I m using Airtel postpaid from past 3 to 4 yrs...My complaint is that I activated 299 plan from Airtel app but customer care asks me they activated 399 infinity plan.For that Airtel delivered msg to my inbox of 299 plan but in actuall they activated 399 infinity plan and also Airtel app shows 299 plan. I have proof regarding this below.
Sir that is not fare and u cheated to ur customers.Please look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise I stop using Airtel services.

No broadband installed & airtel staff is not cooperating
I received the no. of mr. Devraj MOB. NO. 9560544472 ,your airtel staff for broadband from your airtel store at shakarpur bus stand , opp. hira sweets.
He sent a AIRTEL staff to collect cash & documents named MANOJ ,MOB. NO. 8178750351 on saturday evening 3 feb 2018 to deposit it as a draft so that broadband + LAN can be activated on monday i.e today till 11 am.
He took CASH (500 + 180) 680 for activating a BROADBAND CONNECTION & provided receipt with CEF no. 11103377 , but today he is not cooperating at all & is even disconnecting my call every time i am calling him.
Also your staff ENGINEER naming MR. KAMAL mob no. 01140393777 is also not positively responding to my query.
Provide me solution on URGENT BASIS, otherwise i will file a complaint against AIRTEL for forfeiting my paid 680 & not providing me services in Consumer Forum TODAY ITSELF.

I got installed airtel broadband connection in the month Nov.2017, my a/c no. is 7034435257. At that time I was told by your representative that I need to pay Rs.8600/- for a period of 12 months and apart from this I do not have to pay any amount during this period. Thereafter, now in in the month of Feb.2018, in I repeatedly told on phone/ massages that I need to pay service tax of Rs.1500, than 1666/-, This amount I am being forced to pay , due to lack of information. This not a way to harass unsuspecting customer. Pls take action against your representative and do not charge extra money/ service tax from me.

I just ported my mobile no. 9820210534 to Airtel on 8/2/2018, because of value added services were automatically activated on my mobile no, without my knowledge/confirmation. Now same experience, is faced by me, in airtel company. This type of service can not be accepted, and please note, any charges of value added services charged in my monthly bill than, i will not pay the charges, which are not confirmed by me.
Further, as advertised by airtel, fastest mobile internet service in india, i have not found in last 10 days. I complained to airtel on customer care no. & they told me some technical person will call & talk to you. Yes, 3 times they called me but, this issue is not resolved till this moment. In fact, i went to Patalganga M.I.D.C. On 13/2/18, the internet service was not available in that area. It is surprising, how airtel can not start service in industrial areas? Now i feel, i did mistake to port from other company to airtel. Hope, airtel will provide fastest service, as advertised on T.V.

I have kept my phone no 01244076978 in safe custady from 14-07=2017 to 25-01-2010 but I received a bill for cycle 5-12-2017 to 5-01-2018 for Rs. 500+ which I paid on 29-01-2018 again for the cycle 5-01-2018 to 4-02-2018 a bill for Rs.400+ when phone was under safe custady and charges for safe custady were paid in advance. Please satisfy me.
Unreliable net speed
Sir, I have recharged my prepaid no 7357279853 with plan of 148 rupees few days ago. This plan asured me to give full speed data 1gb daily upto one month but I have not got reliable speed of net. Net speed is very slowly almost no net network sometimes. Sometimes H+, sometimes H, sometimes there is no network. Please increase my net speed according my plan.
If u don't take any action then I will port my sim airtel to other company like Vodafone.
