I purchased coolpad dazen smart phone on line bearing serial No.011450751675690. Within the warranty period of one year it developed some started problem 4 times. Latest such problem occurred in the month of July this year and mobile was handed over to your service centre at Shimla i.e Hanu Computers under jobsheet No.# <JS16070700570> on 7th July, 2016. I frequently enquired about the progress of its repair, at first I was told that some part has been called from the Company and lastly I was told that Company has called the mobile set back for check up in the Company head office. Two month's period is going to lapse I have not received the same back.

Kindly get this defective mobile piece replaced with new one as it is not likely to give satisfactory performance as per experience till date. Please do the needful within seven days as I am facing big problem without my mobile. I was surrender my mobile coolpad dazen 1 for service due to issue of motherboard (booting error) problem. Customer care told that they don't have spare parts for my mobile at last 3months. I didn't receive any proper information about my Mobile from the customer care. I want to know exact date of my mobile. Please rectify the booting error problem and I need my coolpad dazen 1 mobile as soon as possible.

Coolpad is worst phone I have ever seen. It just kidding with us because there customer services are very worst. they do not get customer problem seriously. my phone is coolpad note 3s and I use this mobile only for one months and it have many problems and customer service of coolpad is not responding any more. so I prefer every person don't buy this worst phone. i am giving to zero or less than star to coolpad company. So I request to all buyer don't purchase.

We are following with the service centre and customer care centre for last 10 days. We are getting from service center is that parts unavailable.

This we are hearing from almost 20 days. They say motherboard repaired but scanner part unavailable, this is how your company works. Inspite of my repeated request to talk to Sushant Singh your customer care people are not transferring the call .

Please treat this as my final reminder, I want my phone to be repaired within 7 days or we are starting with legal proceedings.
