This is Worst product of Xiaomi as it claims the specifications like:
1 Camera Front 16 Megapixel and Rear View 13 Megapixel but it seems to be 1.6 and 1.3 respectively;
2 The proximity sensor- the poorest proximity sensor, the phone light become on while on the ongoing call and the hold and mute buttons become active and it start hello ! hello ! hello ! and has to disconnect the call;
3 The speakers do not catch the voice of the caller properly and the person receiving the call on another side speaks only hello ! hello ! hello ! and has to disconnect the call;
4 The brightness and colours of the screen and images are seen very blured and poor;
5 The worst product.

I have given my mobile in care to repair but after checking i ask for the mobile without repairing and they changed my motherboard and give the damage board of other person. When i give local shopkeeper to check then i come to know they changed my board and now they are not accepting it.

I have complain against " 78, Nehru Pl Market Rd, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110019". please hire employees who know how to talk and repair. I visited there just for software update and now front camera not working. Also they are not ready to talk in a manner.

In my notification bar i am getting call forwarding, how can i solve this problem. I turned off call divert too but still it showing the message.

Redmi note 5 pro screen is very poor. its just to that it has a gorilla glass. but my phone just slipped from my chest height at home and it breaks very easily and also its display. you should improve your glass quality otherwise dont say much about the glass. It cost me Rs 4600 for repairing it.
