I am really upset with Ola these days. Many a times I have faced a lot of issues either related to long waiting time, cancellation of ride by cab drivers without informing etc. But it was high time now. Got charged with inappropriate toll charges as extra Rs 200 and extra time charges. Although the estimated charges were half of what was charged.

I think Ola should inform the customer before starting the ride that how much total amount would be there and inform about the toll charges, so that customer would think before starting the ride or else show the total charges with toll.

kindly consider this as a really serious one because I am sure lot of customers face this issue.

I have stop my car from driving in ola if my scheme is not change then I have to remove my car. so plzz work on it and little bit of profit to car owner also.

my friend booked ola cab from hoody to near of manipal hospital. my friend left cell phone inside cab because she was in hurry. we tried many time to make call ola customer care but the never try to help us.

even i said booking mo. no-9986091300,
cab no. was 8812, still they said i need more information.

My email account is not open to ola cabs. many time i am using in ola cabs because that i am trailing in many of state. i dont know why close my account. recently recharge this account and regularly using ola cabs. so please open my account my ola money is there. many of my friend facing a problem same continuously.

I left my phone in MH02 CR 1750 Driver Rajan 9702187440 ride from Mumbai International Airport to Tata Symphony, Chandivalli, Powai on 27th October, 2016 at 5.40 pm pick up time and 6.40 drop time. I called the driver immediately and called on my no. too which was ringing but he denied that the phone is in his cab. Then he did not respond for one hour and now when we are calling him he is denying that the phone is not in his cab and the next customer took the phone away which cannot be true. I am sure the driver is lying so please help me. My other contact no is 9930874014. I have lodged FIR and emailed copy on litigation@olacabs.com.

Please look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

Dear, I paid my today's morning ride bill twice in hurry. Trip reference:OSN247368193. It was paid through OLA money (while boarding) as you can see (below receipt) and again paid by cash at the end of the trip. Driver should have said this me. But he did not tell anything and accepted the money. Now he is not accepting my calls.

Request you to coordinate with the driver and refund the money in my OLA wallet.

This is the third time I have used Ola since my husband had his knees operated on. The first two times I organised personal transport. The third time nothing was available for the time needed so I tried share cab. After booking I discovered that it was a booking for one person so I rang to check if there was a seat for my husband. I was lead to believe that there was and it would cost more (logical). We followed our driver on the map and responded to 5 phone calls, mostly asking for directions and telling us he would be with us soon. Completely in the wrong place. When our driver arrived (20 minutes late) he refused to take my husband and me. Sadly this was supposed to be our first outing after his operation. As someone on another complaint site said a little humanity would go a long way.

I have ola pass and still i am charged more for the trips, every day my trip is from saidabad to gandhinagar. The distance is around 9 kms. some times i am charged for more kms, how can the distance varies every other day? some times you are charging rs55 and sometimes rs86.... i have already called the customer care and explained the problem but nothing has been done and still i am been charged more everytime. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

Ola company is not good because this company Suspended my id ,one man give me mobile no.. and told me book my car. so i Book but the drive not come so the man complaint ola and block my id.

I booked a cab yesterday night n i got the confirmation msg whn i calld to driver he misbehaved and i canceld that booking and after that i have been charged 50 rs for cancellation fee and whn i tried to complain they bolcked my account.....wow what a service ola well even i dont want to use your app anymore but what about my ola money i want that money to be refunded?

Statement by Ola-

"The charges will be intimated to you at the time of booking. If a customer doesbnot want to take a cab during dynamic pricing hours, you cann always avoid by choosing "Reject" option to avoid the dynamic pricing charges before confirming the booking."

My explanation-

I was not intimated nor informed through SMS or while booking confirmation by OLA. If I was intimated by OLA , why should I complain about high charges. And high means doubled charges? and your excuse is high demand for cabs and etc.. but that time of booking I am able to see 3-4 Cabs around my area, not fair service by OLA. So why charging high.

Requesting you to answer appropriately to my query please.

