Coolpad Note 5 (32 GB) not switching on under warranty handed over to service center on 14 Dec 2017. Job sheet NO- #JS17121400028. The item has not been repaired and sent to the end user till date. Customer care is telling hat part not available and have to wait. After 2.5 months waiting also, the customer care is asking to wait further. I want my device to be replaced as soon as possible if the defective part not available. No more waiting is possible as the coolpad company had a very very poor customer care service.

My mobile screen has damaged, can i get it repaired from service center because warranty period is over.

I have given my mobile cool 1 to service center for touch problem in Mysore (Karnataka) on 2nd April 2018. But till time no any response and when i call to service center they are talking that please wait one week but i need my mobile in this week. please help on this any other option.

My mobile doesnt charges if its turned on, i have to switch it off to charge it.

4000 mAh battery but not last long take too get down to zero and also hang phone this Coolpad note 5 is the worst phone ever in i have improved phone better.

Totally upset with the Coolpad Note 5, I am unable to unlock the pattern lock even though I am using the same pattern to unlock, may I know the fix for this, require the data from the phone.

Coolpad is worst phone I have ever seen. It just kidding with us because there customer services are very worst. they do not get customer problem seriously. my phone is coolpad note 5 and I use this mobile only for 3 months and it have many problems and customer service of coolpad is not responding any more.

I'm Bhat from mangalore karnataka, I'm unable to on my Coolpad note 3 lite phone as charging light will come but not on. On contacting customer care here they told to service at mobile world, but they are rejecting to service Coolpad mobile, they are accepting only micromax mobiles only. I'm not having anything to do but to throw my mobile.

I am waiting for marshmallow since I bought coolpad note 3 plus.

I am unable to get coolpad note 3 lite battery.

I have recently update my coolpad note 5 to 7.0. after updating it give continues update and when I am updating v224 it is about 75 MB update it can't install, it says error I have tried 4 times. so please help me in thus regard.

It's one and half year since I bought coolpad cool 1 dual and I'm very disappointed. it is still android 6.0 (marshmallow) where other brands models got updated to oreo. Quick man u have to do something.

Updated stock ROM of Coolpad note 5 as there are many bugs.

With due respect sir I purchased my phone from amazon on 31 march 2018. I told in amazon because I have problems in battery which have one year warranty. they asked me to go in service center I went there they ask me they will ask to company for it. they did their job but still now my handset was defective by service center. now it is not working properly I am also member of human rights department but I can't do for myself. please suggest me what should i do otherwise I will go to consumer court for my mental garnishment and do actions about your company. my order no is40507-70525-49102 model noc103.

Phone is coolpad note 3. purchased in 2016.battery is charged to 100%. but when apps. ( whats app. F.B.etc starts operation , battery draining very fast . If a video clip is played, within a couple of minutes , the phone is going dark all of a sudden showing " Low Battery" though there was enough charge just before the occurrence of the problem ( 60%, 70% etc.) as indicated in the battery percentage bar. consulted with the coolpad authorized service center and they changed the battery twice but the problem could not be solved. problem is continuing for last two months. Already paid RS.1100/- to the service center. Solicit your immediate help to solve the problem.

Very much problem in coolpad 8676-I02. such as calling problem using jio sim, non LTE problem, new upadte was not given by coolpad company.
