Delay in repair of my truck, the company is not providing the service part.

Hlo, I have a ashok leyland dost, from last two months the radiator Coolant bottle was leaking,I contacted to leyland service center but they don't have available there.i am very disappointed from the services of ashok leyland, thanku.

I bought a Bosch aquatak 1500x in 2015-have only used this 5 times, and now it doesnt work and they cant find spares for it--I paid 539 euros for this--I have always bought bosch tools for my construction buisness--now I wont be buying bosch tools any more.

1618 chasis brought messers Shivashish meerut chasis no. MB1A3CFD9HPEY4689 was wrongly tempered of chasis R.T.O. muzaffarnagar not pass this truck but blame us cheting to this truck . Merut distributor Shivashish not any respond to me.

ISSUE 1 :

Lorry NO. MH 40 BG 5777 , break down for breakage in assembly of gearbox for the third time after running 400 -500 kms. In last 20 days , earlier it was breakdown t shahpur were gearbox work was done and lorry was halted for 2 days. Just after that it traveled approx 400 km and again the same issue was detected in gearbox and got repaired near wardha halting 2 days , now the lorry is near sinkhetraja from last 4 days with same problem, no parts and proper team is available at jalna workshop , so in last 20 days 3 times for the same gear box assembly breakage problem the lorry is halted 10 days (2 days + 2 days now its 4th day and still we dont know how much more days / months it may require to solve the issue) , i have continuously being penalise (Late delivery charges : 2000/- per day ) For not delivering material of party due to this continuous breakdown, further if in a month of 30 days 10 days if the lorry is breakdown how will i be capable to pay heavy installment.

Immediate action required to get the lorry repaired and available the spare parts , also send proper team to evaluate the lorry and get it repaired, further monitory loss so accrued (Ld loss 2000/- per day + installment loss 70,000/- + haulting charge 3000/- per day, guide us how to get it billed / recovered from company??

Issue 2:
(Captain model) Window motor not available from last 4 months ) To up lift the glass, so the driver cannot lock the cabin , if any theft of cash / other valuable things happens who is responsible ?? During rains it is not possible to drive the vehicle on open glass , so take this matter seriously and make the part available.

Issue 3:
BS IV - u 4019 model, part of silencer (Beed part) Which runs from engine to silencer is not available fro last 1 month in all workshops of maharashtra.

Issue 4:
Virus problem in all ur vehicles every next day, Sir , i think u people have no proper arrangement of parts while u have sold to many vehicle to us so we request u to please get back ur vehicles and give our money back of all the vehicles we have purchased.

Due to this no part availability i had suffered a monitory loss of 20 lacs due to vehicle breakdown / late delivery. so make it possible to remit the said money at the earliest.

Lorry no NL01AB 1705 break down due to oil seal problem i send our lorry in your workshop TV sundram iyender and sons limited, situated in manglia, indore (MP) in morning but no response till time and in above said lorry loaded for urgent delivery. so please look in this matter as soon as possible.

I have booked for a new 1618 vehicle and transferred the amount on 31/8/2018 and I have told that they will deliver our new vehicle on 5 or 6 of next month.I came across 250 kms leaving all my important meetings but still from morning to till evening wasted my time and not confirmed.What service is this?

Sir I have inform that my vehicle Ashok Leland 1618t tipper engin no JEHZ413947 & chassis no MB1G3GHD8JRDX5553 has been damage in service period since 19/03/2020. i inform about this problem to local service dealer KNA MOTORS sivasagar but they not responding on my matter.
