Only flipkart is responsible for all I am suffering last 47 days.

I am Lovkesh Kumar Mishra form Allahabad. I purchased a mobile of Swipe Elite Plus with bill no. F0YQI01017-00112825 (Bill Attached) dt. 19-10-16 from Flipkart and my mobile was not proper working. so I submit my mobile in your service center. Address - Usha Traders, Jonstonganj, Allahababd (Oppsite Of Kashi Hotel) Nitin Vaish 9580289824 against Work Order No.UP-ALBD-UT-188 dt5-4-17.

As per trail mail This is to bring to your kind notice that as per the trail mailed communication of getting my mobile repaired, I went on dt26-4-17 and received it. Here I would like to mention that after plugging the same to get charged I found that the mobile was not at all repaired and was just like as it was at the time of sending it for repair. This is truly unprofessional and illegitimate act done on your part, and now I am going to take a serious note of this. I had deposited the same since last 22 days in the hope to get it repaired and even after that I received the mobile that too without being repaired.

Now this is to bring to your kind notice that you owe me the distress and inconvenience compensation, or get me the replacement of the hand set as a token of your apology towards the inconvenience suffered by me in this regard.

I talked to customer care no regarding damaged/broken item & non fit-able mobile back cover (Order No: OD1020904028943205336) sent to me for replacement. I was advised to send those items to courier service for return after getting mail from flip-kart and my damaged item will be sent again and non fit-able item value will be credited to my account. Till date (29/05/2017) mail didn't come from flip-kart end and order has been cancelled on 3rd May'17. No further action can be taken on this order. How can We trust you just like this type of replacement guarantee?

I order banii red and skin color combination saree with 2 in 1 combination with green border woven banarasi handloom banarasi saree you send me different saree. So i proceed to exchange my product but after exchange i will be received a different. So i again proceed to exchange it but my product not exchanged. I wont my product so what i do for it?

I got wrong delivery second time. First time when i complaint they told that you only ordered these product. Next time with I properly ordered the product what i need but again wrong delivery and they are not at all supporting for their own mistake. I probably think that these was my last order on flipkart.

Your service man should be misbehave with customer not give delivery at my home. he say me that u come and take ur courier otherwise ur order is cancelled. so pls give him advise to delivery at home otherwise I should not order any items form flipkart.

I bought Samsung galaxy Imax in flippant.....flipkart shows offer of his but I don't get his sim on my mobile delivery...what should I do???

This is to inform you that I received the htc phone which had scratched and oil imprints. Besides this,when I checked the status of the mobile through its IMEI no it displayed that it's warranty started on 2016/08/04 and will end on 2017/11/04, whereas I purchased my phone on 25 /08/2017. This means that this product has already been used. I request you to take the strict action against the dealer. At date 25/08/2017 i was book a mobile and when i did my payment confirm i get a bank transition id TX110050558959482000 with a massage, we are confirming your payment with your bank. if amount has been deducted, when your order will be confirm shortly. if in case we are not able to confirm your order we refund your whole amount, but even from last three days i was calling to customer service center and also talking to your senior manager they are unable to refund my money. i want a solution for getting my money back within one hour.

Dear sir/madam

As I placed an order from your website which was oppo f3 mobile cash on delivery.

I got the delivery on the date of 14th August 2017 at 10:00am to 11:00am and have done the payment 19990/- by Cash. At the same time in 15 to 20 minutes. But when i opened the package i just shocked to see that parcel. I didn't found mobile phone in box, I received a soap bar in oppo mobile box.

So, at the same time I submitted the complaint to the flipkart costumer care and they said me to wait till 26 August for the updated status. At the same day within some hours I got a massage and email that my request is rejected.

Than next day I call to costumer Care number regarding to the same complaint and Again they told me that I need to wait till 27 August for the next status. but between the conversation I got a msg that the return request again has been rejected. So i told him about the massage during the call I told him that sir my return request has been rejected again, even executive says that sir you have to wait till date 27 August.

After that I sent a email regarding same complaint to the CEO of flipkart Mr. Sachin Bansal on their email address Sachinbansal @flipkart.com. according to this email I need to wait till 31 August.

Than I got a call from flipkart team and she told me to wait till evening. And as per conversations again I got a call from the team and in this call she asked me to share my government id proof.

My document Name is Mahesh Kumar but i have mentioned the name on flipkart account is Suraj. So as they asked for id proof i have sent both of the id proof via email. I got the last email through seller he claims That he delivered the product, but in real here was a soap bar in the package.

I have not got my product yet in fact, it has been 1 month to doing this complaint and all this. I just want any solution as fast as possible. And I'll surely take legal action against your company.
