I have submitted my mi4I phone at patna service center on 5th july. My phone have charging problem. Since that day they are giving my phone only they are saying that ''we have no mi4I parts so your phone has not repaired". Plz available them mi4i parts so that they can repair my phone. Its not fair you are taking about 2 mnth of long period. Enough is enough plz dont serve such a worst service.

I purchased mi note 3 on 25 june 2016 and after 25 day my smartphone's adapter got submit at agra (UP) service center cause charging issues. Now 28 day have been passed i didn't get my adopter back. I feel very bad experience with your service because without adopter i cant enjoy with my newly smartphone. I trusted to ur service... bt now i am disappointed with it.

If u want to help me plz solve my problem.

I purchased xiaomi MI4 b/w April-May/2016, its been only 3 month, and the battery was not charging well, and once it got switched off, after that it didn't get restarted. So, With so much of trust i kept my phone in Kalkaji service center. They told it will be repaired within 1 month and they will keep informing me whether it got repaired or not, but I'm so disappointed with your service center that they are not informing me at all, Once i called they told they didn't got the part. And after that no any information. Now its going to be 1 Month almost.

P.S: I NEED YOU TO REPAIR MY PHONE AND NEED YOUR REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

My phone is redmi 2 prime. It asked for miui 7.5.3 update and I updated that of 12mb after the completion of download it asked for a reboot and I pressed reboot. afterwards the phone is not starting up simply redmi.com display is coming. So how to switch on the phone, PLEASE I need your help xiaomi service fast.

This mail is to highlight gross negligence at the part of the Xiaomi Customer Care team. I bought a Redmi Note 3 that was delivered to me on 10th July 2016. Since the phone was a birthday gift for my Dad (which was on 17th) and I keep ordering gadgets from Xiaomi (This is my 10th after Mi 4i, Mi5, Mi Pad, 1 redmi Note 3,s ome battery banks and headphones), I did not open the packaging then and there. When we opened the packaging after 7 days i.e. 17th July, I saw that there was a dent in the box and upon opening the box I found that, the screen was shattered. Within 10 minutes I wrote a mail to Xiaomi customer care asking them for a replacement. Next day they asked me for various pictures of the product, box etc which I sent.

I then got a very curt response - " since you did not inform us within 24 hrs , we can't replace your phone". I was zapped since the Xiaomi policy (on the app page) says that a request for replacement must be set within "10 days" and that it covers " goods damaged in transit" (Snapshot attached). I even called the customer care, spoke to a senior executive- she kept my call on hold for 30 minutes- eventually I hung up. Then when I wrote to them the next day(today) re-iterating the fact that the policy says clearly 10 days, I got a rather half-witted response saying that you have sent a request after "48hrs" hence it can't be entertained.

I'm feeling very cheated and mistreated, especially when I'm so fond of Xiaomi as a brand. Moreover, my first reaction was- how can the company not honour what it says - even Amazon gives 10 days replacement.

I hope that this matter is taken up with the seriousness that befits a dissatisfied consumer rather than receive a default and standard reply. Expecting a timely resolution. Do let me know in case you need any other clarification.

Hello Xiaomi, i have brought ur mi ph model note prime 1s, but after buying in 3month its doesn't working properly it may low in less than 4 hours. Your customers care was also not responding as much i aspect so what can I do now. i am sad to buy ur mobile Xiaomi, I think I made a Bigggggg mistake to buy ur product.

I have purchased RedMi 2S-383 Redmi2S-HM2-in-gray Prime last month. Since I received the phone, it giving problems and I contacted Mobile Service Mohali with phone and checked and told me that the screen of the phone is giving problem. I deposited the phone on 23.7.2017 vide Jobsheet No.JS16072300288, but till date I had not received back the phone. On contact, they said that company is not providing spare parts for months together. Please supply the relevant spare parts to the Service centre Mohali immediately.

I have purchased mi4I phone, It is working fine but last monday 08/08/2016 my phone fall from my hand. I am going MI center in Gurgaon Sec-14 and delivery time told one week. But till today no response from MI center. I have already complaint MI center toll free no-1800 103 6286 but any one no respond me, such a bad experience for me.

I have submitted Mi Redmi Prime 2 phone on June 27 at Sector 22, Chandigarh.

Problem: Sim Card 2 Not Working.

After spending 2 months i got my phone back unprepared and the shocking scene was when I see front camera , it was totally changed, they changed my phone's camera to duplicate one. They made me fool. I want to complaint against them Mi Service Center Sector 22, Chandigarh.

