I have ordered JBL t150a in-the-ear headset on 18th of oct and I was suppose to get the product by 31oct. I forwarded a mail to fk on 1st and get revert tat it will b delivered b4 4 and then I called the cs of fk and the cs guy told me tat it will b delivered b4 1pm on 4th. Today again I called the cs and spoke to the supervisor on floor and I was promised a call back b4 1pm on the status of the product and till now I have not received a mail or a call from any one concerned. I am fed up of mailing and calling customer service. Hope someone can give me a proper revert on my complaint.

I have ordered Lenovo k3 note for Rs 9999. Order no. OD204221547399274000. The handset is not working properly as it's camera is not working properly and screen guard is not given in the box no hear phone is given. Totally the mobile delivered is defective and having manufacturing defect it should be verified and replaced as early as possible.

I placed a order of headphone on 23 of oct 2015 and till now I have not received from flipkart. What the hell is this yar I don't understand. The order delivery is by 5th nov 2015 when I called they are saying that ur address was not found. I dont understand with this people in that courier my mobile number is there, they should inform me. I want to know what is the status of my item. I dont understand, plz flipkart return my amount back otherwise deliver by 6-nov 2015.

Your sold hand set Lenovo K3 Note found absolutely defective and very poor signal of both the SIMS. and Signal drops and not stand in position. As per your advice I have given it to authorised Service centre at Rourkela and the authorised service person taking 15 days to repair. I am facing a lot of problem due this defective hand set and Pl replace it.

order id -404299785620670000. i have received this order at 7nov but the packet is empty, so i have placed a return against it. after that a call from flipkart product specialist call me and told me that your return request is initiated. today when i am calling to flipkart for information they told me your request is cancelled and may take longer time to processing so what i do. one thing i do you, take rs150 as i gave you diwali gift. in future never do this to any customer money is precious. dont try to fake anyone. bullshit

I ordered a JBL headphne, and its delvry date was delayed then its show order cancelled aftr this. when i talk wid the customer executive they said reordered tht and u had to pay rupees was shown in ur previous order, we'll snd u an email. But i didn't receive any of email, its just time waste, nd worst service. i never found this type of issues with other site's, its just unreliable. i orderedthdis for giftng but first it was delayed and thn canceled. i found a worst service from flipkart.

i have placed my order (Order ID: OD104333424974953000) on 02-11-2015 , 09:14PM for "Taxon Blueocean TP71 tempered glass for Samsung galaxy Note 3 N9000" , It has the specifications that it contains "Cleaning cloth, Cleaning liquid, etc," but today(11.11.2015, Wednesday) you have sent me some other product (Glass + Pro Screen Protection) and that product was in broken and damaged condition. REFUND my money or give my original product.

Flipkart Cheating people buy delivering cheap quality of product while festival season !

I have purchased Sansui LED TV from Flipkart.com OD404348646881274000 @25000/- on 04 November 2015, delivered tv has many issues regarding quality and features. This Full HD TV has low quality of resolution like cheap led. i can't connect my home theater with this Tv, some video formats doesn't support with it like MKV and Divx. while watching led tv i can see so many snow and patches over screen that doesn't give Full Hd tv's output.

i request for return/exchange but they denied. we trusted on flipkart that they will deliver us to a genuine and best product but now i am very disappointed they have cheated us. if i would have purchased this tv from market it could exchanged with another TV but flipkart does't return or exchange.

Now I don't know what to do with this TV.

Microsoft lumia 430, order no: od203576559436634600, Got this phone on august 9th, used the phone after 15 days after delivery because it was a gift to my mother, used the phone for almost 10 days and it stopped working..... reboot issue, since It was after 30 days of replacement warranty, customer support agent advised that I visit a microsoft service center. I have visited the service center twice, first time it worked for about 30 minutes after I reached home from the service center, then it stopped working, so I went to the service center 2nd time, they told me that they will repair the phone, it took them almost 15 days to repair the phone, I got the phone on 16/10/2015. After 1 week of use the phone stopped working. Now it does not even respond, its completely dead.

Since I work in a company with rotational shifts and rotational offs, I am unable to visit the service center every now and then, it is very inconvenient. I kindly request assistance, since I have faith in FLIPKART.

