9650694555: Voltas Customer Service Phone Number

We bought voltas AC online 2 weeks back, same day the online seller booked appointment for voltas installation at my place. They confirmed to visit for installation on 1st may, however no one turned up neither informed us about not being able to visit. Again my husband lodged a complaint and request for them to visit on Monday 9th may 2016 by 9am. request no.16050710405. We took holiday from our job and waited for them. Again, no one turned up neither we received any response of delay. We called up customer care twice this morning. they also seemed to be helpless and said they will forward the complaint. till now we have not received any reply.

I want this issue to be attended immediately and as we took off from duty to be at home on Monday I want it to be done at free of cost due to your service failure. Let us know who was allotted the job and how are they punished. Expecting a reply immediately otherwise same will be mailed to your CEO.

First of all, AC gave problem within first year of installation. Then the service guys says, the part giving problem is not under warranty. Okay, no problem. Just fix it, since summer is near, after all, why would we buy an AC.

So 20 days passed, still the part not available he says. I dont know what to say. The Voltas guy says, that the Voltas AC part is not available and it might take more time. But as i told, summer is here. This is such a waste of time, I tell you guys.

Pathetic service. Once given 350 INR to technician with mobile number 9004459034 and he told that circuit need to be replaced. When asked him to change then he gave +919650694555 this number and asked me to log new complaint.

Very poor and pathetic service. Neither the servixe guy give any estimations or bill for the job. I recommend not to use tata voltas service. Its better to use local service provider. I will never recommend any one. These cheaters are only getting work due to good work of Mr. Tata.

We called 1800-425-4555 thinking that it is the official voltas service number. 2 rowdies came as technicians, said the compress is bad need 20 k to fix it. we told we will think and let you confirm. they asked for 500 rs and we gave them when we asked for a receipt they did not give it. their behavior is very bad. please don't call 1800-425-4555.

Hi all,
My working AC has been turned to part not working. he service fellow took the part before 19th April. He came back on 30th April with the used part of different model. And told that he will come again with genuine part. No update till. Very poor service from top brand in the market. I even rated them zero two times. But no change in their service. Not sure if this is how they do customer service and this is their vision and goals.

Please don’t call 1800 425 4555 . It is not an official Voltas number . We have been cheated.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with your services. I have been cheated by your Technicians for the Installation and refill of my Voltas Split AC. I have also been harassed by your Area Head and Branch Head with their false commitments. Shame on you guys for such cheap techniques to exploit customer like me. Please enquire about my escalations since last month and check the resolution.

Never expected this from such a Brand like Voltas. You are just spoiling the brand image of TATA.

I called on toll free number, person came and done service and filled the gas. Charged 3000/-. But cooling problem still persist. I called again and again on this number. Now I realized he was not from voltas and this number is also not of voltas now. Some other company is doing fraud on the name of voltas. I want my problem to be solved by your company name 'just repair'. As soon as possible.
