on march -15th i have recharged 150 rs to add into Ola account through online.But i didn't get that amount.so again i recharged for 150 rs.even i didn't get that 150 rs too.totally 300 rs gone from my bank account.And i got message from my bank that you have used to 150 rs for ANI technologies.i got this message twice.Because i have recharged twice.But still i didn't get that 300 rs in my Ola account.so kindly refund or add that money in my Ola account.

Why my Ola account was suspended, there was no valid reason given. This is not fair to us customers that you ban users randomly on your wishes. If this goes on i dont know how many will use your service.

i have not used ola auto or car recently. next what areall i used i paid cash. some time due to net problem i cananot follow up and cancell the trip. i am regulerly using ola. auto. without using auto why i have to pay rs.150.00 in uber if we fals to do we will pay they will adjust in in my next ride. how about u. pl explain. i am not satisfied with thisproblem only now i amusing uber. i actually i like olA. my regd mobile no.9840884187. i am receiving message as soon as booked car stating rs150.00 pending amount will be added. pl trey to cancell or inform me tje same may be adjusted or not. i am ready to pay the same. BUT DUE TO CANCELLATION WHY I SHOULD PAY, PL EXPLAIN AND DO THE BEST IMMEDIATELY. MY RADHAMAHALINGAM AND MAHALINGAM.

Ola has blocked my account without informing . I am sure there was no violation of TnC. In spite of asking for the reason to Ola they are giving generic statement Terms and conditions has been violated.

Yes, even for me. The app says that my account is blocked and I am ignorant as to which TnC I have breached. Did you get any help from support team till now?

I booked a cab from my home in New Delhi to IGI airport last Sunday and they confirmed the booking for monday evening. But on Monday afternoon the driver cancelled the booking and later Ola cab suspended my id with no reason whatsoever. I called their customer service number but they weren't of much help. I had to call my friend to drop-off at the airport although he was too busy to come. This is really bad service by Ola to cancel cab at a critical time and let the passenger fend for himself. No one should rely on these cheap transport cabs if they want to reach anywhere in time.

I want to say that plz help me bcoz when i login to olacabs the notification is shown, You have no permissible limit. so complained many times but no action has been taken.

I recently had taken up a ride in OLA.
I would like some queries to be resolved from your side

1. Toll/MCD/TAX*- The car you had sent did not pay any toll in front of me near any of the crossings. Actually we did not cross to Delhi over the DND flyover but took a direct route via akshardham. Also please let me know the details of these taxes and why are they levied.

2. Ride time charge : I do not understand what are these charges and why are they being levied. You rate card clearly speaks nothing about such charges. I am paying the rate given by your card charges i.e Rs 11 per km , rs 100 for first four kilometers.

3. Service tax: Kindly elaborate on this . What % of total bill is it?

4. The cab driver took a wrong turn and wasted 15 mins of my travel along with the extra charges which i had to pay per kilometer. Kindly do consider these facts and reply.

this was my first time using ola cab i had coupon of 300 i had applied the coupon but after I had I finished my ride I had to 200 and bill was just 197. why amount did not get deducted from my coupon.

What is this, why my account is suspended? this is not fare how many peoples are facing problem like that. plz resolve that issues.

Why am i suspended..? You haven't mentioned any thing that we get suspended while doing this.. i was just looking for a toyota etios.. thats it!!!! You have mentioned that sedan contains toyata etios, maruti swift but i m only getting maruti swift.

This is not fair.. how could you suspend my account for this reason. If u dont have toyota etios then you have mentioned this name.. stop showing off and kindly activate my account plzz.. i need a cab right now, i am standing on the road.

Ola cabs pple plz unblock/unsuspend my account it was not my fault my cell phone was fully hanged while i was booking a cab and because of this your cabs were got booked by me so many times. it was my mistake i appreciate it if you plz unblock my account again.

I have suggested my friend to download the ola cab. He downloads and when he rides i get a coupon to get off 300 of next ride. But i deleting the message of that referrer code. Now, how can i get my referrer code?

I signup with ola with a new no. But my ola I'd cannot made bcoz they show me an error message saying that "Sorry the number of signups on this phone has exceeded the permissible limit" I don't know what can I do to make a new I'd on this new no. Nd I also forget my before made I'd passwords. so plz suggest me what can I do now?

I am regular customer of ola cabs. As I have been transferred from Mumbai to Hyderabad my earlier mobile number 9920856388 has been changed to my present Hyderabad number 8186002740. As I am not able to get any information regarding booking, tell me how can i change it?

Had a very bad experience with the cab service, the driver was very rude and had no sense to talk with people. Would never book ola for my travel needs.....ever.