I do have the necessary service jobsheet.

I have ordered Asus Zenfone 2 on 9 NOV ( Od404392171440477000) standard delivery date was 13 and i was continuously following up on but still it has not been delivered and when i call customer care and asked them give me the mother hub Address i will go my self and collect, customer care Person said they don't have address or contact number of the mother hub. really disappointed as there was lot of other plan which will be spoiled. amazon never does this they have standard.

I had ordered LENOVO A2010 mobile with an offer of Rs. 1000 discount on BIG BILLION DAY.Order No. OD404174900145756000. Flipkart confirmed me that this product was delivered at my address on 31.10.2015. Bluedart Shipment No. 59949864531. They send me the invoice through mail. But I have not received the product this till today, 15.11.2015. I raise a complain with Flipkart and Bluedart courier service separately. After looking into the matter they again confirm me that this item was delivered successfully. This was a COD. What should I do? Such cheating may occur with a reputed company like FLIPKART???????

I ordered a crompton greaves iron, order no OD304339341112650000. I paid the ammount. But flipkart mailed me that despite of several attempt they could not reach me. But I have received books, saree etc at the same address 20 days ago (order no OD104193431071586000). I think flipkart provide fake order to attract customers and hold customers money for some day. Is this FLIPKART'S business strategy?

I want my Money back otherwise you see i'll stopped your Company and i mean it within 2 days i want my rs 9999 and see take your rs 300.

I was order zebronics desktop computer or PC specification was very good every part of in CPU is intel but after delivery there is nothing in CPU no DVD writer no graphic card and in PC everything is Chinese or local quality cheats me.

Hey whats going on with you flipkart..i tried to place my orders and gave my address to deliver the things...it says the address is not deliverable. i contact customer care they said give different address..i tried so...that is also the problem with seller. customer care told me sorry madam we can not do anything for this..this is sellers problem. i wasted my time to purchase item....wasted my time to speak with customer care....still the problem is not sorted out. you tell me what should i do now, can i use your website in the future...otherwise can i give any foreign country address to deliver my items...what is the solution. please flipkart don't waste your customers precious time like this...try to sort out the problem as soon as possible. if it is happening by tomorrow itself very fine....my address...is in st. thomas mount, chennai..600 016.

It is a general practice of flipkart to show different product and deliver something else. I had ordered a Black & Decker Car washer which was delivered without the attachment as shown in the picture i.e a shampoo/detergent spray bottle and similarly they generally supply products of inferior quality and different color as ordered recently by me that was a car mobile holder which was ordered for white colour but was delivered quite late and that too in black colour and very poor quality.

They contemplated that they tried to contact me on my registered no for the confirmation of COD order, but í didn't receive any call from them. I tried doing shopping with flipkart for the first time & came to know about their pathetic policies.

I am Neelima Udeshi. My order no was OD- 104399715057912000. I just hated your service. I am being cheated by your company. I had ordered for personal weighing scale Nova - BGS - 1207. I received the product and paid Rs 788/ cash on delivery.

When I opened the product, I was shocked. The product was not which I had ordered and paid for. It was not Nova but some ridiculous machine without any company's name printed on it. I tried calling toll free number. After so many calls I got to speak to executive. I asked for the replacement, that time Nova was available in stock but I was told to call at night because system was not showing product delivered.

When I called at night and requested for replacement the Nova scale was out of stock. I was left with two options. Either to ask for refund and give my bank account details to A FRAUD COMPANY like FLIP KART or to place a fresh order and pay the difference amount because obviously the product will not be under offer.

For refund also you people don't release the amount unless and until product reaches you. It should be cash refund on collecting your product back. Very conveniently your company is cheating people. I am left with no options but to keep the product which will be worth hardly 300/Rs.

Would never ever buy anything on FLIP KART. If you are truthful then deliver Nova weighing scale and collect your fake product in return.

Amazon is completely reliable. Any day better option for people to shop online without tension.

Hate your service. If there is facility of giving negative rating , I would give (-5 stars) to your company FLIP KART.

My order No. is OD204296934269261000. As per schedule 23th November is the last date for exchanging my product. But till now your representative has not come to exchange my product. If you fail to exchange my product within 24th November I will be complaining to consumer forum.
