valuable suggestion in this regard is requested where I will get it repaired from your authorised service centre available at Kasaragod or Kannur Dist and how much amount I have to pay OR if any free of cost service is available to load the software.

Oppo mobile is good but some man made delay is occuring for service.

I bought realme 1. By mistake i broke screen but after 10 days no one can change it ever time service center have been told me that the parts are not available it will come after two days who is responsible to delay this.

Sir i wants to open new service centre in Joura dist. Morena MP there is no service centre of oppo. If any customer have a minor problem he will go 50 km for service centre.

I have purchased oppo a7 gold piece with the cost 17,200 before one week back at happi Mobile shop, guntur. The problem is when i did restart my mobile it got hanged automatically without any reasons.

Hi Team,

I had to file a concern regarding the after sales service provided by OPPO at Jaynagar Bangalore center.

I accidentally broke the screen of my F9 Pro which i bought 4 month ago. I visited the service center dated 24/02/2019 to get it fix. After through testing my mobile the service center updated me to get the new screen fitted. I ask them to get the screen fixed on the same day. But they informed me the stock is not available and will be delay by 2 day.

Since then im calling them to get it fix but their response is the stock is still not available. Is this the after sale services provided by OPPO?.

My business is getting affected because of the contacts stored in the Phone. I this kind of service continuous for sure your sales will get affected and also the customers.

Please kindly look into this matter. The work order # INKA042-190225007.

1. Make a figure print senor to click the pics in oppo f9 pro.
2. Give update to oppo users to have party music.
3. Still there is no updating on new phones to slide to Clear notifications.
4. Give an option to set the pic as whatsapp profile pic, facebook etc., social media.
5. There is no way to access the files which are hidden in file manager, i. e., the file with dot.
6. By using the figure print senor or by identifying the pin the phone needs to switch the user just like in PC.
7. Minimize the screen recording storage. It consumes lot of memory allocation to record the screen.

I am using to oppo a3s, i have no name delur because goverment scheme provide to me this phone. my oppo a3s is blast and but no one was injured. My phone problem is company fault so you are to solve otherwise i am going to file case in consumer court.

I purchage oppo f3 plus 1yr ago. in between 6 month ear phone faulty....after another 6 month another ear which also replaced get faulty.......so tell me how the product get faulty with in 6 month. i want to complain against the oppo in Consumer forum. SO I NEED QUICK SOLUTION.

I am using oppo A5 2020 but since a week its touch is not working properly. How and where to get it corrected?

I have brought oppo watch and ear buds on oct 27th and the 2 products are defective and i gave it to service centre on oct 28th but till today i didnt get response from my service centre and wen i tried calling customer care they didnt respond. Worst company ever i have seen in my life. I wont suggest any 1 to buy products from oppo.
