I am drawing pension through my Andhra Bank Account: 159010100044977, at Rajakilpakkam Branch, Chennai. My customer ID is 42815581. I would like to know how to get my pension slip. SBI is sening the pension slip to their customers through email. Why Andhra Bank also cannot give such information?. Also it is not clear why you are not deducting IT of 10%?

Government started subsidised amount for gas started for Bankers or for common people...From my mother account 75% subsidised amount debited by bank because minimum balance maintenance charges. I can't understand this. my mother is doing nuts selling business. she get for one day cooly 150rs. so please try to understand normal people strain. Because they facing lot of problems​ with your penalties.

Sir, I, K.V.Ramesh, working in BSNL would like to submit the following for your action.

We were asked to open salary accounts in Ring Road Branch, Andhra Bank, Vijayawada way long back since 2003 (App.). Since then, we have been successfully maintaining the salary accounts with the branch mentioned. During that time ATM cards were also issued and have been utilized by us successfully.

Recently on 4th and on 10th of August, 2017 I have received messages (to the registered mobile with your bank) that to replace the existing ATM card with chip enabled card and to approach the account holding branch and that too without any charges to apply i.e. free of cost. On making time I approached the branch yesterday i.e. 16th August, 2017 and got replaced a new Debit card by blocking my earlier card and it wad submitted in the branch where i collected the new kit of the card no.6078850134008772 with start date 11/16 and valid through 12/22. Here is the problem. Neither I have received a message nor I was intimated by the branch that charges be collected. Sir, this is just not the question of debiting the charges from my account. Is it that it is the practice of the bank to make us to approach the branch and without intimation collecting charges towards the issued new card. That too after me receiving the message on the mobile that no charges be collected and it is a free of cost.

Also the issued card is from 11/2016 which is 8 months later to the handed over date which is absolutely ridiculous. So in view of this, I request you Sir, to reverse the charges debited from my account and if possible to issue me a card which is valid w.e.f . the current date not from the previous date. And if not please guide me where to approach for getting the reversal of my amount debited may be it a meager one, which is not the thing to particularly point out. Given to approach the branch and get the free of cost card and why should it be debited from the my account which is just a misguide of the customer which leads to losing the confidence over the bank of which I feel i will be approached by your executives at the earliest without fail and hoping for the best outcome.

So, we want take over another loan in the other bank and we requested for necessary critificates but Bhagyanagar colony Branch manager does not giving us interest certificate we have requested the manager so much but she does not responding to us and not giving interest certificate and in this process of take over loan in the other bank we have taken CIBIL report ,in that CIBIL report in enquiries showing education loan in the Andhra bank and we want to calify that education loan is there or not?

It is very difficult to attend the andhra bank to do aadhar link, 10 to 12noon, it should extend more or provide special option to customer who will unable to avoid some situation for narrow period of addhar link procedure to avoid critical circumstances.

My mother died on 24-11-2017 she had fixed deposits in Andhra bank Rudraram branch I am the Nominee I went to the branch with relevant documents manager asked 2witnes I brought then another officer asked witness property details That also I brought but they said you have to come on 30-11-2017 .how many times I will go to the branch?

Regarding money debit
I have never seen such worst bank like this there was no coordination with customers and with their problem customer care executives doesn't have any data...regarding any issue then why they so as a customer care executive

Last 3 months back my money was debited due to some technical issue till now i didn't get money. If i called customer care executive they answered me like this they doesn't have any status regarding money debit. how many days it to get resolve i don't know

What kind of bank is this how could we continue this kind of people and bank. Very wort experience with customer care and bank.

I am N. Sumanna from thanjavur, tamilnadu. 2009 i had opened a locker in your branch at beri street, tirupathi. After my marriage only i had opened a locker. But due to failure in my marital life i got divorced from my ex- husband. Friday (12.10.2018) i had visited your branch with my mom and my kid. Your branch manager has drowned out of us from the bank. His behavior is very worst. I had came to operate my locker. But your branch manager Mr. Sreemannarayana didn't response properly. I didn't expect this type of response from your staff.

