I ordered voltas ac saturday 9 june. it has been 5 days they have not yet come to fit the ac and the new remote is also not working pathetic service. quite disappointed bad service.

I have tried to get in touch with Voltas customer reps right upto head of Customer service but am sorry to say no body has bothered to address my problem ,. From last two months your customer care reps have harassed me . My Voltas split has become non functional and my problem has not been resolved from last two months. You people are not only inconpetent , but corrupt and disgusting too. You fool people into buying your products and deceive us into buying your substandard products. My Request No. 18060816391 on 8th June 2018 has not been resolved in last two months and no one is responding fro Voltas customer care . You people should be ashamed of your selves.

I am writing this mail second time to you in lot of pain and mental anguish caused by non-cooperative attitude of your service centre and poor customer service of Voltas. I need your help to solve the problem of my Voltas AC as all my attempts to get this issue resolved have failed. I get a feeling that I have committed a big mistake by buying a Voltas AC

On June 16th , Voltas service engineer visited my house to check my Voltas split AC. Post inspection he found that AC Motor was dysfunctional and was to be replaced .He took both the Motor and PCB.I had to again contact Voltas to expedite the installation of the motor , which happened after a gap of 3-4 days. The A/c started functioning normally but suddenly the AC again stopped functioning after couple of days. I contacted Sh. Anil Jain on June 28 and communicated the same to him and also sent SMS to Sh. Gagandeepji service manager, but no effect. Then I contacted customer care and a service engineer from Voltas came on June 29 .He claimed both PCB and motor need to be replaced and the same would be done in 3-4 days. I waited for 1 week but nobody bothered to even update me about the status. I again contacted Voltas at Mob no. 7982021267 and was assured that the replacement would be made by July 7. On July 7 I again contacted and was given date of July 9 .I am still waiting but till date the motor and PCB has not been replaced. My AC is not working and I don’t know when the needful would be done.

I had two times contacted your retailer and three times customer care no. The product purchased 6months before.It has no controlling in the cooling If we work it in 22 or 24 or 28 or any temperature it will cool more.Evening on wards we cant stay in the room due to the chilled condition. No positive approach up to this time.

I have purchased a new Hot & cold AC through Amazon. When it is installed the technician showed the Cooling is working and gone. we did not use it for more than a month, now when put it ON it is not working, just fan is working with air. then checked the hot option that is also not working. for the ten days, I am calling the customer care, they are giving the service request number, but no father and no mother for voltas. whom to contact, we do not know.

Hi,

I have bought one split inverter AC from Voltas last year in April 2018. First the mechanic who installed the AC didnt installed it properly hence the gas was leaked within 3 months and then another mechanic turned up on request and he fixed the problem but not to the fullest as cooling was not there as per the expectations. In this season when I switched on the AC, I found the cooling is completely vanished and have been lodging the complaints for the last 14-15 days but the mechanic is not turning up and they cancel the request after a day or two showing as if my mobile is switched off or I am not picking their call. Now I am taking regular follow ups on phone also for complaint no. 19042325188 but no mechanic turned up yet and they are sharing the same massage as if I am not picking their calls and want to cancel this complaint.

I have made repetitive complaints on VOLTAS customer service no 9650694555 but no response even now after speaking to 3 different customer care executives referring the complaint no. 19042325188 . I was certainly not expecting this unprofessional approach from a company like VOLTAS. This is certainly a setback to my interest in further buying VOLTAS products. Anyways Can you guys pls help in resolving this issue ?

I booked my complaint 13-05-2019 regarding my voltas ac problems. no response after i called your costumer care. customer care person given your authorized dealer (AIR COOL SERVICE CENTER). i called there he said this is not our area again i call to customer care he said i am forward your complaant priority basis with in 24 hours technician call you no body call me till now. and again i call your customer care service every time he given again air cool no but mobile no was changed i informed customer care person he don't.want do this problems. i am,continue calling your customer care service till now no body come for rectified our problems. your customer care service is west. never i suggest to any person purchased volt as product. i am very upset your customer care service because they don,t know where is correct service center.

I have given up on voltas for providing any worthwhile service. I registered many time from my registered phone number 8448073081 complain for AMC of my two volts AC.

And no body comes. Without even calling me, they will resolve the complain on phone and close it. Called many times to revive my complains and staff will put it on top most priority and then in last again a message of closing it. My complains were with the Sr Number 19051611891, 19051421961, 19050928270, 19050928270, 19050504500. Now, I have given up. Even if I get AMC pay for it, I am sure if they come for taking money, no one will show up after getting money. So it is good that I saved some money. But if this is the character of the company, I seriously doubted buying any voltas product and recently I bought carrier AC. They came in the same day for installation after calling them. That is what is called service. I hope it rings some bell to Voltas big bosses and reverse the situation before this ship of Voltas dooms.

Very bad service of VOLTAS company. I recommend or strongly recommend not to buy any product from this company. I had filed a request for installation of my new AC but they didn't came. I complained about that but no action is taken. Very bad experience with VOLTAS.

I'm purchased 1.5 ton inverter ac 2:6:19. I request for installation at 3:6:19 today 6:6:19 but they don't any take action in between I called 6 to 7 times but they saying today ur ac is installed?? But I'm never take any voltas product before this is my first &last product of voltas.

I have bought Voltas 1.5T 5star INV split AC on 26/06/2021 and in one year the AC got serviced two times and still it's not working... infact one month before it got serviced by Voltas..and still after few days it stopped working...and now when I have contacted Voltas care.. they are saying we will charge you money now.. Worst service by Voltas.

Hello Team,

I have raised a complain for water leaking from Voltas Beko 7 kg around the water outlet area.

This compliant was first raised on 1/10/22 (I have attached screenshot and proof for your reference) I have waited a month to get a resolution everyday the technician will call and then cancel later.

Today they arrived and did a very wacky job of not fixing the problem. As they saw the pip was cut through the folds they just reversed it and put some green tape on it (I have attached a picture to support the statement).

My product was bought on 15/05/22 ( I have attached the bill to support my statement). This product is under warranty and unnecessarily we are being harrassed for basic post purchase customer care.

Didn't expect a brand like TATA to give this customer experience to it's consumer.
