I would like to bring to your notice that the citrus juicer that I ordered from Amazon on the 11th of May'2018 is not working anymore.

The juicer is under the warranty period. Please guide me with the further procedure to either get it repaired or replaced as soon as possible.

On 5th March 2018 I bought a Black and decker 4 slice large pop up toaster model number: ET124, HSN Code:8516 from your dealer: Nirankari General Store, E37, Hauz Khas Market New Delhi . tel number for Rs 2,320/-. On 11 September 2018 under normal working conditions and minimal usage, the toaster had a loud bang and stopped functioning. It was handed back to your dealer on 13 September 2018.

On 19th September a complaint was registered by your dealer reference complaint number 1039398 and since then , 20 days have passed and we have not received it back with your dealer making some excuse or the other! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Have our toaster repaired or hand back our money or replace with a new one, as soon as possible. Please do not take this lightly as we consider this a breach to your warranty,commitment and to our trust in your product.

My 1800 watt, Black and Decker steam iron BXIR1801IN purchased in August 2018 from Amazon has stopped working. Please advice.

I had submitted Product at V3 Group in bangalore almost 24 days but till today no response and no updates
when i called to that people ,simply they are saying Service engineer not yet come and not yet checked.

what kind of service you people are providing to customers , its very bad worst service?
