Their has been no signal in the DTH set top box from past one week. Even after registering complaint with Videocon there has been no visit by anyone. On calling customer care number, i am kept on hold for at least 15mins. Now i am regretting buying this worst DTH for my home.

We are facing the same problem - No signal. We have been trying to connect to the customer care, but with no success (tried atleast 100 times). Twice when we were lucky enough to get connnected to customer care, they said their system is down and they cannot cross check out details. So we are left high and dry. We have been trying to call again aince this morning and it says “caller is busy” ... Any help will be appreciated. We have tried email too - no response.. Frustrating!

After recharge i do not get videocon service .i contact customer care but no action taken place.

Videocon d2h : To know your Customer ID, SMS ID from your registered telephone number & SMS CID <Smart Card Number> from non registered telephone number to 9212012299. Also, you can call 1800 1370 444 (Toll Free Number) to know your Customer ID, balance check and Recharge due date.

Worst service ever, after recharge videocon d2h I called service center but no action taken. And what is your toll free number for talk to your service centre person?

I have been trying to get in contact with your customer care for the past one week but I could not get through, I am interested in a new connection. Mail me your phone number so I could contact.

We are complaining about faulty set top box provided by Videocon d2h within warranty period since last 10 days,but there is no response to number of complaints to customer care, nodal officer Mumbai, Maharashtra, CEO, pehredaer cnbc only for not paying extra illogical payment due to which I am not been able to watch t v.non of the company representative isbotherc since they are getting their revenue.

Hence my personal request to think hundred time before applying for Videocon d2h services.

Very 3rd class NDTV becomes paid channel without intimation and services also.

My videocon d2h dish shows no signal. But I call yesterday 29.08.18. but they did not help me. they always says some system updating so they unable to help me. Today I call to customer care no... +919115691156. It is switched off. What a bad service you provide me.

I want that a technician should come and adjust the antenna and help us in starting the services soon. i even called the customer care but sorry to say no response. My cell number is 9837332717.

Very very poor service. Will never switch to d 2h in future N will never advice any one to take this onnection. My connection is recharged N its not showing any signal from last 4dayz. Have been complaining from morning. Yr staff is also not respondding properly. And service centre too. Ek dabaye do dabaye N after that no help. They just keep transfer the call to other person. I dont want this connection now.

I m trying to call on that no. 9115691156. But Its showing wrong no. I recharge on 12 jan for 1 month, only 21 days complete and today my recharge is over..why....?? there is no solution from your side that. what we do...Seriously what a pathetic service u provide me.

From Today morning some of the channels in the package are not getting..I already Recharged my account few days before. I tried to contact the customer care but always saying that line is busy.. please reply.
