Sir I p. Mariya Babu purchased four wheeler goods carrier in 2017 July frequently repairs not minor repairs all major repairs tyres burst clutch plates under repair dynamo repair outdated vehicle. I purchased not in good condition. kindly solve my problem or replace.

1- DG of 250 KVA (RAMP) Purchased in the Name of Con+Kalathiya at Bhoppal, Ahmedabad is facing frequent breakdown ,however, it seems that your team is failed to diagnose the problem due to which permanent remedy is still under research inspite of replacement and repairs of several parts by your team at various occasion.

2- Similar kind of problem we are facing at Raipur in 250 KVA DG which have gone four time under breakdown within span of 15 days.

We got the dealers nos.(9769210252-7738589461) but every time they are saying that they will attend today evening or tomorrow morning.

This is loaded vehicle and we cant wait any more. Hope you will resolve it quickly.

We are valued customer of Ashok Leyland company. We have 8 vehicle of ashok Leyland company We have been associated with ashok Leyland company since 15 years so far we have not faced any problem but we have bought 4825 tipper 16 tayar in October 2022, ever since we bought that vehicle, it's been bothering us, the clutch plate is going out every 300 to 500 hours. And none of the workshop guys or engineers of your company are giving us satisfactory answer so far our vehicle has run for 2150 hours and we have changed 4 clutch plates, And we have copmlained 15 to 20 times in rajkot workshop N'Odedra and Amreli noori motors for engine fault and engine leaking oil, yet we get any kind of response and none of the workshop owners and Company engineers are giving us a satisfactory answer to resolve this fault of our vehicle, and they give false promises that we will drive the vehicle for a few days and then do the work, then what should we do with this 60/65 lakh vehicle? And how do we pay this vehicle installment, we hope that this fault of ours gets resolved soon and we get a satisfactory answer from the company.
