I think it is really sad to address that before i had purchased the sim i use to be a huge fan of airtel but since i have own it.. From that very day i am facing network issue.. And sometimes it is even harder to use 2g. So kindly help me get out of this rubbish.

How many times i have to complain for the same issue? I am continuously paying my bills on time but your Network Issues are the same and it hampers my work. Now even not giving 2G speed, though it is 4G. Now i want permanent solution.

Either i will post all my recordings publicly or will go to consumer forum. Request you to resolve it as soon as possible,else i have to take legal Action against Airtel. (9616666603).

I bought an airtel prepaid sim 9566188140 for my daughter, she got married and settled in usa. since i didnt top up regularly the sim got deactivated past februaury. I have checked accordingly at nearby airtel office, they have just blocked the number and havent let that out for recirculation. In case if recirculated we should get the first preference since that number holds important dealings like banking and other important enclosures.

Please disconnect with immediate effect my connection 8585825374 as I am paying a monthly bill of Rs885 punctually without being able to use the connection due to zero connectivity (Upload speed 0 kbps, download speed 0 kbps). Please check my accumulated unused data as proof. I have also been informed that connectivity in Kolkata - 39 is very poor. Why are you charging me for a service that I am not receiving ? Very disappointed.

I had taken sim No. 9602489831 during the year 2014 or 2015 for the purpose of using this sim in a dongle for internet. After taking the sim, I had recharged many time this sim for internet upto June 2017. In the month of july 2017 the dongle was misplaced in the home, so that I had taken new Jio sim for internet. Now the dongle is found in a book on 05.05.2018 & I have recharged the same successfully with Rs. 399/- on 06.05.2018 for internet but at the time of starting computer for the work on internet, there is show no service. I contact the shopkeeper/dealer from who I recharged the sim, the shop keeper shows me that the recharge is done successfully. On being told him regarding the above situation, on searching the same sim number he told me that the above sim number is allotted to other customer ending the aadhar No. 9830.

Whereas I had taken this sim in my aadhar No. 6702 0566 5370 and never I requested the company to deactivate the sim, then why you have allotted the same number to other person? You are requested to take necessary action & refund the recharge amount of Rs. 399/- to me which is spent by me for recharge of my sim but you have allotted the same to other person & recharge his sim.

Dont advertise in TVs and in Youtube that Airtel is the fastest network, its the worst network. Can't get signals in urban areas but u say that where ever you go Airtel has the network what the hell n u also say that we gets signal in forest also!

No chance of getting signal any where its the truth. Sir First provide Network properly in Urban and then Go on to Forest. I have never seen such an irritating network ,can't even get calls or can't call others from our Airtel sim. Can't call with 4g signal, no HD voice calling. 1*/5* this 1* is also More for this.

I was a good customer before 7768849979, but suddenly my documents were misplaced from airtel department and 4 to 6 number was issued without my authorisations. Secondly when my bills were due for not more than a week they started harassing me on calls and they using an abusive language. Just because of these harassment I destroyed the SIM card and didn’t pay the bills and I never will, now they started calling me on my mothers cell phone asking for Sovik Mukherjee.

Now this would be the last warning if I get a single call on 7028236628 I am gonna charge a harassment case on airtel and I’ll ask for compensation and I’ll destroy all the remaining airtel cards which my family members are using.

I am from a village Ayyaloor, Nandyal town, Kurnool. I am now using data offer pack for 85 day RS 399 offer... but here the network signal is at worst case. I am not able even send a msg in WhatsApp or an email. Plzz I request u to take some action. 7702590463.

I paid my last bill for Rs. 470.00 on April 17, 2018 for fixed line no 41707846.

Now I am again asked to pay Rs. 1060.46 till May end. Why this inflated bill when all local n STD calls are free.... For almost a month WiFi was not even working. Even after laying new wire, it refuses to speed up. Give reasons for this please.

We have ported from your service to VODAFONE service provider due lack of signal strenth, @ my home. even repeated complaints no one has attended the complaint and provided the service. due to this i have ported. after clearing the pending bills your company allowed us to port.

Now i am getting calls from your customer care service to clear the balance payments. There is a advance amount with i initialy paid while getting started your service, what about this advance amount? Hence i request you please provide us final invoice by showing all my account details. Do needful @ the earliest.

I have recharged for 149 and got unlimited calls and 1 gb net for 28 days but the net is very very slow and if it comes speed I used for half an hour and lost my 1gb net. Now I am simply sitting without net waste Airtel. I’m gonna change my sim... taking the money and cheating us.

Hi Airtel,

I am a very old customer of airtel holding mobile number 8008652607 is now approaching to you for your help. i have been an airtel user from past 6 to 7 years or more and till now i never had any problem with the network. Not only me but all the members of my family use airtel.

This is the first time that I am facing problem from this network. Even though the portal is showing excellent coverage in my area I am still facing an issue with the network. The issue is just restricted to my home none of the phone in my house is able to receive or make calls. As we outside the house we are able to receive or make a call but the call is not lasting for more than a minute. Although the retailers are telling that they are getting many complains on the same issue and everyone are changing their network to some other network. I not doing this thinking you will resolve the issue.

So i kindly request you to resolve all the issues with my network or else give me a solution for it. Here are all my details and numbers:

We are using Airtel since 10 years and we are satisfied with the speed of the network..we had paid the bill on 11-5-2018 evening 4:00 pm but it wasn’t activated so we registered a complaint through the Customer care 121 number.. it got activated on 12 may morning.. and on 13 may a mail came to us saying that we had used 50% data and on 14th night we received another email stating that the data (60 Gb)is completely used up..so I need a measure or the data usage history to check the proper usage of my data.

I am holder of mobile no 9831012712. Shifted from vodafone in expectation of better service level. Connection was provided by your franchise with monthly rental of Rs 249/- against which I will get unlimited call facility along with per day 1 GB net facility. Last month the bill amount was Rs 389/- which as per the commitment of your franchise can not exceed Rs 249/-. In addition received a message from airtel that my credit facility has been increased to Rs 1500/-.

First of all, there is no difference between airtel and it's franchise in the eyes of customers. Therefore, commitment given by the franchise can not be avoided by airtel. Ensure that monthly bill is restricted to Rs 249/-. Take necessary action against the franchise in case there is wrong commitment. Secondly, my consent has not been taken to increase the credit limit. Unilateral decision by airtel to increase credit limit is not acceptable. Such increase has to be cancelled immediately. I requested for disconnection of my broadband fixed line 0120-4561346 last month.Now I have got a bill for Rs. 707. Earlier I was getting bill for more than Rs.1000. I want to continue if the bill is Rs. 707 but not if it more than Rs 1000. Why this difference. Whether my request for disconnection is pending or not. Please clarify so that I can decide.
