I ordered a dress as gift for my girlfriend which was to be delivered before Christmas, but its been a week now and it is still not delivered. False promise of fast delivery, it was a bad shopping experience.

When will I receive my order, i ordered a dress.

Bad service by Myntra, i returned a jacket but haven't received my money back.

I had booked three items via order no 1076880-5275454-7373003 which cost total RS 3023 and I had applied coupon worth Rs 3000. Now I had to pay Rs 23 but at the time of delivery courier service person demanded full price of two items ie. Rs 2315 printed on packet. I did not receive so he took back the packet. Pl clarify the problem.

My order number is 107833206343058749703. I had bought this product on 16th May and it was damaged. I had requested for an exchange and I even mentioned that the product is damaged and the product has been dispatched and since 20 may it’s in the stated location. It hasn’t been delivered to me. The person who has the package said that they weren’t informed about the damaged product.

I have been trying to contact Myntra customer service and I even tried mailing Myntra about my issue. Neither I have received a call nor a mail. Kindly look into this issue.

I purchased a lipstick, As soon as I got it I found its roll on is not working. Even before I get the delivery message I registered a complaint on customer care and got a mail with reference no. 180612-034797 of my complaint. But as I go on return or refund or exchange on my account it shows the type of product is not the category. Kindly help for same, As this is no use of the damaged lipstick without roll on working .

Order return. But return no money.

Very bad experience. i dont get my refund even after so many mails Nd contacts.

My online transaction failed but amount deducted on 29.06.2018.

Delivery person did not receive my calls and I got the massage that my parcel could not be delivered. This is for the third time now.

I have ordered a sweater for my son on 05.01.19 but till today Myntra has not dispatched the sweater. Now after this I will never purchase anything from Myntra.

Low quality of top was sold by Myntra. I returned it but now my refund is stuck. Pls return my money.
