The service which you provided for my lenovo mobile phone is not good. After the service i am facing lot many problems with my phone like phone hangs up often, heating problem, battery problem, hearing problem, automatic call dialing, etc. please provide a good service for my mobile phone through your prestigious service centers.

I completely agree with you, lenovo is selling defective handsets, and not taking care of customers properly. I am having Vibe p1ma40 and i faced a problem with the flash. Now, they repaired it for the first time without any charge as my phone was under warranty. but they clearly said, after the warranty is exhausted, the service will be charged. now the PCB costs around 7000 INR and the phone itself costs 7500 INR.

People are disgusted with this flash issue, as i am writing this comment, my hone is in service center again, and this time it has got a problem in the ringer (speaker) and they are taking abnormal time to replace a speaker. This is horrible, this company really needs to take care of the issues that are related to defective handsets! Moreover they charge abnormal after the warranty.. Really tired of Lenovo.

I had purchased the Mobile hand set Lenovo-A526, IMEI-863312028752264, on 21st July 2014.However since 15th August 2014 the mobile hand set is not displaying functions properly. Therefore, I had visited the shop Magic City Mobile Shopee, Shop No.9, Poonam Bazar, Modi No.3, Sitabuldi, Nagpur from where I had purchased said mobile hand set and requested the Dealer either to repair the said mobile hand set or to replace the same as it was found not properly working within warranty period.

The Dealer suggested me to go to the Authorised Service Center in Nagpur. Therefore I visited Lenovo Authorised service Center at Congress Nagar, Nagpur. But the service authorities there behaved with me very rudely and told me that it will repairing charges Rs.5700/- to repair said mobile hand set as it is a physical damage. However he has not given written endorsement in that regard. My mobile hand set cost is Rs.8500/- and it is not working properly since 15th August 2014. It seems to be a manufacture defect as the display of mobile hand set is not displaying the functions properly. Therefore I request you to direct the Dealer or Service center to repair/replace my mobile hand set and save my inconvenience.

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased the lenovo model 706 on 4/12/2013 .After 3 months the set had some problem. I gave it to rectify but still the set is not repaired.Again i have given for repair on 3/9/14 fault code M0299. After one week they assured me to give the set. But still I have not received the set. I am very much frustrated by the service of such a big company service. If I do not get my set back within 2 days either return my money or I have to go with a legal process. This is to bring to your notice that i had purcharsed the lenovo S850 smartphone on 24/8/2014.there are internal problem in phone when i purchased from. the problem is the phone network is stable and no call forward. i give the phone in the service centre 2 times but the problem is not correct.If I do not get my set back within 2 days either return my money or I have to go with a legal process.

And they said company fault and give the refund money RS. 9500. submitting date is 14-04-2014: complaint date 08-05-2014. Dear Lenovo Customer Care,

I had submitted my Lenovo P780 for repair at the Dadar (West) Lenovo Service Center on November 20th. Complaint SRIN is 2631410200025. It has been 17th day since then and I have not heard from the service center. I have been calling them since past few days and I am being told that parts are not available and it will take few more days. I have had to face a lot of discomfort due to my phone not being repaired in time. I am not even provided with an estimated date on which I will get my phone back. I have heard that there is a policy which says that if the phone does not get repaired within 2 weeks, a refund or a phone replacement is warranted.

Request you to arrange for a replacement of my phone or a refund of the entire purchase amount. Request you to address my grievance at the earliest.

I am completely frustrated with the service of Lenovo. I have submitted the handset to the HCL touch center (authorized service partners for Lenovo) on 18th Nov 2014. I was told that there was some issue with the motherboard and it will take 6 days to correct the issue. The handset was under warranty . Now its almost 15 days, I am getting the standard response that the part is not available and they don’t know by when it will come. Today also I made a visit but the same response was given.

I am absolutely frustrated as there is no clear sight of when this will be corrected and I will get my handset back. Please help me out by providing the solution ASAP.

now same problem again occurred in oct 2014 again I send it to service center at Dadar mumbai one month back and stil in service center saying that company not providing parts so they are helpless and advised me to send a email to you and if within 3 working days reply not comes than take a legal action.

I had given my smartphone Lenovo P780 (IMEI:862767025677106) for servicing in your given authorized service center in Andheri (HCL Tower) on 15/11/14.They told me that the motherboard has to be replaced and it would take them 10 working days to service my phone.So I went after 10 working days ie. on 28/11/14.They told me that the parts have not yet come and it would take more 5 working days and if the phone is not repaired by then they will either replace my phone or give me a full refund .So now when I went after 5 working days ie. on 4/12/14. They are still telling me to wait another 5 working days cause the parts have not yet come.

