My Policy No- 18660344. In the year 2014-June I recieved my FFS from my Ex Company. GMI LTD-MUMBAI. They send my FFS amount into my ICICI Salary A\C. I planned to put that amount into FD in ICICI. But the Manager (Kodambakkam Branch, Chennai) put that amount in Insurance. Kindly Refund that amount of Rs-1.01Lac to us or Invest that amount in TERM DEPOSIT in ICICI. Kindly do the needful. I purchased this policy in the year 2003 for 15 years. The sum assured is Rs 81000. My monthly premium is 533. If we calculate this premium at the end of the maturity I pay around rs. 94000 above where as all the bonuses will be calculated at sum assured I.e 81000. So my question is 1. What about my extra amount other than the sum assured. 2. ANY rule from IRDA that the insurance company can charge more amount than the sum assured if so plz provide me the same.

Not satisfied with agents working in your company. They tell lie, they make to follow the clients in such way that they (agents) are in profit and clients are in heavy loss. They don't bother about the loss of party. Somehow they opened policy whether the policy is good or bad. After that they never return back. Like this so many demerits are there in them. Request take serious action, teach them properly. Don't only think about Icicipru, bother sometimes about customer. Because of customer, people know Icici prudential. Next I will code the name of your agent.

I haven't received the maturity amount of this policy yet, I went to your Jaipur office three or four times, I was told in the office that I made the payment in May 2018 while I have not received this money till date nor my bank came in the account. so i request you please give me my money as soon as possible.
