Actually after installing the oreo version my phone doesnt work properly.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this email to complaint you about the pathetic product and service quality of my Redmi 3S Prime Mobile phone.

On 22nd March 2017 I bought a REDMI 3S Prime mobile phone from TVS Electronics Limited (Copy of the bill is enclosed for your reference). On the very first day I was shocked to see that the mobile software was malfunctioning. During the incoming call, the contact name displaying on mobile screen is different from the person calling. For example if Mr. “X” from my contact is calling me, the mobile displays Mr. “Y” name. It was a very serious flaw on the part of reputed brand like REDMI.

I contacted the service centre of Redmi located at TELEWORLD SHOP NO 255, THAPAR COLONY, OPP- STREET SUKH SAGAR PLACE, YAMUNANAGAR, HARYANA regarding this complaint. They issued me service receipt number WXIN1712220015718 dated 22/12/2017 (Copy of the service record is enclosed for your reference). After some software updations / installations, the service center returned my mobile but the problem remains the same. This is really disgusting that the authorized service centre of REDMI is not able to fix the problem. These kinds of instances damage the reputation of the Brand.

You are requested to kindly look into this matter at the earliest and rectify the problem or replace my mobile phone. Your early response in this matter is highly solicited.

Very poor QUALITY of mobile glass is very delicate. broken screen when it was in my purse. other companies hand set also kept in purse but never damage this way. always hang without any reason. most of time sound is also not clear just purchase two month before . pls change this handset and note this complain PLS CHANGE this mobile. model note 4 purchase just two month before.

My self pankaj kumar purchased MI 4 from snapdeal , i visit to MI service station janakpuri on 27jan18 , i having software issue in my phone under warranty period but your staff not give proper reply and after one weak advice me to return back my phone as per them warranty period has expired.but as per snapdeal / and MI CUSTOMER CARE , its under warranty.
