Hello , My ticket is not confirmed and amount is deduct from card. Kindly refund it.

Yatra has not refunded my train cancel transaction money, plz give my money back.

I have done many booking on yatra in that I have cancelled four tickets. During cancellation it shows this amount will get refunded in 20 business days. It's 3 month over and till now I didn't get the refund amount. Here i am sharing the yatra reference of the ticket.

I am trying to file TDR but it says your TDR is unsuccessful. My train is late more than 11 hours. I sent you several emails but no rpl. This was not expected from you guyz. Yatra. Com don't have phone support for rail bookings. Then why we are booking tickets from yatra.

Would like to inform you that as we have checked with our concern team TDR shall be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund. As you have said that you tried to filed a TDR, but you were unable to do it then. kindly share the error page screen shot to check it further because we are unable to find any details from your end in which it showed that TDR was try to filled. And, our executive has sent you an e-mail to you on 10th Nov'17 0755 hrs to confirm about the same but, we haven't received any reply from your end.
