I am trying to contact with customer service executive on 1860-425-1111 but no one available on this number to take my call. Please provide me alternate number.

I bought this item from Amazon.in, now it is nor working. I went local to check really know what would be the reason, he has opened checked, cutter bottom nut getting loosening by usage, and leads to this problem, i am really upset where it can be repaired by black & decker service center in bangalore.

Purchased Black and Decker minichopper from amazon. When I connected on purchase it worked but not working after that. Went to Bombay hardware store in Navi Mumbai for service, but they do not do domestic appliances. Please provide the number of service provider in Navi Mumbai area. Purchased on 21st October 2017 from Amazon.

Utter poor service. One of the worst customer services offered. Raised an issue for the vacuum cleaner but there has been no service provided yet. It's been a month and we are tired of writing mails and following up.

I had purchased a steam mop 3 years back, 3 weeks back it stopped working. I know it is just a minor issue of clogging. I tried calling the customer care number, but no one was picking up. Finally had to go to their corporate office (which is near my residence) and confront them. With so many frustrating calls they finally send a technician who did not know how to unscrew the thing. It has been really frustrating and really don't know what to do.
