Your company service centre was not to working a customer satisfaction. if you can take a necessary step in that case otherwise, the customer blames the gionee company. hope the managing authority will take action in this matter....thanks gionee

My mobile camera is not working properly, most of the times the camera app doesn't opens and if it does starts it closes within seconds. Secondly it takes photos very slowly. The service center technician told me to format the phone. But after formatting i am still facing the same issue.

I used to be a proud customer of Gionee my first phone was the Gionee Marathon M2 and I never had a single issue with the phone. I did the biggest mistake of exchanging that phone with the Gionee Marathon M4 after a system update, my phone hangs constantly. I had gone to the service center to get the phone checked and they told me that they would put in a new mother board. Its been almost a month and no word or contact from the service center. How long will you people take to replace a mother board tell me?

Moreover Gionee is not up to date in coming out with new updates. Any such service from you people and you will see your company going out of India. If my questions are not answered believe me I will put tents in front of Gionee stores and tell people not to buy your phones period..

I purchased Gionee M4 phone in November 19th from 10th day it was suddenly restarting, I went to customer care and they done software update and next 3 days the same complaint repeats again I came to costumer care they said it's board complaint. I submitted my phone after 20 day's My phone was came and it has signal compain. Again I went to service center after half-hour they said we fixed it also it has a lot of heating so I don't have interest in my phone. so please change my phone my no:09848395430.

Gionee model F103, This mobile phone camera is working very slow. Camera is opening after long time. The customer asked me about this model very nice and not hanging problem with using phone but I buy this phone model F103. After some days this phone is working very slow. this phone camera open long time, open every app is long time.

Now I buy this phone model F103 two months. one month I this phone using very nice working but now this phone working very slow, hanging this phone after some times. I advise you not buy this mobile phone gionee model F103.

Whatsapp doesn't work properly in gionee M2. plz sortout the problem immediately. Media files doesn't download.

I was facing problem with my gionee hand set P5L as its display was not working properly as it hangs frequently. Although I bought this phone two months back so I spoke to customer care they suggested me to give them the phone so that they can replace display. I gave them the phone on 21/07/2016 but till date they could not replace display due to which I am facing problems as I am unable to read my important E-mails while at home as my job requires extensive use of e-mails. Senior manager Mr. Devinder also not picking phones for few days so you look into the matter seriously as such problems will definitely pull down goodwill of your company. seeking immediate action.

I had bought a Gionee mobile SPlus set from a shop in Kolkata, Genesis at 174/33A&C NSC Bose Road, Netajinagar, Kolkata-40 on 19th Dec. 2015 and my invoice no. is GN/1688. Since last three months I am facing acute charging problem with it and to get it solved I had visited many times at your service centre in Raniganj town in West Bengal near Kolkata. Everytime they detect a new problem. Firstly they asked me to buy a new charging cable which I bought from them for rs. 250/- but the problem didn't solve. Then they told me to Get its motherboard replaced, which they did but after that it wasn't charging re and when I asked them they said to buy a new adopter. Now I am badly annoyed with this set and the service. Either they are trying to reach the warranty period to expire or they are unable to find out the technical fault with this set. So now I want you to kindly attend my complaint immediately and do me the favour by replacing my defected set with a new one. I am hoping you will understand my patience and sort out my problem as early as possible and before December. thanking you-Sarat bhartiya

Perhaps you recall my complain two months back. I have approached you to give me your address to return my phone F103 which purchased from Mobile Store in the month of Nov-15 without any demand. This phone has became headache for me. I relished that I have been robbed by purchasing Gionee phone. I have tried my best to save my friends and relatives from purchasing Gionee set. It may not repair my loss but save from loosing.

Your service center at Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha is worst one. I have taken two times my phone for solve my problem but no result. You dont know how much wasting of time. To wait along time and they will not treat politely, very much rude. They will not ready hear to customer. Really it is too much. In ten months I m not able to use my phone a single day satisfactorily. If you are feeling proud by doing false promise, then good, your future in India will be bright.

Can i get my warranty sevice as i hv purchased my gionee splus from flipkart and has no dealer sign. what to do?

I have buy p7 max 7day ago. Mic. Speaker head phone are not working properly. Software corrupted. I visited service he updated d phone at morning in evening it shows d same problem. If they don't replace phone I'll visit to consumer court.

