I have ordered a sports shoe and got delivery on 21.05.18. The quality was not good. After Physically seen it was found that there is difference in both shoes. I have informed and you agreed for replacement. On 30.05.18 one representative came with replacement but not replaced and told that thid shoe are used. It is totally wrong the shoes was same as supplied.

Request to solve the issue immediately.

I made a payment for a wrist watch worth Rs. 363.00. But the order was not confirmed and I tried to contact the flipkart team on 31-05-2018 at their toll free number and bangalore number, but nobody picked the telephone. Now I decide to apprach consumer court within 10 days if flipkart team do not solve my issue.

Every time there is quantity issue and the packaging quality is too bad than other suppliers. Every time atleast 1 product was damaged. please improve your packaging quality.

The amount discounted by Flipkart at the time of payment to respective bank in respect of paying EMI is very less than charging by banks. The term "No cost EMI" is totally misguiding customers to sell products.

I ordered pureit water purifier capacity of 6L ro+mf white & blue colour but i received 5L ro+mf with different model & colour.The cost of the i received less than my order. So refund my order. We are not satisfy with flipkart service.

Got damaged product and after complaint raised, getting only promises and new dates for shipment of new product. But its being two months, still i didn't received my package. Hi Team,

I had dropped a mail to cs@flipkart.com, but seems this email id does not exist. I had booked an AC with free installation, while I have been asked by the AC company that the installation is chargeable. Bought it on 9th June and got it delivered on 11th June. But after that there has not been any progress. Toady being 15th june, the AC still lay on the floor and I am dealing with the heat. I have been asked to wait for 48 more hours, and if I need to wait more, I will be dropping a note to consumer forum.

We have ordered 3 bags from (Avni's Hand-Held Bag) , but we received only one bag they have collected the amount of Rs 950 for 3 bags , we have called your customer care service they promised for refund of money and collected our bank details also, but still now we are receiving only promise from your side, we have not getting our money back, first time am ordering product in flipkark and this will be last time also, this is something the way of cheating, kindly refund the amount.

Dear Team,

I have Purchased the Redmi 5 Phone on 6th June and i have raised the return request on same date due to performance issue in the phone. For that the technical visit is completed on 12th June and still the status of my request is pending.

Every day i have to call in customer care for the status and they give the same answer you have to weight for 48 hours our team will give you the resolution.Till date i have not been updated regarding the status of my request.If the prompt action is not been initiated on the matter from your side i will be left out with no other option but to take legal action. Prompt action is expected.

Flipkart's executive called me and told me to check your phone in authorised service center ,what the hell is this if you are not able to return damage mobile then say it clearly unnecessarily don't harass the customer.
if we have buy the new product so way we are using damaged piece.

This is to be inform you that I have ordered COVERNEW Flip Cover for Lenovo A6600 on dated 14-06-2018 and I got the msg from your side that my order will be delivered on dated 18-06-2018 according to your system generated date I got the msg for received the order on dated 18-06-2018 and I also received ekart delevery person's contact number which is 8630076542 ,when today I was call him he says my order he will be delivered today evening but now I am calling him he doesn't received my call and then switch off his contact number please take this misbehaviour of delivery man seriously , bcoz this type of service not acceptable by a reputed company as like Flipkart it's very worst experience I m not satisfied by your service.

This is worst customer care services I have seen in my life. I am unable to log into my account. Don't know what the issue is? Within the 5 days of receiving a Product(Mi Note 5 Pro Mobile) I am facing the device issues(vertical Red While Lines while using the Portrait mode) and I did trouble shooting and restore factory setting multiple times as guided by the executive.but still facing the same issue. I spoke multiple time with executive but they are not going to listen to me. It clearly indicates that device will face the issues in future as well.

I am not asking for return, I am just asking for replacement and still you are not going to support me. One of the "worst experience ever with Flipkart". Now its time to take action in consumer court.
