I got redmi 2 mobile from flipkart , i get some issue. Now the problem in my mobile is SIM card is not detecting. it always says "No sim card", I have insert 2 sim card in 2 slots, still its says "No Sim card". but the same SIM card i tried with another mobile it was working. I have purchased one LED 40" TV from flipkart on 2nd Oct and it got delivered on 5th Oct. The company technician came on 7th Oct and while installing it is noticed that its display is damaged. I have raised the replacement request immediately and the same is approved on 9th Oct. As per the updated from Flipkart, it was supposed to delivered to me on Sunday, 11th Oct 2015. Though flipkart was honoring its commitment of delivery time so far, this time everything gone out of control and still i am waiting for the product.

Every day I am following up with the customer care but every day I am getting a delivery commitment for another day. Till today (17th Oct) it happened and I am not sure what happens tomorrow. Only because of this I lost all the benefits of big billion sales by Flipkart and other great offers from other online retailers. I was so scared to spend big amount only because of this uncertainty. I was dealing with flipkart since last three + years, but this time all those good records spoiled. I lost the faith in flipkart and not interested to make any more purchases from it. I am waiting for the final update in two days as committed by flipkart to act legally.

This regarding Shipping Charges against my order OD404192062632752000 and OD404192108976987000. The products are Handloomhub polyster black floral eyelet Door Curtain 5 pairs and 4 pairs of window curtains and I hd to place the order for one more door curtain separately bcoz the system was not accepting qty 6 at a time. so total 10 pairs of curtains I hv ordered. Firstly it was shown Rs 40/- as shipping charge for one delivery and today I hv received updates mentioning Rs 40/- for each pair though the delivery point is one and product may be packed in one packet. If I am charged this way then I have to shell out Rs 400/- extra for ten pairs for only delivery at same point which makes the products expensive. so I request you to look into this and consider for minimum shipping charges.

we order two mobiles (i.e moto x play and lenovo k3 note on big billions offer day. we got sales order number (i.e 0d204177742492275002) and expected delivery date also. now our all the order got canceled without intimation. we also called to customer care they agreed that its our fault (technical issues n all) n then said sorry for the inconvenience. so now we want same product with same cost( i mean big billions offer day rate only).

Now it has been 3 months still my handset is in Service center without repairy. Also the service of your service center at pune is really really pathetic service. They never pick up the phone and if they pick up the phone they wont answer satisfactory.

First they have committed the delivery of phone on 27.9.15 then they have postponed it to 08.10.15 then again 15.10.15 then AGAIN 24.10.2015 I really really fed up if you are not able to deliver my handset.. plz return my phone as it was in old condition then i will do it in leagel way.

Also i need 3 month extended warranty of phone as i havnt used it for 3 month else give me a new handset.

I had 2 gift cards in my Flipkart account but both of the gift cards are gone now. There is no info what happened and how can i recover them.

In october 11 i brought a mobile Swipe elite after 3 days its working normally after 3 days onward restarting some times automatically and network is not getting properly camera in that specifications they are given 13 MP but in mobile is not there atleast 2 MP also.Iam facing these type of problems already i was rising 6 times return request to flipkart but those guys are not accepting my requests still iam trying to get return cash please respond my problem and make positive feedback your online shopping.

I have placed 3 orders on 09OCT2015 and paid the total amount of 14,131/- through my Citibank Credit Card ending 3451.

Total amount : 14,131/-

But I have received only one order till now. The remaining Orders are showing as payment not received. But the amount was already claimed by the flipkart from the bank on 12OCT2015. The approval code of the transaction is 507840.

EVEN I'M NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDERS TO GET MY PAID MONEY FOR REMAINING ORDERS. Resolve it ASAP or I need to contact consumer forum and highlight the Flipkart cheating through social websites.

I purchased Lenova A7000 through Flipkart in the month of May 2015. However, i have not received the invoice. Today i am facing the problem with the handset and when visited the service centre, they have requested us to get the Invoice Slip which i have never received. Request you to arrange and do the needful.

my motox play mobile display was cracked or destroyed as i kept mobile in my pocked it touched to my bykes handle....i called to flipkart and they responded as we are not responsible. Motorola company have to take care of it. but i bought mobile from you and i want to file a case against you in consumer court as per consumer act 1986.

I placed order on 13th Oct for FILA shoes (OD404160368668384000) and today I get a email that my order is cancelled without any prior intimation....reason I was given 'As there was no update from our courier partner about the shipment, your order has gone for auto-cancellation' .... Very Very Poor tracking and poor service....very disappointed.

I had purchased a t shirt from Flipkart, but after a lot of consideration soon I had cancelled it. I waited for my refund money. But Flipkart haven't refunded my money. I lost my 659 rupees... Flipkart is a cheat.

I am facing very severe issue with my Mobile which i have purchased through Flipkart on 25th September. Charging is not done on the mobile either by my mobile charger or any other, and I am facing this problem since last 4 days. I tried to reach yo through customer care number but my call continuously getting declined.

I trusted Flipkart, but now my faith in flipkart is getting reduced. I request you to pls exchange my mobile or return the money. My all work is now hampered. I am not happy with your services, earlier also I requested to exchange my mobile but your executive has declined the request.

I ordered lenovo k3 on 23rd October. The order was delivered to me on 27th October. It was found that there are some defects in the handset. The touch of the screen is not working properly. Also voice is unclear at the receiver's end.I would like to exchange or return the set.o wish to talk to one of flipkart's executive but I am unable to do so since your toll free service is declining my number saying that the number is not registered.

My order no. is OD204149184036687000, i had purchased a philips hair straightener from w.s retail bt due to unsatisfactory result i returned the product, at the time of returning i was given 2 choices to get back money to ur wallet or to bank. so i opted for wallet thinking that as i hav to order another hair straightener i'll use that up instead of straining my legs to the bank. But at the time of opting for my wallet it wasnt mentioned that i might be limited to purchasing product from ws retail only nd not with any other vendor.

Thats really pathetic of u, that my hard earned money i m not able to buy my desired hair straightener for my mother and the product i want is not likely to be available at ws retail in near future. So as a result my money got wasted bt i wont let that happen i want to gift another straightener to my mum before diwali anyhow. i just want my money to be transferred to my bank account as simple as that.

I want to say that my phone was unfortunately stop working on dated 15.10.15 and said problem told to your customer care executives and they checked my phone by smart app link and they found a hardware issue. But today is 3.11.15 and my replacement days were completed on dated 01.11.15 but still they not replace my phone. I don't want a refund, flipkart give me a mental harassment and finally I am going to consumer court for my justice and that's my final decision if the ball is not in my court so flipkart (e- commerce) & samsung company will responsible for my death.

Hello, I have seen msg of yours that congratulation you are using micromax a350 model so you won 1000rs bonus. to get that bonus install the flipkart app on your mobile and enter the app discount you will get 1000rs bonus to shop from flipkart. i have done that whole process but i cant get the bonus as per your message.

I placed a order during the big billion sale and it was said to me it would be delivered on 2nd nov but then it was postponed to 4th nov and now I haven't received any msg or delivery......What is this???
