I have purchased Xiaomi MI3 in the month of August-September-2014 through Flipkart. The phone is not charging well by any charger. Some time it charges, some time it does't. Some time the light blinks with vibration. I changed many chargers, cables and tried to charge from PC but all in vein. There is no service centre in J&K where i could repair this set. Please tell me how to complain for its repair.

I have purchased Redmi 2 on 24th March 2015 from Flipkart.com under Invoice # BIL20150400042865.
I have been facing many issues with this phone.

1) Phone is heating up like a burning furnace
2) Phone is not starting
3) Problem with the battery

I went to Ujjain service centre on 8th Aug 2015. They changed the motherboard & battery. But that is of no use. New problem developed. Now phone is not starting. I have contacted the customer care many times over last 3 days. They have tailor made reply - "Sorry for inconvenience". I have opted for Pick me service with Pick Up # 9000000411 on 17th July 2015. Have not heard any thing back from customer care.

Hi Team,

I had made a purchase two MI Band from Flipkart online shopping on Order Date: 24 June, 2015 2:51 PM. The Order ID: OD103199289021751400 of the purchase the bill amount is Rs. 1998. But one of my MI band not working (Battery not charging).

For the same issue I have log the call to MI toll free No. by 31st July 15 and ticket no. is 421477. I have been told your return has been process and you will get replaced very soon but after that I have made many calls to the toll free no. but there is no proper response and no such date given by them for the resolution. It is 17 days already passed.

I am customer of XIAOMI and am highly disappointed at the unprofessional behaviour exhibited by your staff. I did not expect such behaviour from a prestigious chain like XIAOMI.

Please look into the matter and help resolve it at the earliest. Do let me know if you may need any additional details and I would supply with the same.

I have purchased Redmi 2 (IMEI No: 867512025023280) on 28th July 2015. Within 15 days , there is a problem with charging the phone. I would like to mention that this is the worst experience I have ever had with the purchase of any product in my lifetime. Your executives do not understand the meaning of Customer Service. Firstly, Your phone stopped working just after 15 days of usage. Your service center executives are very rude and not committing any final date of repair . After hundred of attempts, I could connect to your customer service number They also could not help me. They told that they have escalated my complaint but service center did not get any notifications. I also did not receive any reply for my email.

I bought redme-2 3months back. Phone is better. now after using 30 mins getting very heated. In Andhra Pradesh no service centers. Wat i do now.

i bought red mi note 4 about 6 months back & from the last 1 month my mobile speaker is not working & thr r some yellow spots on screen as well, i tried to contact on ur given no. but not connecting, i m sorry to say but ur company's service is the poorest. i read some where that xiaomi is the 2nd best mobile company in the world but it is not reflected in ur service & ur quality of service is proving tht don't trust on chinese products. waiting for ur call an unsatisfied customer -: sameer khajuria -- 09419181716 thx.

the experience with redmi s2 was great the camera and every feature is great but the phone has certain defects in it. I have suffered with the mic and display problem the others can not hear my voice properly and the display turned blackout after 2 months of my purchase. The pickmi service is so poor they have received my phone on 15 aug and till today 9 sept 2015 they are giving the statement that your phone is in under production always they give same status they dont even give the proper reason of delay. i am suffering this harassment from 25 days take it seriously from your customer, improve your services and give first priority to your customers and contact me as soon as possible on this no. 9501612913.

Don't repaired my phone. they gave me phone after 20 days and the problem still remains the although volume up and down which was working before submitting now not works.

i currently have redmi 1s. it had been 40 days since i gave my phone for changing display.each time i visit service center they just keep on delaying it for next week. the person sitting at the desk is so rude that she dont know how to speak with customers. i have never ever seen such pathetic and disgusting services from any mobile company, seriously shocked from the services offered by you. i would never ever recommend your products to any one.

I have submitted my mobile to the Xiaomi Exclusive- Dwarka mi service center on 15th of Sept 2015 in, New Delhi city. My Job Sheet no is JS15091500679. I purchased mi 3 from flipkart, purchase date- 5 Aug 2014, vide Tax Invoice # BLR_WFLD20140800292950. Only problem with Mobile was battery draining very fast.

