I am not able to signup with ola cabs service, I wasn't able to register my email. Ola cabs is the best cabs in India, It provides safe travelling to the people.

My account was suspend without intimation, Ola cab service are 3rd class...!!!

I get error every time I try logging it.... It says your account has been suspended. What should I do now? I need to book a cab urgently.

OD 15B 7355. catagory (sedan) Sir. I am a ola driver at Bhubaneswar. the category of my car is sedan. I get few booking for this category because in Bhubaneswar some sedan car are at mini/micro category. when a customer booking a micro cab he has got a sedan car and his required is maintain. because the Customer of Bhubaneswar was know sedan car at micro category. so why they booking for sedan car. so I want to change my category for mini. and I have switch for micro otherwise I have leave olacab and join another cab.

Would you please give me reason why my account is suspended please it's urgent and please do open my account. I am stuck in lavasa I do need cab now.

I got dropping location problem 2 times.what I entered dropping location was different and your dropping address same but location different.

I usually take your cab. I never did any type of misbehave but you block my account without informing me about if any misshapen occurs. I am very upset with you. This is unprofessional behavior. If you don't respect customer then why I attached with you. I also uninstall your app. And never take your ride in future. You shouldn't take decision without knowing both sides views.

I called the cab on receiving his number he asked me my drop location and refused for which I have been charged 75rs which is very wrong.

This is to inform you that my ride has been cancelled by your driver (TN05-1846) mob no:8939480127 with out any information and he not picking the call and rejecting the call...Can you tell me one thing if we book the ride and it got cancelled by the some emergency reason you guys or charging the cancellation charges, wat will you charges if you your guys or company did the same thing.

I book OLA AUTO on 27-OCT-2017 @ 7:44 PM driver confirmed my ride and ask me to wait for 2 mins , he will reach to pick up, when he entered the spot before i reach the Auto, some customer asking him for the rate & rides , he picked them and simply went, i saw this & calling him continuously, he didn't informed anything & without my confirmation & acknowledgement the AUTO DRIVER cancelled the booking. And I was surprised that on his own he cancelled the booking without informing me. It wasted my 1 hour in the night.

Driver name was SEKAR S and MOBILE No. is 90030 83505.
I request the officials to take strict action against such irrational drivers. This is like cheating , not trustful, also very irritating. I am really disappointed with the service. Request to look into this & solve this kind of issues not happens again.

Note: Particularly auto drivers asking extra charges above the rate shows in the meter.

Poor services and don't have proper resources to manage services, to just activate KYC Ola team needs 3 to 4 working days' s per customer care and there is no other way, Ola should feel shame to give such answer. even in govt offices it can be done in hours.

Even there is no option to pull back ola money to same personal account from which it is recharged.

This is so fake service, when I booked it was 35rs then after reaching it showed 94rs, this is so disgusting almost thrice the charge.

I had book ola cab mumbai to daman dated on 7th October, i jad left one accessories my goggles and its box. However driven still not return it or his refuse to deposit it to ola office, please take the necessary action.

After booking cab received but by asking drop location driver refused to drop me at the said location and the cab was cancelled. But cancellation charges of Rs.75/- have been charged. As the ride was refused by driver, pl. cancel my charges of Rs.75/-.

Ola has started unreasonable price with longer routes. It always book that cab which is moving direction, I am going to file riot and FIR against ola working system.

I was charged Rs 434 for 10 km. It is too much and illegal also.

When I book the cab it’s show the price 348, after the ride it’s showing 692. Really bullshit worst service of Ola better every one should use Uber not Ola.

Yesterday I book share ride and after many follow up with cab driver he refused so I cancelled the booking and these shameless OLA charged RS.25. Later after one minute I booked another share ride and I was told by cab driver to wait in car for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes Driver cancelled the booking and misbehaved. I lodged my complaint with OLA but no reasonable reply. Shame to OLA.

While booking amount showed 197/- but bill amount came 277/- (no change in the root or traffic jump) for the same ride in the afternoon it only 127/-even in the afternoon it showed only as 197/-. A further driver has not put the A/c even after reminding him. very bad service and unfair trade practice. I thought of deleting the apps from my phone and not to use your service.