Pathetic experience from Ola. Hi Ola,

I am disappointed with the Charges levied by Ola. I made two trips on Ola today.

1) Ola Share Receipt for OSN278561137 for 182.
2) Ola Share Receipt for OSN278694489 for 464.

For First trip on Shared trip I was charged 184 Rupees while my colleague who travelled by Uber on the same distance for almost similar distance for his own trip paid Rs 148. For Shared trip not only charges are more but it is expensive.

For 2nd trip I was changed 464 Rupees from Gulleria Mall sector 38 to Lawrence Road while the person sitting prior to me was charged Rs 350. I need proper reply as to why I should continue using OLA and not switch to Uber. You are charging not only 25% more money compared to Uber, taking more time, taking Cash while Uber Offer lower charges less time and PayTM.

I expect proper reply or else I would never ever use OLA facility henceforth and unistall the Application. I would also ensure that none of my friend and relatives use OLA.

I demand proper justification from your pathetic services.

I am regular customer in ola cabs. Plzz unblock my ola account it was not my mistake due to some internet prob n my phone get hanged while booking a cab by that many cabs were got booked so plzz unblock n unsuspend my account again. i will be very thankful to ola service is very good so i need it alot.

The AC was not functioning - had a very uncomfortable ride on a hot sunny day! Despite of 3 days passed further to ride, yet not received the Rs. 100 cash back as being widely advertised.. Rs.100 cashback for the 1st Ola money/Cashless ride!

I tried calling the support helpline -multiple attempts -all in vain -only music being played, endlessly...
I hope the above is noted and I get the promised cashback.

Driver requested to pay in cash which I did, but along with that this amount was deducted from OLA money also, this I realised after some time and called back the driver (Santosh). He said, he will update customer support and money will be added to my account. Till now I have not got my money.

05-Dec-2016 night i have recharged Rs. 999/- into Ola account through online (Net banking). Money did not reflected in OLA MONEY, however i got message from my bank that amount has been credited to OLA (Narration- 5937021839-PAYUOLACABSCOM). Hence, requesting to refund or add that money in my Ola account.

04/12/2016 at 4.28 PM we have booked micro ola cab from Indrayani Nagar Bhosari to Pune railway station driver was Nikiket Chavan and TRN: 479446815. The ride is booked for my old age mother and payment was made from my ola money wallet. I was not not traveling through ride because at the same time I was traveling to Mumbai. At the end of the ride cab driver said to my old age mom that "payment is unsuccessful through ola wallet due to network issues. You please pay me cash of rs. 275". But payment is already done by my ola money wallet. My old age mom was helpless and she paid him cash by keeping faith with ola cab driver.

We thought that ola is trust worthy so I dare to send my old age mom in your cab. But the driver nikiket chavan crn:479446815 is humanity less and fraud that he is taken more than double money for single ride.

We want our ride money refund in ola money wallet. Please do something earlier other wise we have take strict action against ola. Waiting for you positive response.

I've paid 149/- to get a share pass @ 100/- fix cost however every time I took the cab I was charged more than 100/-.

I want refund for the difference charged

I had Ola money, I booked an auto we told him correct place where we were standing he asked for 4 digit number we asked him to come to the place then we ll give he said two rides have be crossly linked wanna to verify. so please tell, we thought it was genuine so we gave he didn't come to our place. also he went to some wrong place and said please cancel we cancelled but he has charged 43 rs from my ola money for him to travel to my place. he is charging money fakely. Worst ever experience.

As per mini rate card rate Rs 6 per km. Ride time Rs 1 per min. For 17 km and 44 min I was charged 588??? Total Fare estimate Rs 350. And was charged Rs 588. I want refund back of the excess amount. I will make it viral in social media and see to it Uber to be preferred over Ola.

I have booked OLA on 6 Dec16 . And OLa has deducted changer from My Ola Money and Drive also take money from. I called Driver he said he will return the money soon. I call to customer Care too but nothing is working .Can OLA manager look on this matter and return my money . Every time I call the driver he said he will return the Money soon.