The service center guys received the set after diagnosing it, and said it will be repaired within 15Days without warranty. Will inform you cost of repairing within 1-2 days. But after 6 days I have not received any intimation. I visited Service Centre on 21st September 2015. They told me that Screen of Phone is damaged. While I gave them hand set in proper condition without physical damage on 15th September 2015.

I sure that during Service Engineer broken Screen and Touch, First they kept Job sheet from me and returned mobile without repairing on 21st September, while argument, I asked them to return me my Job sheet, and then they returned it. I asked them show me recording of Mobile given date 15th September, where clearly showing that Mobile Screen/Touch is in proper condition. I have handed over them phone without any physical damage. Now Handset is with Service Centre.

While I left from Service Centre around 8 pm on 21/9/2015, they immediately send me message (SMSM TEXT) that your phone is ready for collection @ 8:08 pm. Engineer @ Dwarka Centre New Delhi, Mr. Ashwani told that me that they will not repair damage handset, instead damage done by Service Centre.
Kindly replace Handset as soon as possible.

I have redmi 4gnote pone.but sd card not supported phone. I inserted 32gb sdcard to move user apps from phone to sdcard. but system shown need no to move sdcard with disc same Os. My phone memory is full. I want to download user apps in sdcard. please help me and guide how i can download user apps in sdcard.

My phone redmi 1s was in the service station of your company at Ahmadabad which is located at near (jajess banglow road) from last 1 and 1/2 months. Still they are not able repair it and if the phone is in warranty then your company need to replace the phone its your responsibility to provide customer satisfaction. But the sales executive of that branch can not reply properly, so plz take out some solution of this and reply me as soon as possible.

(if your company is not able to repair this phone which is in warranty than kindly replace the phone other wise i need to take some legal actions. )

i just purchase a redme 2prime phone via snapdeal on 7 september, in which more internet problem using via mobile data and playstore is not open. plzz sir help me what can i do xiomi customer care cant connected.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have bought a REDMI 2 4G 8GB Gray from Mobile Store Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal on 26th July 2015. Within 2 days I faced excessive heating problem & the mobile becoming switched off rigorously. I went to the store after 2 days but they told me to use the set & come after 7 days. The problems had not solved. I went again to the store after 7 days & they suggest me to repair the set from MI Service Center (The SD Communication) on 17th Aug 2015 & will be absolutely OK if the motherboard be replaced.

My set had taken for nearly one month to the Service center but problem was the same as it was after getting my set. I feel very depress & harassed as I did not used the set after purchasing. So I request the store to replace the set with a new one. But they told me not to provide the new one as it was against the policy of the company. The set is now in service center. The service center had not given a clear solution & Mobile store already get back from the problems. Is it the problems from my end? They had taken the set for updating the software again but the problems are yet not solved. So what is the solution? I am really in a big trouble with the mobile. I want to use the Set as I am a big fan of the MI products.

I talk with the MI Call Center guy today i.e 4th Oct 2015 with Mr. Yogesh. My Compliant No is 610073. All the details of my set has been attached with. Request you to provide me the exact solution of the same as early as possible after all this the Brand image of your esteemed Company. I will be happy if the set will be replaced with a new one.

I got this Mobile as a gift and the same was purchased from Flipkart. From beginning itself the experience was bad

1. Delivery Issue
My sister made a special request to deliver the mobile max by 15th and was even ready to pay the extra delivery charges but the same was not taken care nor considered. Mobile was delivered at the location in an unknown hands without any prior information.

2. No support from Flipkart
On 16th August I tried registering a complain but there was a continuous error due to which the complaint was not registered . So I tried it again the very next day (17th August 2015 ) and it was delivered. As i didn’t received a positive response from them so called the customer care of FILPKART immediately and they informed that the return policy got over yesterday and they will not support.

3. Network Issue
In remote location / on roaming the network reflect dead whereas on my other mobile of different brand it’s not the same.

4. Screen Issue
Since the very first day there is a thin green line on the screen which is only visible when the mobile is switch on and the replacement of the same has been confirmed by your service station. It’s not very prominent but can’t be avoided.

