We have given order for mobile at 02nd june 2016, shipment date 09 june 2016. we have received message at date 08.06.2016 that your will be delivered today before 7:00 pm. Same day message has been received that we could not complete delivery of Samsung Galaxy On7. You requested for a re-schedule. We will re-attempt delivery on Thu,9 june. Next day 09 june, message received your order OD 206171464497437000 has been cancelled as our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address. I'm very disappointed from your service. It's very bad service. First correct your service, then take the feedback.

Very much unsatisfied with the product. The product is not the product I have seen and ordered it is similar but not the same product I have ordered. So kindly consider my request if possible.

Since last 4 days i m receiving the message the item is out for delivery , But still item is not received , I m the prepaid customer , So pls let me know the status of the order ID OD106170304643163000, Otherwise cancel the order and refund the money , I can buy in any other better site then Flipkart , I dint expect this from FlipkarT.

My Order ID is OD103520719712487700, due to charging problem in my tab Dell Venue 7 3740 Tablet vide IMEI/Serial No: 862983024703526 and WID: VI22331 I reported at del service centre at Chandni Chak, They have charged for this service as the service warranty has already gone as per tag CN0C222 on del.support.com, they advice me to contact to you for extention my warranty as the goods purchased on 01.08.2015, Please sir do the needful for extension of said product validity. Last year I came to know that my credit card, phone number and email address was misused on flipkat to purchase a Asus laptop and I contacted flipkat and credit card bank to help me out but both of them denied to help me out. Now I want to get the invoice under my name. The card used was under my name and I need the bill under my name to take the action against the one who misused my card. But flipkat team has denied to help me out. This is rediculas. I am asking the bill name to be changed to the name who's card was used.

I have ordered InFocus M680 on 8th June, 2016. I am not satisfied with the product quality. InFocus M680 having 13MP Rear & front camera. But the quality of images is not even of 5MP, I am not happy with the product quality.

Spending 8999/- on InFocus M680 is not a good deal. There are many more good options in the same range I would like to prefer Redmi Note 3 by spending 3000/- more rather of wasting 8999/- on InFocus M680.

Product is in unused, undamaged, factory conditions. Even the seal of the box is not broken with undetached tags and all accessories.

Mobile category comes under 10 Days Return Period after Delivery. Kindly arrange the return for the product.

I am purchasing sandisk memory card (SanDisk SDHC 16 GB 48 MB/s Class 10 Ultra) from our flipkart, it works few month ,after it is not working, detecting. so iam searching for sandisk customer care,it it not neear to me,so iam consulting hyderabad sandisk customer care, they are not supporting to me. we are not sell, you contact flipkart answered to me. sandisk have 5 year warranty. but i am hopeless. please consider my request i am help to me.

I ordered Moto X-play phone on ur online portal. i received phone and observed seal was broken. when i opened box and observed some scratch on phone. it look like used phone. I created return requested many time by customer care but only return requested created only by customer care no one come to pick phone and return the amount. Always, customer care said phone will return tomorrow by 12.30. I received various mail which say that your recent refund/replacement request has been cancelled as we've noticed an increasingly high number of unwanted returns, some of which do not comply with our Returns Policy. i returned some product like cloths and miscellaneous item which was not fit to me and not described as per picture and features.

i packed phone for return and not using since received and i m not able to buy any new phone. i wasted lot of time to call to customer care for solve this problem. this is worst experience of online shopping with flipkart. i never expect from flip-kart.

now i requested to u that please create return requested my order which was pending with u since 15 to 30 days. so please refund the my amount in my account as earliest.

One of the most Fooling and ripping online shopping company. I have made an order on 3rd of June for a product and these goosey people promised me to deliver it on 15th June. However i have tried to enquire about the same which resulted that an flipkart executive told me that your order has been cancelled on 14th June. These fuckers never ever bothered to contact me and told me to order the product somewhere else. I was a returning customer of flipkart but this incident made think 4 times to visit this bullshit website, these BC people dont even care of customers. They just want to build customer base without any customer care. Saale bewakoof banate hai. 10 dino tak wait karvane ke baad bolte hai ki order cancel ho gaya.

