We have purchase vehicle 3718 (RJ09GC0560) before 6 month, in the name of T.S.Yadav, Since our purchase, we are facing heavy problem in vehicle (low mileage).
We are serving our vehicle from Mohan Tractor Pvt. Ltd., Nangli Puna, Delhi, on regular basis (3000-4000 km. gap) but the issue in not resolved yet. Due to this problem, we request you to look into the matter seriously because we are totally dissatisfied regarding service from Mohan Tractor Pvt. ltd., Delhi

Gearbox complaint of Ashok Leyland partner
I write this with great disappointment faced from M/s Malayalam Motors Ernakulam and its making me move me through a very tough financial situation. Even though there were other similar vehicles available to Leyland partner we chose partner because we trusted the quality of the company over the product. But it has now proved that it isn’t reliable at all.
We had purchased 6 vehicles(partner) in total during 2014-2016 period. Right now I have already changed the gearbox for twoof my vehicles (details mentioned in the bottom) as it was a do or die situation for me (We have a 5yrs old contract with GCMMFL India). Now the 3rd vehicle KL41H9100 with mileage of 289000KM has also come up with the same problem. While enquired to your service centre I get a reply as its a gearbox from tramec and it has stopped production hence we have to replace it with kinetic gearbox. The Supreme Court has even ordered that a continued service of spare parts are made to be available even if a company shutdown its business. And moreover Never expected that Ashok Leyland would rely on such companies that aren’t reliable at all. Spending lakhs of money on gearbox for each vehicle isn’t even practical at the current situation. You are well aware of the roaring increase of other expenses such as fuel and labour. Please find me a solution to the same as early as possible.
Mechanical complaint
I am a lpg distributor. i purchase a dosth middle model goods, one and half year back. Plenty of complaints in this, goods mileage shortage is main issue next compliant steering box cracked at last gear box total loss. Dont repeat this type of cheating business.

I have some issue in my truck HR38AA4232
I am the owners of more than 50 truck of leyland. I got disappointed with the support from Faridabad service center. I have send my vehicle to Faridabad agency (CSG) for crown issue but after the services the problem persist and when I asked service center about the problem then they reply we can't help u in this kind of behaviour was not expected from Ashok Leyland. And they demanding for money to change the crow. This definitely made me think that I should go for Tata or bharat benz .

Service center charging extra amount
Dear Sir,
We run a transportation company with the help of your 5-10 Ashok Leyland Trucks. Around 10 days before we are facing a problem in truck (PB 11 CJ 9735) that time, we contact to nearest authorised Ashok Leyland Service Center. After checking all the issue by your engineers, they saying some parts is not working properly, we will change but after the completion of work same we are facing same problem. Service Center charging high amount of money, but our problem is still same. Your location-based (Ranchi) engineers saying it a production related issue. If you will take up this call, we will register a proper complain in Consumer Forum.
Misbehavior from Service Manager
we have purchase vehicle form TVS Ashok Leyland Tirunelveli before 2 year Our truck number TN92E4801, Actually our FC is going to expire on 16/09/22 but I have some painter work we have sent our truck for paint but the paint work will finish on 16th evening. i am informing the manager to renew my truck Fc but the manager is misbehaving with me and not giving proper Response very worst services form manager.

Below are my serious complaints about my one month New Truck are not taking load from first day. As per Dealer & company side no checked PDI test before Handover to ME.
Sir im very disappointed & help less about this concern last month because Bank loan EMI started & truck was not taking load. Daily basis im taking loss only.
Every day your different different type of Services Engineer said trying to replacing the Parts but still didn't found the solution ,even not found the Route cause till now. they already try daily R&D In my new truck.
Could you please look into this issues & resolve to support asap. Still no one discussed about me & my brother regarding the solutions & daily basis penalty.
Second month EMI already cut from my bank.

Breakdown and claim issue

Im Mirza gausar Ali pH 9090463179 owner of oyester bus od05bk 0717. my was breakdown 5 days. till now my bus 8month older but the company member told u have no warranty because of proper service. But I'm told them the fault company was informed me or my staff so I'm able to get claim. My bus standing in same status.

Ad Blue problem
My vehicle number MH28BB5384 is facing issues regarding the Ad Blue liquid of the ashok leyland company. Everytime when I face this issue your company mechanic simply just update the software or just does the outer work. Just now I have done the full work of ad Blue filters and the updated to the latest version but still my problem is not solved. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
Asked to replace the spare for every service
Our vehicle regn no: KA51AJ9984, delivery taken from krishna motors, hosur. Regret to inform that at every service, the spares are asked to replace. Such as break pad, clutch plate and after a month break pad.
