very bad service, not even give any proper answer by the service centre, 25 days upto now, they will not even repair my smart phone of lenovo A706 as it is in warranty period.... poor service by lenovo, why lenovo don't have his own service centre.... it creates so much problem.

I got my smartphone in the month if September... Right now it got some software n hardware issue, I am trying to call the customer care no that is 18601803425 and its not at all getting connected... Automatically its getting rejected... 1 year door step service is there from company but don't know whom to contact...

I have purchased P-780 on 7/08/2014. There is a problem of network from the date of purchase. I have submitted my device to your service center on 5/11/2014 at Vadodara for the said problem. I have not received my device till today.

I have gone through the on line I M E I check of my Lenovo P-780 and observed that the IMEI/SN No. 864692026225119 of my mobile is stand for Lenovo A-850. I have also checked the specifications of both the models of Lenovo and found that there are so many differences between two models.

In the above context, I would like to know from your site regarding the genuineness of the product i had purchased from your dealer. I fell I have been cheated either by dealer or by company itself.

Kindly look in to my grievances from the date of purchase of Lenovo mobile for my complete satisfaction. Failing which will compel me to go for the consumer grievances proceeding against dealer and company also.

My Mobile model is Lenovo p780 for this not getting power on Problem so i submitted in hyderabad service center. They will provide 18601803425 customercare number for this number i called so many times almost it will take one month. But which i mentioned above number is chargeable i am getting my postpaid bill for this number Rs.150/- charge. How Lenovo company provide chargable customer care numbers . already we are facing problem with lenovo along with that we are getting this surprises also waste Lenovo????????

I have purchased Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart, and found fully defective, signal problem not showing signal and not connecting at all . I have given my set to Rourkela Service Centre on 05.11.2015 and assured me for quick service but concern person saying no replacement part is available with company so they are not responsible for repairing. Very harrashment , due to this problem I am incurring loss in my business. Who will pay my loss and I am going to take shelter in the proper court of law.

i bought Lenovo a 7000 phone in snapdeal app and i found it works nice up to a 2 months after that playstore is not responding and it is saying insufficient storsge and there is a lot of storage in sd card and phone so please solve the problem? and reply me fast or consult my number is 7732050570 .

I have purchased a Lenovo k3 note from flipkart. and 20 days ago i visited a lenovo service center in jamnagar, i have facing a touch problem and because of that my mobile is not working and properly and i visit service center. i say, please my mobile is not working in Touch Problem. My Hanndset Is Working very slow and it's very bad experience for me and my friend. In service center many people are shouting for this issue, but nobody reply, and they say me if u want a change your mobile touch you keep it a mobile for 30 days, how can he say that,,, we are not purchase a 2 or 3 mobile so that's why we keep mobile in service center.

I have lenovoa6000 mobile. Recently I have updated this phone from kitkat to lollipop. Then the phone not working properly the charging is decreasing fastly and the phone getting heated.

I had some software issue with my lenovo vibe k5 note in phone's finger print scanner. when i brought that issue in front of authorized lenovo service center they said that the scanner has to be replaced and they took my phone and now its been around one month and they are still saying its not repaired and giving me lame excuses that parts are not available due to GST but i have given my phone way back before GST. why dont they give back the phone and when the parts are available they can contact us and why they are taking so much time can i get my phone replaced if it is in warranty period?

I bought Kenobi ki plus on sep 2017. charger is not charging the battery. I want to know if charger is replaceable... If yes. Pls send new charger and back old one.
