Also, it is damaged. It's back cover and batteries are not there inside the packet with product. I did not get what I ordered. I am facing very severe issue with my Mobile which i have purchased through Flipkart on 25th September. Charging is not done on the mobile either by my mobile charger or any other, and I am facing this problem since last 4 days. I tried to reach yo through customer care number but my call continuously getting declined.
I trusted Flipkart, but now my faith in flipkart is getting reduced. I request you to pls exchange my mobile or return the money. My all work is now hampered. I am not happy with your services, earlier also I requested to exchange my mobile but your executive has declined the request.
Pls do the needful, After spending my hard earned money you people are not treating your customer in well manner.
Wrong Information about delivery
I placed a order on 17th October'2015 of D-Link DIR-600M Wireless N150 Home Router to flipkart.. My order No: OD304191450661922000. But till today I didn't got that. Whether the flipkart is giving SMS to mobile from 27/10/2015 assuring delivery that day and to keep the price of the parcel. Every day they are giving message in my mobile... What type of jokes they are doing I can't understood. If the are unable to deliver the parcel why they are giving assurance for deliver?

I ordered lenovo k3 on 23rd October. The order was delivered to me on 27th October. It was found that there are some defects in the handset. The touch of the screen is not working properly. Also voice is unclear at the receiver's end.I would like to exchange or return the set.o wish to talk to one of flipkart's executive but I am unable to do so since your toll free service is declining my number saying that the number is not registered.
I have been calling the toll free service for two days non stop. Please look into the matter.its really urgent.
I want to transfer money from my wallet to my bank account
My order no. is OD204149184036687000, i had purchased a philips hair straightener from w.s retail bt due to unsatisfactory result i returned the product, at the time of returning i was given 2 choices to get back money to ur wallet or to bank. so i opted for wallet thinking that as i hav to order another hair straightener i'll use that up instead of straining my legs to the bank. But at the time of opting for my wallet it wasnt mentioned that i might be limited to purchasing product from ws retail only nd not with any other vendor.
Thats really pathetic of u, that my hard earned money i m not able to buy my desired hair straightener for my mother and the product i want is not likely to be available at ws retail in near future. So as a result my money got wasted bt i wont let that happen i want to gift another straightener to my mum before diwali anyhow. i just want my money to be transferred to my bank account as simple as that.

My name is manjunath, I received TV by online shopping on October 26th but installation was done by me only because no one has responded proper Chanel. I called ur call center also but I didn't get proper response. Finally I got call on 2nd of November from flipkart to installation call. very bad service, I am very unhappy.
Replacement of dead phone

I want to say that my phone was unfortunately stop working on dated 15.10.15 and said problem told to your customer care executives and they checked my phone by smart app link and they found a hardware issue. But today is 3.11.15 and my replacement days were completed on dated 01.11.15 but still they not replace my phone. I don't want a refund, flipkart give me a mental harassment and finally I am going to consumer court for my justice and that's my final decision if the ball is not in my court so flipkart (e- commerce) & samsung company will responsible for my death.

Delay in delivering the product
I have ordered JBL t150a in-the-ear headset on 18th of oct and I was suppose to get the product by 31oct. I forwarded a mail to fk on 1st and get revert tat it will b delivered b4 4 and then I called the cs of fk and the cs guy told me tat it will b delivered b4 1pm on 4th. Totally the mobile delivered is defective and having manufacturing defect it should be verified and replaced as early as possible.

Your sold hand set Lenovo K3 Note found absolutely defective and very poor signal of both the SIMS. and Signal drops and not stand in position. As per your advice I have given it to authorised Service centre at Rourkela and the authorised service person taking 15 days to repair. I am facing a lot of problem due this defective hand set and Pl replace it.

I ordered a JBL headphne, and its delvry date was delayed then its show order cancelled aftr this. when i talk wid the customer executive they said reordered tht and u had to pay rupees was shown in ur previous order, we'll snd u an email. I have purchased Sansui LED TV from Flipkart.com OD404348646881274000 @25000/- on 04 November 2015, delivered tv has many issues regarding quality and features. This Full HD TV has low quality of resolution like cheap led. i can't connect my home theater with this Tv, some video formats doesn't support with it like MKV and Divx. while watching led tv i can see so many snow and patches over screen that doesn't give Full Hd tv's output.
i request for return/exchange but they denied. we trusted on flipkart that they will deliver us to a genuine and best product but now i am very disappointed they have cheated us. if i would have purchased this tv from market it could exchanged with another TV but flipkart does't return or exchange.
Now I don't know what to do with this TV.

Microsoft lumia 430, order no: od203576559436634600, Got this phone on august 9th, used the phone after 15 days after delivery because it was a gift to my mother, used the phone for almost 10 days and it stopped working..... reboot issue, since It was after 30 days of replacement warranty, customer support agent advised that I visit a microsoft service center. I have visited the service center twice, first time it worked for about 30 minutes after I reached home from the service center, then it stopped working, so I went to the service center 2nd time, they told me that they will repair the phone, it took them almost 15 days to repair the phone, I got the phone on 16/10/2015. After 1 week of use the phone stopped working. Now it does not even respond, its completely dead.
Since I work in a company with rotational shifts and rotational offs, I am unable to visit the service center every now and then, it is very inconvenient. I kindly request assistance, since I have faith in FLIPKART.

I have ordered Asus Zenfone 2 on 9 NOV ( Od404392171440477000) standard delivery date was 13 and i was continuously following up on but still it has not been delivered and when i call customer care and asked them give me the mother hub Address i will go my self and collect, customer care Person said they don't have address or contact number of the mother hub. really disappointed as there was lot of other plan which will be spoiled. amazon never does this they have standard.

Flipkart confirmed me that this product was delivered at my address on 31.10.2015. Bluedart Shipment No. 59949864531. They send me the invoice through mail. But I have not received the product this till today, 15.11.2015. I raise a complain with Flipkart and Bluedart courier service separately. After looking into the matter they again confirm me that this item was delivered successfully. This was a COD. What should I do? Such cheating may occur with a reputed company like FLIPKART???????