5. Phone Hangs
With a months’ time the mobile started hanging and can’t open multiple app or download mail etc at one go or within few time lap.Even though neither the memory is full or too many application are installed

6. In spite claimed to be a Gorilla Glass the glass is getting scratches.

7. Experience of visiting you service station
I have visit your Mumbai service station twice waiting for almost 2 hrs and looking to the huge queue had to leave.

Then i have visited your Pune Viman Nagar service center on 19 September 2015.When they crossed checked my phone and informed me that the glass need to be changed and software issue are there so I need to leave it for 15 days to get it repaired. Firstly if there is a manufacturing defect from the very first day then there should be a replacement of the product nor the repair.

Secondly when I informed them as I from Mumbai and can’t leave it in Pune as collecting it would be a challenge so request them to help me with details of any Mumbai service center who can provide me quick service as leaving it for 15 days will land me paralised without a phone. But they refused to support or share any details of Mumbai center station we don’t have any information. How is it possible that that one service station doesn’t have any details about the other one. ( Where as the other brands like Samsung or Apple state that)

After asking it again the head or any other executive came out from a cabin and started shouting . His name was Rajesh Thorat. He even passed a statement“ Jo kartay banay kar lo” when I started recording his behavior then his tone changed. It’s an extreme disappointment I think being a Customer we have the right and could request your Executive for information / support regarding which service station are ment.

8. I tried calling customer care no but wasn’t able to reach / connect them on toll free no on 19th Sep 2015
I have used Samsung and Motorola but have never faced so many issue/ problem at least in the starting months. and they at least serve their customer in a supportive manner. May be 14000 would not be a big amount for you as you sell 1000 or more every minute day in and out. But it is really difficulty for us to earn. We save for month to buy on phone.

Hope I get a solution after you get Time to read my mail. Else I have only one option that keep running to your service center. And I expect a replacement of my Phone.Or it is forcing me to sell it and Buy a different brand that I never wished to.

Hi, I have purchased Redmi Note 4G in feb. and mobile is working properly but suddenly my mobile is switched off and i try to on but its not on. so i go to service centre Laxmi Nagar near Metro pillar no. 46. and i submitted my phone for service on dated 06.10.2015. but still my phone is in waiting for service and they told me wait for 25 to 30 days for mobile.

so u told me is this your service now days when mobile phone is a important part of our life and we waiting for a month for my mobile. your service is disgusting and i suggest to all my friend and colleague to please dont purchase xiaomi mobile this very disappointing for when i purchase this mobile. And please let me know can you help me for resolve my problem fastly. if u want about my mobile detail please call me or mail me on my same mail id. my no. is 9654182076. and we knew it that Chinese product will always be chinese.

I buy my xiaomi redmi 2 from snapdeal the phone was good but when I reset factory data my phone is not working properly. home screen button not working, recent apps button, when anybody incoming call is coming my phone is not showing to me. worst phone in the world its a chinese phone its not going to work for long, it is really bad mobile. Its such a bad company they dont even have enough support centers. They have only about 10 service centers in India which is very low.

Sir, I had purchased a Mi Redmi Note 4G IMWI No.865980024654623 through flip kart on 4.6.2015, within a short while the following problems have started
(I) No Signal.
(ii)Battery draining
As a result the set has been given to service centre on 23/9/2015 in MI Exclusive Service Centre (Banerghatta Road); TVS Electronics Ltd , NO. 154/11, RADHAKRISHNA TOWER, BANNERGHATTA ROAD, OPPOSITE TO IIMB MAIN GATE, BANGALORE 560076, now today is 12 Oct 2015, but the problems have not been solved, My daughter being a student of Engineer facing lot of difficulties due to non return above set duly repaired. Kindly direct concerned service centre in-charge to get repaired immediately or if the set cannot be repaired get it replaced with new one, because if the phone is not working properly due to manufacturing defect the company has to bear the loss. I humbly requested you do the needful immediately without further delay.

I bought redmi note 4G last month and after only few weeks it started hanging and screen got black out . It is the worst phone i have ever seen in my life, okhhe it was fine till then but the main thing and irritating phase is when i submitted my phone to customer care ...those morons still have not returned my phone and it has been more than one month and giving nonsensical reasons and false sympathy to wait and to have patience ... those shits dont understand how i am surviving without the phone . I suggest every one not to purchase this phone and all xiaomi products.