Please give me solutions as soon as possible.

There are lots of problems with my redmi note 3 with lock. Problem regarding finger touch and becoming extremely hot and when I update version when it totally completes and reboot phone at that time it shows update not available. Getting irritated very much.

I bought a new redmi note 3 mobile. The problem is I forgot my pattern. I don't know how to unlock. Plz give some solution.

Please bring the clarity of sound in Redmi note 3 by software. Dolby sound like miui 8 new features come by software so Dolby sound can also be come by software only. it is not necessary to be inbuilt feature of Dolby speakers there are so many software engineer.

I purchased online redmi note 3 on 6th July i received a broken device. Complained and the same day sent images. 52 days have gone I made several calls send them emails getting reply your matter is on highest priority and matter will be resolved soon our service team is working on it have patience. these are the reply I get till now. Can I buy new one till I get my refund it's hard earned money. Desperately waiting for matter to be resolved it's under warranty.

I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (Gold, 32GB) online through Amazon India on 18th May, 2016, whose screen started malfunctioning within a period of 1 and a half month. It stopped working at all. I took the same to Authorised Service Centre located in Malad (TVS Electronics Ltd, Kothari Milestone, Shop No. 114, 1st Floor 46, S.V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai- 400064) and checked with the Service Centre. Executive told me to get its delivery with maximum period of 10-15 days.

I would like to bring to your kind notice what all I have faced because of Xiomi:
• Firstly, the malfunctioning of screen initiated me to go to a Authorised Service Centre of the Company to get my cell phone repaired.
• The undue hardship caused at the Service Centre where unprofessional people are attending customers. Service Centre employees devalue the brand Redmi by constantly telling customer- “Kishne bola tha mobile lene k liye- bahut problem hai mobile me”. They humiliate customer with “I give a damn attitude.”
• Discourteous, rude, impolite, ill-mannered and irreverent staff at the Malad Service centre maltreat innocent guys.
• After endless arguments, disrespect, humiliation, indignity faced by me at the Service Centre I got my handset on 27th August, 2016.

I had mailed endless times about the pitiful services provided at the service centre… but I didn’t get any response from the company too. It seems they too don’t care about their customer grievances. I regret my decision of purchasing Xiomi Redmi Note-3 (Chinese product will always be chinese). I will never recommend Xiaomi to anyone and will spread awareness of the same through social networking websites and thus help to avoid humiliation and trouble which I have gone through.

I would request all who have faced or facing same to support me by commenting your experience.

I have purchased my redmi 2 prime this january 2016 and now my cameras are showing some error and i m unable to use my camera and without camera mobile is of no use. Also some battery problem is there at night its 78% charged and in morning the phone gets automatically switched off and there is no battery left. Its hanging alot... please help me to get rid of this problem.

I have purchased redmi2s prime and 6 month before phone getting a problem I get to the service center but I didn't get my phone in 1 month. please get the action of this problem.

I have submitted my mi 4i phone at your service center located at janakpuri. It has been more than 1 month but there is no response from your side. Every time I call at your service center they either divert the call or either don't pick up the phone. (ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING AN MI PHONE PLEASE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK)

Sir, please include a back cover and a earphones with all Xiaomi phone. If the phone accidentally falls down while unboxing the back cover protects its from scratching. The Mi earphones is very problem to Mi users,They had to buy an external earphones for the phone or had to use other brand earphones. Please accept this.

Its only been three months since I bought redmi note 3 and the phone does not turn on. Already spoiled.

My phone mi4i is model town ludhiana admit for 24 june 2016 and no repair today i am wait for my mi4i but service is very very very poor. I am not satisfy.

I had Purchased Redmi 3S Prime Gold 32GB on 17th Aug 2016 wide Order No.51608173909902. In that phone I found that there is error of network connection so I wish to replace said product. But whenever I called customer care center they not respond to me properly I make a complain no.160829002191on dated 27th august than they said to me for waiting 48 hours. After I make other call to customer care on 31st August again they said that previous complain made cancel and make new Complain No. 160831001919 and also told for wait 24 hours. But, Still not get any response. If company follow to return policy within 10days than why it not give access this product return back.

I am facing hacking issue in mi4i phone. So I contact xiaomi customer care they update my phone. After updating front camera is not working properly (Red sport image). Now they told me your phone guarantee is over now you have to pay for hardware issue. My concern is before updating front camera is working it's not my fault. They doesn't update my phone properly.
