I visited many services centres nobody take service charges when the product is under warranty. but its your worst service center in srinager (jammu and kashmir) who takes service charges after repair the product.

I own a 6-year-old B & D electric lawn mower Model GR3400. I'm unable to obtain a new blade for it. Anyone I've contacted has said 'it's an old model and parts are not available. The mower works fine and 6 years doesn't make it an antique. I'm based in Arpora, North Goa. HELP !

I purchased one electric iron model X 1600 from CITI MARKET Faridabad on November 2016. They gave ma a warranty card (24 month warranty from the date of purchase). The unit is not working from yesterday. The Citi market personnel advise me to contact the customer care. But when I have tried to the no. 18004253333, no customer care officer attend me after holding for 12 mins. Should I contact the consumer protection cell for this. Please reply.

I have 110v battery charger purchased fro U S which cannot be used here since standard voltage is 220 here.Is there any device to step down to 110 v or what shall I do to charge the 12 v LB12 type1. 13.2Wh lithium battery. Kindly advise.

I live in Chennai. I purchased a car vacuum cleaner when I lived in UAE which has been very sparsely used. It is not working now. Can I have details of service centres in Chennai who can help me please.

No one is able to help me in getting my Jar back from old franchise. I am ready to buy new JAR but no one is replying. kindly help.

Old franchise had fooled black and decker customer and is getting it repair from local technician .

He had behave very badly when after visiting him thrice or more then that after a month time he had still not bother to arrange atleast a phone call to me that my product is ready or not ready .
He is not picking up my call .

Luckily I was able to brought my grinder back but forgot my jar at his shop and now he is not responding me .
Initially he was ready to send technician at my house but after repeated reminder he had not send .

Kindly tell me the cost of new JAR so that i can purchase it from company or from new distributor directly .

Black and Decker should keep hold on old franchise and should remove their details from company website and toll free number once they are removed, so that customer may not get bluff.

please reply so that my machine may get repair .

I had given complete set of mixer FX 750 to B S Enterprises Agra.
He took more then month to rectify my machine and still it is not working properly.

He had misbehave with me and had not given me my Jar back .

Lucky with little hot talk I was able to get my machine back but JAR is still with him.

He is claiming to be only distributor of Black and decker for Agra district and only service center.

I need my grinder JAR back .

I have brought Black + Decker BD BXIR2202IN 2200-Watt Steam Iron in Sep 2018 and after use of a month the Product is leaking with some liquid from inside. Model number of the product in BXIR2202IN15201812138 and Sl.No 22K02388. And the top problem is there is no proper customer care contact to raise the request for warranty. Not sure to whom to approach. Tried calling 1806 425 1111 but no response.

This is regarding the black and decker over which had been purchased from Amazon on 31st March 2018. My door was blasted when I just switched on the oven to warm up... certainly is tuffen glass I am confused about the quality issues of the product, there could have been fatal accident. The complain was registered on 3rd of Feb or 4th of feb...till date no technician has come, Mr Prasanna asked me to share the pic of the product and said would be done within a week. My product is in warranty. The no 7977224983, is a rude and frustrated man, has no manners to speak to the customer.

7045085835 - Amardas...gives false dates to come, hasnt arrived yet. Very Unprofessional and rude service department.

Worst service , we buyed product from online but now its not working so we contact the dealer shrimma power tools they where telling that we wont do service for online buying products , they only do service for there shop products ,then why black and decker company have given a dealer ship to these types of shops
