This ola cab is better but when I call to customer care it can't able to reach to them Wat the f******g ma.

Ola auto sucks!!! App shows too many auto near me but non of them confirm ride. Really! this is your service.

During my last request to book cab yesterday morning I waited long for driver confirmation but there was no response,and later received message that my ride cancelled and later message that RS 25 will be deducted for next ride pl confirm the reason.

My email is not being verified, i have been sent the verification link in my email but when i link in from the email it says the link has already been used. Can u please help me fix this issue?

My mobile is there in ola cab and not picking up call that man.

I frequently found ola auto rickshaw drivers himself cancelled the booking without any courtesy and after Re-booking no one confirm the ride but shows the rickshaws available on site.

Sir my ola account is blocked. What can I do now?

Today evening I was travelling in OLA share where I missed my mobile phone unfortunately. I'm 100% sure that I lost it in the cab. I have many official informations in my phone. It will be good if I get it back.

No invoice has been provided agst a booking at Bangalore on 16th Feb 2018 with CRN 1521289084. I have sent mails to customer care but no action yet. Hope things are taken care more swiftly.

I got dropping location problem many time. And I already have paid old money for wrong location and that's made my time and money waste.

I booked a cab at Mumbai airport, after few minutes the driver named Sandeep (Mob No.+919892040104, cab No MH48F2414) called me and about my destination. After some time I received a message saying that my booking is cancelled. Again I called that Sandeep, but he said there is no booking. I asked him then why did you call me when he replied I had not called you, It is very clear that after knowing my destination he decided to refuse the booking. This is a typical attitude of yellow-black cab driver. These types of drivers are spoiling the name of Ola Services. Strict action should be taken.

Your service was very bad. Yesterday night I have used today also I have used but result was very bad because car driver behaved like local and there smoking with car and not putting AC. there asked it has not worked so never i used your service.

An Ola cab was booked at DELHI location through mno 9472730138 a year back.Due to some problem in networking, ride could not be availed and i was new to ola ride remains un-cancelled. Consequently Rs 74/- charged to me. This amount is appearing every time and is being added to whenever i going to book the ride and hence unable to book the ride. Hence i request to waive Rs 74/-.

Debit from sbi a/ c today of rs 599 but to credit the amount to my ola a/c till now. Please refund the money to my sbi a/c in reverse credit.

My issue is why you guys had charged me for cancellation. It's not my fault to cancel the taxi your driver only forced me to cancel the ride because my 2 years baby along with me I really felt insult he teached me new rule's. I have traveled many times in same way but he is the only person not allowed me in his taxi.

It had been a month since i have been using this app on regular basis in hyderabad for travelling. Ola auto is the worst and pathetic service ever provided by the company. Drivers purposefully cancel rides on refusal of extra charge demanded by the drivers for there rides pre-booked. Despite being mentioning the issue in the support column of the app i have to bear the cancellation charges. It has been repeatedly happening with me.

I dont know how my acc got blocked. i m trying to explain u thru d customer number bt it is also not possible bcoz of getting blocked. i request u to remove it from blockage. As ola provides best service i want to continue with it. Plz customer care ppl look over it.. It vl b helpful if my acc will be reactivated.

On 13th July I booked ola cabs to travel from aravind eye hospital to Mattuthavani bus stand madurai. with in few minutes I received a message saying that the driver not in a possession take the trip and I was asked book a fresh one. I did so but for subsequent booking they advise cancellation charge rs 50/..For that reason I am not booking further. Today I booked ola to travel from palpannai to Sarathas.Amount showed 55 when I was booked, but the amount showed 164 after dropping, I really cheated by ola. Hereafter I won't use ola. Please be careful with ola.

I traveled from Varanasi city to Varanasi airport, and the driver charged me extra money. And many times ola charged me money even if I don’t cancel the trip. Really pathetic service.

I had booked a Ola vehicle in rental mode, name of vehicle Prime Sedan Rental - White Sunny, CRN69750315, name of driver is Nagabhushana V NA. I traveled in Bangalore City only. During the travel, I had paid the toll taxes while passing towards nice road, Banergatta road, electronic city (the toll tax receipts are kept with me). Driver had insisted me that toll taxes will be paid by the customers only, toll tax charges are not included in the taxi charges/rent. In this connection, I would like to know from the company whether toll taxes are to be paid by the customers or toll tax charges are included in the travel cost while passing towards in toll areas.

OLA company may please clarify the above issues to me.

My account was blocked from so can't able to use ride. so plz open my account to ride.

When driver cancel the cab without intimation then that is fine with the company. Over and above not even once they continuously cancel the ride if driver is not in a mood to go and also charges over our cancellation. Ola is a big a**hole.

Is this a policy of your company not to listen complain of customers and blocked him immediately,grab his money left in ola money,do not receive calls??

If yes than it is a serious matter because in most of the city of India you are operating through private drivers and cab as do take guarantee of conduct and action of each and every driver. Hence either be broad to listen complain or declare it a lootmaar org.in association of drivers.

Amount deducted from my account but not added in Ola money. No one customer care number working. Very bad service don't add debit card and credit card information to Ola app. I want my 599 refund.
