Message received after purchase of tickets. But, to the scheduled time van/bus not reached. one hour thirty minutes waiting. My tour programme was spoiled, due to negligence and irresponsible, and cheated us. Worst agent. Demanding for refund with damages.

Dear Sir,

Yesterday night we have booked a ticket online for bus #6471 time 08.45 am from Hyderabad MGBS to Yemmiganur seat # 01 in the name of "Jayashree". We have paid amount thru Debit Card against the OTP recd to mobile, but till now we have not received the ticket details nor to the mobile or to the email id mentioned above. I had planned a travel from Pune to Mumbai on 13 April, 2017. The bus was scheduled for 6 a.m. But it did not come on time. When inquired on customer care they said that bus got punctured and will come in sometime. I waited till 7 a.m and called again. They ask to take some other bus because it will take atleast one hour more and we will refund your money. I took the cab and called them to refund the amount. they asked to contact redbus and we can't do anything. I raised the complaint on redbus but no response. When I tried to mail the same at support@redbus.in - the mail is not getting delivered. Whom should I call or mail to raise the concern.

I traveled from Chennai to Calicut on 10/5/18 in AVS non AC sleeper bus booked via RedBus paying Rs. 1999. On 11/5/18, when we reached Walayar (between 6 am to 7 am), the crews said bus has some mechanical problem, so they have arranged a vehicle. The vehicle was a Traveler van. Initially we demanded another sleeper but they disagreed to arrange. Finally we traveled in that Traveler and reached Calicut around 12 noon. And I lost one working day just because of the delay in reaching Calicut.

I have few questions.

1. In the message sent by AVS, there is no bus number. Why it happened?
2. Why did AVS arranged a Traveler than a sleeper bus?

​My demands

1. Compensate me in justice because I traveled in Traveler around 5 hours though I booked sleeper bus.​
2. Compensate me in justice because I reached late and lost my one working day.

I want you AVS and RedBus to get back to me within 24 hours with answers and justifiable compensatory measures.

I have cancelled the bus before 3 months but still i didn't get refund amount i have been writing emails more than 10 times but simply telling that your case is in processing and it will be credited within 7 working days but no use. and also the executive telling that your amount has credited to my ac but there is no refund amount i have fined. so I have attached 3 month bank statements also for your reference but no reply from your end. please do the needful soon.

I hav canceld my ticket 3 months ago and still i did not get any refund....shame on u people. Everytime we call u wll b saying the same thing again and again but no improvement...u r cheaters....big cheaters if i dont get mh refund i wll go to a court on consumer court....mind it

I took a ticket for delhi to jaipur on 19/08 at 12:40am and got a boarding from ISBT Kashmiri Gate but when ask the RSTC counter they told that this bus is not from this place. Because of this i need to book a private bus at the time and called your customer care service but they didn't took it seriously.

Now i just want my refund back of Rs 303.

I booked a ticket on 29th August from Lucknow to New Delhi , but bus is not available at the boarding point, and when I called the given numbers all three numbers are incorrect or not reachable , and i asked to enquiry counter they said bus is arriving on another station . It was totally shit. I request to red bus team to kindly maintain your services.

It was worst experience with u. I suggest everyone to to never travel or book ticket from this redbus.

I have booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Nilambur on 16th of August. By that day i got message from bus operator like the bus got cancelled and it was not able to cancel the ticket from RedBus, its telling like the last time to cancel the ticket was over. So i raised a complaint on very next day and till now i used to call them and getting the same response like within 24 hours we will update you. And No Updates till Now.. CHEATING CUSTOMERS.. and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have booked a ticket on 11th September 2018..bus operator did not call while departing.. later when i call the given number but it was switched off...because of that i missed bus and booked another ticked next day.

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 8th Sep 2018. Route: Bangalore To Kundapur and amount got deducted from my account,not received confirmation msg. Called customer care many times but same reply again and agin. Still have not received that refund amount in my bank account. Conservatives person please take necessary steps and refund my money back.