I use Geeoni P5L handset,but its fingerprint sensor is not working. I am unable to unlock my phone using it. plz help.

My mobile is Gionee M5 lite. I had given the phone at your service center at Udaipur for ringer problem. They took a long time of one hour to check and give the jobsheet. But later in the evening the center called and told that they it will take about 8000 Rs to repair although the set is in warrant period. When i gae the mobile phone to the service center it was working except minor ringer problem. Now the mobile is not charging, your service center has damaged my phone. I want my phone to be repaired at the earliest.

Then, in gionee care my mobile is open (motherboard, screen , charging pin) then ask that there is no problem in these accessories but this is a software problem. after join all the parts of mobile my mobile touch does not work then I asked to him about the problem then he asked that your mobile touch is faulted and changed by new touch but my mobile touch is in good conditions before giving in gionee care. Plz help me for the problem.

The mobile which i purchased was gionee f103 it is such a slim phone that it just tilted near camera and suddenly the volume down button stopped working...and it is hanging.

I am not satisfied with my gionee s6s i purchase it on 1 Jan 2017 after using for 1 month there was issue of network selection in hand set i went to Service Center they update it with Software but not successful 2 time I again go for this it works & after that the new issue was there the phone go hang, restart,show switch off at the time any budy call me the network is full showing again i went to Service Center they changed the mother board for this but the problem was the same i go again for this 4th time they replace some other thing know the new problem is there the finger print sensors is not working know my issue i how many times I have to visit the service Center for this types of issue want the new hand set or I will go for legal my hand set is New as New at the time of purchase. I am using Gionee S6s purchase by Tezpur Darang Cycle store.firstly finger print does not work so I went to service centre but they delay service is not completely and I pick up my mobile. After few days my mobile charger adopter does not work.please solution my mobile.

Marathon M4 mobile model battery is dead but it is not available in shops. please help me to buy it.

I'm going to the service center from last 3 time but they are not give the right information about my gionee f103pro, the problem in hand set is switched off suddenly and not open and charge very slowly, after giving all the information regarding problem still they (service center) are not solving my problem, such a irresponsible person they are.

We were facing some problem with the hob of your company , so we have contacted at customer care . They told us that technician will reach within 24 to48 hours but after 72 hours , we have not received any technical person. We have called several times at customer care but hv not received any positive response yet. This is my worst experience with such a reputed company. If u have Any after salespeople, pls respond at my problem. My registered mob no is 9887978562.

The staff in Gionee service centre were fighting with me about the warranty. The phone is one month old bought from USA. Plz take action against the service centre.

I bought my Gionee F103 PRO. On 1 Oct 2016. And after 7 days. Its Motherboard changed by service centre. But after that its battery problem happened again and they do not replace my battery. They starting update and update 3-4 times. Today my battery does not work properly and the staff said.. Ur battery warranty expired, How? When i went to service center then my battery is under warranty. At that time they only update my phone not replace my battery. I am a student and i have not at all any money for purchasing battery. I want my new battery without giving any payment.

Firstly tell you one thing that your service provider is very bad. I gave him my phone f103pro on 7sep with heating problem. He ask that I want 4day, I say OK after then when I asked about phone he asked that he wants more time. Today he asked for 15 minutes but in 15mins he changed my screen and say it's done. But my problems are as it is. He broken my phone but he don't ask any thing about it. Now what I do against him. Suggest me. 9169612077.

Videos and images are not downloading. Whenever I try to download an video it doesn't supports and if I download an image it gives an error as “the file you picked was not a photo” please reply the earliest.

I used gionee a1 since last 6 months but two weeks above my phone works slow and hang some times Im questioned in the user feedback but I won't receive any feedback from you.

I had earlier placed an order of gionee F103 pro charger and have received it today. But they have refused to accept my handset 's charging point saying that it is against the company policy. It seems that they are harassing the customers and not taking our handsets for servicing. It becomes quite troublesome for the customers to leave behind their jobs and run to the service centre on a daily basis. I am annoyed why they did not take for servicing on the same day just because of the delivery of the charger on the same day.

Hi, I have Gionee A1 handset, but when I purchased I have main two problems continue, so many times I gone to the service center but the do temporarily solutions, after some days same problems come out, please give permanent solutions to customers, this is wrong, so please do permanent solutions.

Gionee P7 has switched off automatically while using internet and is not restarting. Plz help.
