I want to get 20 percent discount by using phone pay and sbi debit card both. But I don't understand that how to get this the problem is that that to get the discount. whether I had to pay the amount via phonpay wallet or either I had to choose phone pay just as a payment option and then pay the amount via debit card. Please respond as quick as possible.

Can I change my mode of payment from cash on delivery to debit/credit card at time of delivery & avail the offer of 10% through sbi card.

Complaint within 2 weeks of purchase on Redmi 4A, it keeps on hanging unable to diggest such an worst product of MI being an repeat buyer. Expecting an suitable reply which will replace me with an New MI 4A mobile not the used mobile from flipkart.

I have bought this product last week. After one week of my observation few defects have been observed.
1) out of two sims, one of the sim signal getting lost automatically. (I have the evidences with screenshots).
2) 4G Signal(LTE) is not coming even the 4g network is available
3) Other side people not able to hear, many times it has been observed
4) Mobile getting restarted automatically

After replacement also getting the same issues. The first one getting restarted automatically. Flipcart customer care people suggesting to contact Service Center. Why should I contact for the new mobile. I have requested to flipkart to return / exchange.

But no response. They have disabled the return button. I have tried to customer care they have kept my call on hold many times. I got frustration with the flipkart service and policies.

It's really sad to know that you have send a rubbish product and I m requesting you from last one month for replacement but didn't get any respond. if this will not solve early will go for consumer court now.

I made order of a Kent Grand plus of Rs.16,400/- on 13.08.2017. But after 15 minutes on the same date. I made it cancelled for some reasons. From the website of flipkart.com, it was found that my refund (ID: 97550168 ) was under process. But till date, the refund amt was not credited to my account.

Hi, my self vikas. I have bought a car wheel caps from flipkart which is mentioned like premium quality and the product is with very poor quality. Which is not at all good and when trying to connect the customer care he was unable to resolve the query. When I request for a refund it only says replacement again which the same product gets delivered which unlikely should take care of such fake products. Do not promote it and do not make fools to your loyal customers genuine request. At the end of the day customer is being in to losses and loosing the trust.

Note : I am sharing my personal experiance

Every time I used to order from flipkart so during 21 Sept to 24 Sept 2017 big billion day I have ordered godrej A.C. and expected delivery is 23 Sept without informing me delivery person has resheduled my order so I put up feedback for the same and on top it today one of their representative called me n arrogantly saying if you want delivery then tell me during weekdays during 9.30am to 7 pm otherwise we 'll cancel your order...this how flipkart giving service to their customer...otherwise they are trying to say keep 1 leave from office to receive the parcel.

Therefore people don't get confidence of online shopping. Trust is the biggest factor in such shopping and I have to think twice before ordering something from flipkart or to recommend someone.

First I received wrong product, I checked it was not working too. I applied for replacement, not approved by flipping. Then asked for refund, again refused by flipping telling that replacement product is available and delivery on 25.09.17. Further on 23.09.17 message received courier return. Now customer care is telling for refund of my paid amount 3719. Product has picked up by flipkart. This story is from last 1 month. Therefore, flipkart is failure to manage online shopping. Legal action must be taken against this company.

Flipkart is poor company as compare to Amazon, I am waiting for my product from last two days and the delivery boy is doing his job, when I went to customer care my experience goes to worst there is no one to responsibility rather giving me lame excuses and commitment of delivery.

Sir i have ordered mi note 4 on22,9 and payment is detected in my account and order placed but in next day i have message that your order is canceled. why please inform me on no.8950752767.

I have purchased a product during a big billion sale for Rs. 1457. After 4 days from order placed when sale gots over, I have received a message that your order is cancelled. And now this product is available for Rs. 2999. I had just talk to customer care & they told that nothing can happen in this case sir. It means that after sale flipkart increase prices & cancel the early order, so that they can earn a higher profit. Bad services.