I have canceled the Ticket no. TM9X62509961 of Raj Ratan Tours and Travels for Indore to Mumbai. the Journey date was 16-9-2018 and the cancellation date was 12/9/2018. Trip Id was 12287007819800297.

Payment made by me through HDFC VISA Debit Card.

Got refund of one ticket cancellation for Mumbai to Indore of Rs/ 210.00 but not got the refund for Indore to Mumbai Rs/ 1583.00. Lodge the telephonic complain to vied complain no. 5401531 through you online customer executive Mr. Manish Dixit Mumbai. Please refund my money immediately and confirm about the delay with reason.

Issues faced with Red bus -
(A). Red bus customer care executive talks only in English language . As you are aware India's national language is Hindi so it is compulsory for you to have call center executive who can talk in Hindi . How can you force someone to talk in English only?
1 Sleeper bed dont have bed sheets. Not given water bottle.
2. Arrogant driver & conductor. They dont have manners to talk with passengers . I have request driver to be on time but he shouted at me
3. Travels came one & half hour late on pick up point
4. Travels Number provided by Red Bus while booking was switched off
5. Travels not dropped on drop point. Instead they forced me to get down outside the city.
6. Travels picked up & dropped many other passengers through all the villages . Reached my drop point 3 hours late.

I want feedback for my issues on urgent basis else I will complain about this issues on PM Modi site & transport department.

I like to bring to your kind notice that on 22.9.18 at 9.05am i had booked a tkt from Indore to Aurangabad. The payment was deducted before entering the otp and the tkt message i received was Aurangabad to Indore. When i tried to raise the issue on Redbus web site while putting the details it was showing my registered mobile number as wrong. After trying for 6 times than it accepted and same was with email address it was showing a wrong email id entered.

There is a issue with red bus website.

I kindly request you to please cancel my ticket and refund my money or i will have to take the issue to the consumer court and put the matter in local newspapers. I am having all the proofs to sue you and your website. If you are not cancelling the ticket you can postpone it but the same is also being not done. please revert me in this matter at the most urgently.

My name is not Ravi Shankar but I am constantly being called that instead of my correct name, which is Shankar S. Plus, despite writing to the National Consumer Forum of the Indian government, I have been receiving some Ravi Shankar's bus tickets but at my email address. How would the Redbus brand managers feel if I call them Redbug or by someone else's name but sent to their email address? I have even been lied to by Redbus that they have deleted the Redbus.in account that is under the name of some Ravi Shankar.

Moreover, they constantly harass me despite my having informed India Google Support about Redbus's attempts to steal my email address. I want serious action taken against Redvus.in. I did not want to take this issue online but I am left with no choice. They simply closed my complaint ticket number 6195159 by addressing me time and again by the wrong name and all this, despite writing to ceo @redbus.in and others, hoping to get help but redbus.in has been lying to me time and again about having solved the problem.

Hi, I booked a ticket in redBus. But due some reason the ticket has been cancelled by Bus operator and they suggested me to contact redBus for refund. But it's almost 2 weeks still I didn't get refund and very hard to catch support executive. If fortunately they picked the call, in 2-3 mins they are putting our call on hold and abruptly disconnecting the call. Even still I didn't get the solution for it.

Bus got cancelled but not informed to me and after following up for a long time they are not able to provide alternate as well so lost money as well as time and they are not listening to customer and the experience is pathetic.

They are keeping worst transporter and they do not bother to update customer on time and it came to know when customer complain to they and more worst customer needs to tell red bus that operator cancelled the trip. because of which i need to stay delhi for 1 ore day. i lost money as well as time and they are not able to update just saying they are investigating when operator cleared said on the call which was patched between supervisor of redbus. Red bus is still investing and rt. now they are saying because of security bus got cancelled and when asked what is that security, they do not have answer and they asked to pull operator on the call and when i did that operator picked up the call and hungup as soon as he heard that call is from red bus.

They are (customer support) are there to just harass customer not to solve our issue.

This is what the experience is.
