That I have Policy ICICI SAVE n PROTECT policy no 15558291 my date of birth was registered in policy document 24/02/1971 as per the record of driving license which is not correct. while my correct date of birth is 24/12/1971 as per all educational documents, aadhar card and pan card. so that I would like to change my date of birth. As soon as possible.

How can I join my child name in ICICI Pru health saver policy.my daughter age is 5 years. What's the process to join my child in said policy.

my Semi Closed Card NO.4629........... 5429 valid from 12/16 to 11/18 could not be used and the instruction,"refer to the issuer" is coming whenever the card is swiped at the POS.Kindly take necessary action to activate the card. Thanking you.

in the case of plan is i protect smart policy holder, ramesh kamble, application no is OS10145238 pending is graduation certificate,these customer certificate is lost so plz this policy issued.

Not satisfied with agents working in your company. They tell lie, they make to follow the clients in such way that they (agents) are in profit and clients are in heavy loss. They don't bother about the loss of party. Somehow they opened policy whether the policy is good or bad. After that they never return back. Like this so many demerits are there in them. Request take serious action, teach them properly. Don't only think about Icicipru, bother sometimes about customer. Because of customer, people know Icici prudential. Next I will code the name of your agent.

My policy is from your company POLICY NO 08937091. I haven't received the maturity amount of this policy yet, I went to your Jaipur office three or four times, I was told in the office that I made the payment in May 2018 while I have not received this money till date nor my bank came in the account. so i request you please give me my money as soon as possible.
