I bought a jiofi device.. i was a worst exp. to buy. it was huge mistake of my life , bcoz i only getting a speed of 200kbps only on google apps ,and bit low on other apps , my mind was stuck when i bought this in same price, i purchase a wifi device of vodafone instead of purchasing jiofi. u people of jio says fastest network..come here on my home and feel the bad speed of ur network. vodafone 4g give a speed of 1.5mb or above in same place. if u want to see yours customer happy so plz fix this issue.

When i open the jio4gvioce call app for calling or messaging it shows the message that please connect to the internet or check your internet connection. I do force stop the app several times and sometimes i uninstall the app but after installing it again from play store it shows same problem. My jio no. is 8789425443. Kindly bring new updates to the app with changes on internet connection.

I installed this jio calling APP with my jio no 8077768783 but app is not supporting ... My data was always but this App shows that unable to connect please check your data connection... And I can't make call.

From four months I am facing problem in network.i have made complaint on 9th of July but yet problem is not solved.jio is going to o plan a tower from last four months n yet they haven't done anything.

Even though I don't use my phone much and even after switching off all the background apps, over night I lose my 1 GB data ..n in the morning I am left out with just 34-40 mb..please help me get through this problem.

I have so many times complaint ur coustemer care center but my problem was not cleared. The problem was

Jio customer care Employees are useless nobody can solve any kind of issue he needs always 15 days after 15 days problem is same. My issues are very simple. My ADD ON plan is Activated.but I can’t use it. when I call again customer care. he told I need more 15 days to solve this problem. Now my question is.. my ADD ON plan is expire soon. In 14 January 2018. Unless it will be okay, my plan has expired. If you are a bit worried about your custom, then do it please as soon as possible.

My jio 4gvoice is always offline from 13th December and it was showing unable to connect Internet but my device's mobile data was on.
