This is to inform you that since last Sunday, my broadband connection of number 42474339 (Delhi) is not working properly. Most of the time it doesn't have internet connection.

I had also tried to submit my complaint for this but your toll-free number remains busy and never responded.

Please look into this and do the needful as most of my work depends on internet. This regular disconnection makes me disappointed.

Though making a payment of rs 3350 last month. I have being facing issues regarding my broad band. It shows a red color light in the third slot of the router. This issue is since last 1 month and no one from airtel is ready to help or solve the issue. I have called more than a thousand times on the customer care it doesnt get connected after the recorded messages and all the agents or workers in airtel have no idea about the solution to my broadband.

Couldn't acknowledge my calls, its very annoying and leaves a bad name of airtel because of them. I had written to nodal office email but they too directed to u basically i think i should let u know your services are really bad. I have not been a happy customer from the time i went to switch to airtel and was duped by the distributor of airteltv with the old set up box. The distributor in pune vega centre lunanagar chowk mr laxman had taken two tv connections at home along with airtel broadband.

I had a whatsapp recorded with all the managers i.E. Mr vishal matkari and many more on the old setup box distribution whereas had decided switch to airtel seeing your new setup box adverts. I have store all the messages of the concerned managers. I request you to look in this matter too.

Please help, please look in the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

Kindly forward my mail to your higher authorities else helplessly will have to write to different mediums.

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Sudhakar.B and my Broadband Landline number is 044-48505896. I have noticed my bill amount was Rs.2533/-, when my Landline number was barred. After that I was not able to make any calls and even use my Internet connection as well.

In this situation, how my bill got increased to Rs. 3249/- without making calls and using my Internet facility as well. I spoke to one of your representative and he said someone would get in touch with me in regards to resolve the issue. So, kindly get back to me immediately.

My broadband speed is below 8mbps. Despite visit of service engineer the problem persists. Numerous call to helpline also has not worked. Mobile network in my area has deteriorated for the past three months. Not able to make or receive calls when inside the house. Both problems need urgent attention as i am not getting the service for what I am paying.
