The courier people came to my house on 4th about 1 pm to deliver the credit card but at that time no body at home and he returned the courier. On 5th I have received the card PIN by courier.

I would like to inform you that I will not be available till 19th January. Hence I request you to send the card after 19th only, my mobile No 9848711211. Thank you

Kotak executive told me... we give u a credit card on behalf on your account. So i apllied that and i maintained the amount in my account what they told me but after all the documentation and formalities u declined my credit card request. Give me the specific reason for decline or i close the account in your bank.

I want to increase my credit card limit. Its only 15000. what documents or requirements i need to complete?

While I was applying for the salary account with kotak bank unknowingly I also applied for the credit card too. But I got to know that only when the delivery guy gave called me receive it. As of now I don't want that credit card. So please let me the correct procedure to cancel it. (card no - 4363891510186393).

My credit card No, XXXX XXXX XXXX 5042 was received on 06-04-17.My credit limit is Rs.75000/- & cash limit is Rs.25000/-. But on swiping on 14yh April in BOB ATM for Rs.300/-,I received SMS as cash transaction not approved due to insufficient funds.Again I tried for Rs. 100/-. Same message. Again I tried in HDFC ATM for Rs. 500/-, Same message. When I have cash limit of rs. 25000/-, Why I am not allowed cash withdrawal?

My name is Poovangavana. A, I am using the Kotak credit card for lost six month. But lost 3 month they putting over limit fee 500 and service tax but I have limit 44,054. I call to the customer care they not give correct responsible to me I ask them, I have the limit why put Kotak over limit fee for my card. They given answer don’t, This the answer for my Question, They take the complaint it will solved with 7 working days, but my problem is not solve. Please give the solution for me other wise give the number to call the person. like this you put the over limit for me I will close the Kotak credit card.

I have salary account in ur bank. Last year u offered a card but I did not get,it is showing that card is working. please resend the card otherwise close the card account.

Can u tell me why my cc limit is not increased after one year.... now i am. self imployed but time to time payment cc score is 780 then why you dnt incresed my cc limit... answer me... anyway you dont want to increase my cc limit then i am got one way to close your cc. i have sbi cc they give me 50000 limit in behalf of your bank cc so then you tell me why u r not incresed my cc.. 186162979.

Hi,

I have paid the Rs 2000 on 08 september 2017 for my credit card number 4166 4643 0277 1712. We spoke with your executive to make the payment of your entire credit card amount. Then, your executive has called my friend and said something wrong about me. FUCK off, from where he found my friend's number. i did not mention her name/number anywhere.

Afterwords, i got the call from the same executive,(Ravi/Vinay) number +91 8595188236, while talking about the my friend situation, he was started abusing language with me which is behan, baap, i will f**k you and your mother. I have the call recording with me. I have never ever seen this kind of company anywhere. your services are pathetic, WHAT THE F**K are you doing siting on the post seat, where your people does not know how to deliver the such services to your customers. Your executive are uneducated seriously. I did the complaint in the consumer court as well plz speak with them and i will never pay your credit card amount ever. I want compensation and defamation claim from you. Being a lady, i would not tolerate such kind of abusing language in my life. I want that guy to be out from your company. Also, he was giving me the warning to do the complaint and more people will call you, what does it mean. It means, they do not have any mother n sister in your family.

Even I am the one who has taken the initiative to call your customer services for my payment, as I want to use your card again. However, I will never ever use your services and tell my friend and relatives about my pathetic experience with them. Also, suggest them that do not use your bank ever.

I would request you to kindly find the attachment of that call recording.

Dear Sir,

This is very shocking that Kotak sold their product forcefully to their existing customer and I am very disappointed to being a Kotak Customer.

Today on dated 30.10.2017 I have received a sms on my mobile no. 7861852383 that kotak received my Kotak credit card application form no. 1730102000830 has been processed within 15 days hence I never apply for Kotak credit card.

If Kotak Issue any credit card to me, I am not responsible for any transaction, annual fee, interest and any other charges on that card. Kotak will responsible for any credit card and its due amount.

Please do not issue any credit card on my name.

I called on the number given for Mobile Banking for Bangalore (66006022), for pin generation of my credit card, they asked for my credit card number, expiry date, and cvv number as well, and then ask to press the credit card pin. I did as per the instructions but it doesn't get generated after that also, the girl was saying its wrong input . kindly , let me know... if there is no problem in sharing those details on phone.Plz revert me back asap.

Kotak Mahindra service executive took my documents and signatures on the form and he told me that the card will be delivered at ur home in 30 days. Now around 50 to 60 days have passed and no reply from service executive. i checked online status "please contact administrator". My CRN number is 245737517. Credit card application reference number is 1735202000753. Please do the needful sir.

I am not applied any credit card from your bank, i don't know how it's possible. I got sms from ur bank thank you for expressing your interest in a kotak mahindhra bank credit card we acknowledge your credit card application no:- 1811808692921. if i am not applied also i got this please canceled this application, take immediately action on this. if not taken action ill go for consumer court.
