My phone Redmi 5A gets very heated upto 47°C in normal use.I had meet to xiaomi service centre,t hey upgrade software of my mobile but my phone gets heated continuously.The problem cannot fixed by xiaomi service centre.I am using this phone from 2 months only.

What the f**k is going on, today online adds are showing on my mobile lock screen... Its just irritating.

A few days ago I bought mobile Redmi 5A In which over the last 5 days the problem is coming. Which are thus show below-

A) Some apps are working and some apps are not working.
(B) Creating Backup But not Restore.
(C) Battery function is not properly working.
(D) Data on your Own Is going on.
(E) Features in mobile are not working well.
(F) Suddenly display starts blurring.
(G) And there is a lot of problems that I can not Express to you.

When I bought Mobile Its was working very well but at this time mobile is not working like that time. So sir kindly requesting to you by returning this mobile and I have come from service center for this solution but nothing happened and for that many times I have also seen a customer care call but nothing happened. I am not believing this device and this affecting your company too so I hope you will finish this process soon.

I have purchased mi TV 43" through Flipkart on 24 Jun 2018(Sunday).On 03 July 2018 sudden the display of the TV gone when I was watching cricket.I complained about the fault to mi customer care on 04 July 2018;after half an hour a service technician from mi visited my house and found that back led light is not working; but he refused to replaced or rectify the fault and told me that he can't replace the item as it was purchased by Flipkart and there is no warranty from the product purchase from Flipkart as he told.The technician name is Vinod and his mobile number is 9814161727 and he closed my complaint without rectifying it.I also complained it on Flipkart they also forwarded a request for technician visit to mi care,but I don't get any solution.Please provide any solution to my problem.

I purchased mi note 5 pro online on 20 June 2018. It was delivered to me on 22 June 2018. But the handset has some problems such as

*battery becoming low very quickly* ( eg:- handset was fully charged (98%) at night by 11.30 pm and in morning it comes down to 35% - 40% even mobile data, WiFi , GPS is off
*Handset over heating while charging and using*
*front Camera not working properly*
So I visited mi service center located in miraroad east named bhoomi mobiles
They told me that it was a battery defect and we have solved it
But the problems were not solved so I visited again to the same service center. This time they told me that it is a software defect and we have solved it.
Camera problem was solved when I visited 2nd time. But they are unable to solve these two problems such as:-
*battery becoming low very quickly*
*Handset over heating while charging and using*
Also,the engineer told me that *(they are unable to solve the problems as it is a manufacturing defect and cannot be solved by the service center and you have to contact the company we cannot solve such a defect)*
*I also requested them to replace my handset but they ignored telling that it is not possible*
So please guide me for
* how can I get my handset in good working condition* or
*To get it replaced*

I request you that please solve my handset problems as soon as possible it is very difficult to use it in this condition and I will be eagerly waiting for your vital reply.

Wanted to share. my phone was in under warranty. I went to service center to get it repaired. they said your cell is out of warranty because its water damaged so needed to change the charging port kit and mother board which cost you 6000 around. i said no i dont have such budget. i went to local market, local mechanic has repaired just paying 100 rupee only.

So matter is why service center was charging me 6000, even its not to me , they were charging big money to all who were sitting around me. its senseless.

Hi hello, Myself Abhi Barsanoor from Homnabad Karnataka State There is an issue related Kannada language in the IVR of Mi Customer Support why Mi has removed our Kannada Language in the IVR. we are very upset towards Mi, we want our Kannada language back soon in the IVR because we south Indians can't understand or speak Hindi, So we preferr only Kannada. Somehow educated one can speak English but our mother tongue Kannada should be present there as Marathi, Gujarati n Bengali languages are present earlier. We want our Kannada language Soon from Kannadigas

I have complaint regarding Under warrnty replacement of USB cable.But customer care and backend team make and excuse by itself,
1)physical damange
2)no tag MI on USB cable.
3) Mi company provide only 80cm cable.
4)Bill is duplicate.

These all above excuse are giving me by MI customer care on replacement of USB cable. don't purchase MI phone in life. from last 9days no resolution. Very very poor service.

Hello MI Team,

Seems i have dons a big mistake by choosing the MI product. I have purchased LED TV from MI.com & received the LED TV on 10th Aug & registered for Installation on 13th Aug but till now i.e. 16th Aug no one has contacted for Installation even when i have raised the complaint 4-times but still the issue not resolved. Even i have Tweet to MI support as well as Mr. Manu Jain but Seems MI is busy with sales only & no cares after that.