Now its been more than 15 days and I haven't received my phone yet. I need my phone urgently.I cant wait for a month cause you cant get parts (that is not my problem). Please replace my phone or refund me the entire amount so I can buy another phone.I need a solution ASAP

hello sir, My name is goutham. i am from visakhapatanam. i bought lenovo A269i on 18-sep-2014. i had an issue just within 7 days of time. some times i never get notified through my ringer. i took it service centre and they did a factory reset and asked me to use it. that was first instance where in they didnt register a complaint. the very next day i raised the same issue again.

they reinstalled software and that is how they took me over 7 days so that im not eligible for DOA. later they registered compliant:- SRIN0191409300002 as a speaker problem. They said they have to place an order for that and it would take 20 days. So i waited and finally they replaced my speaker and the problem is not yet fixed. Now along with that we have. New issue raised. That is about delay while making calls. When u make a call attempt now it gets processed after a minute. And complaint number for that is SRIN0191411080031. service center people said its a board complaint.

How can a consumer take all this if a gadget gets an issue within no time? They said they have to place an order for that. Everytime they place an order we have to wait for 20 days. Now they changed everything and still it was same. Again they changed other board and even then im facing issues. Im totally fed up with this phone. I have no time to spare and no money to spend. So i kindly request u to arrange a refund for the mobile.

I had purchased the Mobile hand set Lenovo vibe X s-960 IMEI- 862321024427012, on 1st April 2014. However since 1st october 2014 the mobile hand set is not reading sim card signal properly. Therefore, I had visited the shop Mobile Mania, Ground Floor, Vasudev chambers, Nr. Rajdhani Hotel, Dandia Bazar. Vadodara 390001 from where I had purchased said mobile hand set and requested the Dealer either to repair the mobile hand set or to replace the same as it was found not properly working within warranty period.

The Dealer suggested me to go to the Authorised Service Center in Vadodara. Therefore I visited Lenovo Authorised service Center at Jetalpur Rd. Vadodara. But the service authorities there make me put the mobile for 15 days and said all data will be lost though i agreed for that and put my mobile 3-11-2014 and got back on 15-11-2014 they told me that they put new mother board. But just after few days the problems started again regarding sim card reading on 2-12-2014 and got back on 4-12-2014 and they again replaced the mother board and all the data was lost again. And again within 10 days only the same problem occurred. once again they told me to put the mobile for 15 days to by saying that they will find out what the real problem is. So what the technician was doing up till now as I have given 2 time before by saying now that he will find the real problem now. so I just want to replace my mobile.

Thanks for not responding to my complaint after 7 years its been raised. its just an example how a company deals with consumers.

no issues. I am successful in enlightening my friends about company like Lenovo who don't care about customer's and their services. i am successful at stopping my friends 23 times in total from choosing Lenovo.

This number might not impact you but I will continue my efforts like this no matter what.

we have purchased LENOVO 780P having IME no. 864692026008861 mobile set from City Portraits & Colour Lab on 26/06/2014. we are facing problems in the set right from the day of purchase.The handset has been given for repair to your Service Centre, Touch, Chandigarh with the problem "Rebooting issue auto shut-down". The set has been given to your service centre for 3-4 times but I am sorry to point out that the defect could not be rectified.

Now, I have given the set with the same problem to your service centre on 21/02/2015. Your company assures to rectify or update the problem within 15 days but after passage of 21 days when,my daughter went to collect the telephone from the service centre, it was not checked for the defect/problem in the set. Later on when I talked to the madam on the phone, she assured me that they will give me back call regarding the problem/defect but again I have not received any call from your service centre. If it is a manufacturing defect then my set may please be replaced. This type of casualness is not expected from the company of your repute. I am writing it to bring it to your notice in regard to the poor service rendered by your authorised dealer. Kindly advise your service centre to attend to the job failing which I will be left with no choice but to initiate legal proceedings for the harassment and poor service rendered by your service centre on your behalf.

My mobile model no. A706 have one problem, mobile is not charging but charg show 2 to 3 second than charging is stops. I changed the charger thinking there is fault with it but still it dont charge. Then i got the software flashed but mobile is still not charging. Whats the solution to this.