Some days back i had ordered ambrane p-1111 powerbank, but i received defective piece, then i had returned it but also defective piece. So i refund my money and reordered new product but then also same defective piece. Now what should i do, may i complain to police regarding cheating and mental harassment.

Dear Ccare,

I have ordered two jeans and sent a mail separately on cs@flipkart.com.

None of them is delivered yet.Today I received a message at 4:16pm, that one jeans will be delivered by 7pm.None has arrived yet to deliver the same.I called customer care also to get the address of ekart logistics, Dhankawdi branch as it shows that it is the nearest hub from which my package has gone out for delivery. It was refused as Flipkart itself doesn't have there own EKART logistics address or contact detail. Neither your ekart logistics courier guy has courtesy to call incase he reaches the address and mentions delivery attempt fail.

Other e-commerce provide atleast there hub details incase of emergency and they prefer to call incase they find the given address temporary closed.

This is the highly unprofessional which is affecting customers time. I repeat ..product(s) are not delivered yet and tomorrow I may not be available at the given address. Either improve your delivery module else give it to local courier agencies.

I order shoes from Flipkart. I got confirmation from Flipkart that till 7pm your order, ll delivered with delivery person so I contact with that person to come from time of delivery. I called 2-3 times but he not gave me a proper time after some time he switched off his cell& finally I not got my item..

Reson I'm giving dis compliant coz I was going out of station & that item was very important for me..very bad experience for Flipkart.

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy J7 in month of April 14 2016 & it got repaired in the month June 2016. The day first when i facing a issue i contact flip kart service they ask me to take the mobile to nearest Samsung Mobile services Which i have taken it. Those stupid benighted to repair it because it was booked in online & the same day i contact to flip kart team they said they checked & revert back they have not done. Fourth day i contact the team they said it that they have escalated it & they ask me to wait for 24 hours & I me still i m waiting for them.

So I've contacted your agent and he told me that you haven't got payment yet.You also asked me to contact my bank for the wrong deduction and I do the same but their response was that my account was debited to flipkart. Kindly allow me a refund ASAP hence.

Order ID- OD306232997480655000, SAMSUNG GALAXY CORE PRIME. I received the delivery of this product on 12.6.16. but i noticed the hardware as well as software defects in it, I started enquiry for the return of product,but without any valid reasons its been disapproved. As directed by your customer support they need a valid proof of the defect directly from Samsung Care Customer Care Service Centre. As quoted by them Bill no: 4216277004, Defect description: TOUCH SCREEN AND CAMERA DISPLAY SPOT & SET HANG PROBLEM. I am very much disappointed with such kind of return absurd acknowledgements. The subject item which you have supplied against my order is of very old version i.e. of 2013 . My computer has already loaded with 2015 version. As such It is of no use for me. Your seller is a cheat. He is knowingly making your customer harassed. If you find it difficult to replace the subject item by latest version please take it back and arrange for refund. I will go to Amazon where it is readily available. I am an old customer and purchased no. of items from flipkart. Now I have think no of placing an order on flipkart.

Keeping in view of the above, it is requested to replace it by Norton Anti Virus 1PC 1year of 2016 as soon as possible or take it back and arrange for refund.

I returned a product received in damaged condition but refund was transferred to my wallet instead of paying me back inspite of me choosing cash on delivery option. Now there is no option to adjust that amount from subsequent purchase and i am even not the user of net banking, so tell me how to get refund. Why u say easy refunds when its so complicated.

I bought lenovo cell pH on 18/02/2016 imei no-865753021598329 my handset order no is-od105198633345801000 I am going to service centre solving this issue but service centre saying that this phone purchasing date is not correct on 18/02/2016. this phone purchasing date is 21/03/2015 and ur phone is out of warranty but my phone bought is 11/02/2016 plss change my cell phone bcos my cell phone is out of warranty and replace other.