My name is Hanuma Reddy and need to open account at Podalakur Andhra Bank(Nellore), Andhra Pradesh. IFSC Code: ANDB0001980 of the Branch. Branch Code: 001980.

I approached bank for account opening on 1st Nov'18 and Branch Manager gave me the application and asked me to come 2nd Nov. I submitted the KYC Xerox copies of Aadhar card, Pan card and Voter id along with account opening application. Till not the account is not opened. If I ask the status he says I need to convince the Zonal office and " I cant promise and can try". Even I have contacted the zonal office they are saying we can give guide lines but decision has to be taken by the concerned Branch. The Podalakur Branch Manager is of peculiar character and he says" I told you to leave the Branch after submitting the application why are you still staying asking in this way " no clue I do not know why he says like that. He thinks he is the owner of the Andhra Bank. The Andhra Bank should take appropriate action against this guy.

I contacted the Zonal office and sent mail saying Zonal office will give clarification then he says why you sent mail to me. Every Bank is traveling towards online / digitalization this guy is not allowing to open an account itself.

For account opening Andhra Bank Podalakur availed already 13 days and nothing happened till now.. REALLY GREAT BRANCH PODALAKUR & MANAGER.

I dont want to purchase debit card and spend money on it as i dont require it. Your help desk says that without debit card my account for internet banking can not be activated. You have to buy debit card. What is this logic of forcing some one to spend money and make it your earning point. How can you help me. No bank forces me to buy debit card. I have account with another 4 banks private and nationalised also. Please help me.

Sir, With great sorrow and pain at last I am compelled put the matter to the higher authority, the following facts .
1. Auction conducted on 27.03.2012 in which we were the highest bidder and bank confirmed the said land for Rs. 15,10,000/-.
2. We have paid 3,77,500/- ( 1,50,000 as earnest money and balance Rs. 2,27,500/- on 27.03.2012 as required by bank .)
3. On 07.04.2012 we Requested bank to give us the possession and make Registry of the property then Bank told us that the matter is pending witl Kolkata Debt Recovery II and we have to maintain status quo.
4. Since then we have visited bank 100 times and wrote nos of letter but no action /reaction received from the bank.

Sir , the matter is pending for last 7-8 years we have approached several times to the Branch to enquire about the current status of our purchased property in the said Auction, but to our surprise they are also not aware of the same. They are telling that their Lawyer is not responding, or there is no result till now. As you can see we have paid the initial amount long back in 2012 in response to your auction publication in News papers. It seems to be a great mistake investing in Bank’s auctioned property as the Bank itself seems to be in no hurry for getting its loan amount back and the respective loanee is enjoying the leverage. This type of relaxation will only add more and more NPA’s and thereby defaulters.

How a Nationalized bank will keep the matter pending for years.... its seems that the full banking system are too reluctant as no one is responsible. I think and believe that you will take stringent steps to recover bank’s loan will compel the willful defaulters to pay/surrender the property.

Kindly pursue this matter on an urgent basis and make arrangement for a hassle free and peaceful possession of the above mentioned land so purchased in auction sale as mentioned above. Your quick and kind action is highly solicited.

Spend hours on waiting followed by transfer to English-speaking customer care provided some email web address to raise issue by email. unable find or post the issue.

Issue: It keeps on saying my tel# is not correct unable login. Seems like it is picking my old Tel # i have not been using for >a year now My new # is 6303509218 How do I change it. It is Aadhaar registered new tel # tried changing log in password unable to do from computer either. I was able to just 2 days back. Tel me how I can change my tel# that is what is issue is, how do I change my tel# & log in. Also I lost/misplaced my debit card more than 3 weeks back.

I scheduled PayTM to fund Edelwiss MF 5L Paytm is unable confirm wafting for bank confirmation. I tried to schedule when I was redirected for net banking processing but unable to do.
