Very bad DTH service
Very bad DTH service, The signal strength is very low in Videocon DTH. Many times we dont receive signal and are unable to watch any channel. Customer service is also not satisfactory they keep you on hold for several minutes before even any one picks up the call. Plz stay clear from them.

No one is picking phone
I was trying to make a call from 11 pm to 01 Am.. no one is picking phone. Today is the last.. I will close my account.. every month I'm paying 1000 rs for this shit. Football match I wanted to see.. channel not subscribed..what the f**k. I already in the new south platinum hD pack. plz don't call me for recharge is anything.

I have been a very old customer of Videocon having two connections n my house and have paid annually for two setup boxes n have the Platinum plan, for the past 3 days I am trying to reach out to the customer care, sent messages, sent Emails but I have not been successful in getting my Sony Ten 2 HD sports channel activated to watch the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018. It is very disappointing that u guys don’t pay a heed to customers.
We pay money for the services and it s ur moral responsibility to see that the customer does not suffer. Request to solve the problem with immediate effect.

D2H services
We have one D2H connection. But it's not working from 26 June 18. We had complaint to customer care on same day. We are taking continuous following up with CC of d2h. But that has not been solved by D2H CC. And today still pending. And their engineer also rude with customers. They don't replied of our mails also. So all our experience is very bad with D2H.

Very bad service your customer care number is west and all time busy. Customer care service also not satisfied. Plz stay clear from them.
Complain not attended
After 10 days of complaint it is not attended. Videocon service is pathetic, even after calling the call center again and again there is no reply. From 15/07/18 to 25/07/18 nothing happened.

I have a call from customers care and told us u r my Lucky customer and u can see a channel no 222 free of cost for one month if u are interested u pay 70 rs per month additional with next recharge but not same my balance is zero before end of month.

I have registered my led complaint on 22/9/18 but till date my led is not repaired, they said part will come from aurangabad, and will come after 10 days. I am very much surprised this is the service of videocon so reputed firm. I feel so much harassed. This is a guarantee period told by the centre. If you can help me please get the led repaired.

Very poor service
Very bad D2H service, The signal strength is very low in Videocon D2H. Many times we dont receive signal and are unable to watch only zee news channels since last 3 days. Rest of channels ok. Customer service is also not satisfactory they keep you on hold for several minutes before even any one picks up the call. Customer supports are not register complaints. Or may delete back complaints. Costomer supports miss leads to customer about set top box expired. Where as new set top box just added in replacement of old by d2h engineer. Support team knowingly writting customers while they complaint. D2h is wrist in wrist customer support in India as per my knowledge since last 5 years. Plze look in to the matter & try to satisfy customers.
No transparent deal by d2h either in package or accounting
My customer ID :117265692. Mobile: 9952250364.On 6th Oct 2018, payment of Rs.245/ made to distributor SreeRama Electronics, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070. and duly acknowledged by Videocon thro' SMS. Message is flashed in the TV that Rs 162 / is accounted as on 7th Oct and that renewal is to be done before 2 nd Nov 2018.
When questioned over customer care they updated up to 4th Nov and customer care rep could not explain the a anomaly in accounting. The package details of South Silver is a very secretive one. Videocon is grown and now it appears going away from professionalism. One month subscription is reduced to 28/29 days is a mystery.
Customer grievance
Horrible customer care. I feel the executive are having hands in gloves with Jio TV, they are making ground so that as soon as Jio is launched Videocon d2h customer shift to it.

I want to change the package but no one is responding.
Reminder for recharge
Reminder for the recharge renewal, 8 days before the due date is not necessary. Also "Warning Payment Reminder" word does not suit.
No signal
1800-1370-444, 03340083477 both are useless.. not able to reach customer care support team. I have signal problem and not turned to green signal. Dont know what to do.. if anyone has right cust. Care No, please share.
