I have a inverter battery and i faced problem where it wasnt charging properly. I asked the service center to come and rectify the problem. But even after calling them many times they are not responding to my complaints. Not very friendly service.

I am using a Luminous LT550N 160AH, inverter battery from more than 10 months. But now its having charging problems as its not charging to its full capacity. On power failure the inverter runs for a maximum of an hour even though only a single fan is being used. The service center people took it for repair once but we are still having the same problem.

I complained on 14.3.1016 but no one came to rectify the problem till today. I have already complain about the same issue at least 10 times but no solution was provided. Is this the type of customer service Luminous provides...? Either change my inverter or solve my complaint otherwise i have to go to consumer court. I will reach the consumer forum on Monday as i am very upset.

I have been trying ever since 3rd week of March 2016 to get my AMC renewed but to no avail. I was told that the company has shifted its offices to Gurgaon and that after a week or two the AMC willl be renewed. Please see to it that the AMC is renewed as early as possible. Expecting a prompt action from your side.

Complained on 05 Jun 16 regarding inverter, Complain No. 4002411440. Still not rectified inspite of many reminder. Luminous's after sales service is Very Very BAD. Worst experience I had ever. Every time the toll free/customer care, we dial tends to avoid to listen and sometimes cut the phone connection in between. Very horrifying experience with LUMINOUS PRODUCT.

Luminous inverter is not good for home user. I have already two Microtek inverter using since Last 10 years but no trouble has come till now. I purchase a new Luminous inverter on dated 4.05.16. In these three months the inverter repaired two times. Now i complain third times on dated 20.07016 and no response has been taken till now. How can I say that the Luminous inverter is good.

Please refer to my purchase of One 12 V / 180 AH Luminous Tublar Battery Vide Invoice n0. 15 Dated.28th Dec.- 15 of Allied Power Solutios (I) Pvt. Ltd. In 2016 it self a complaint have been lodged and battery was repaired which has again problem for the last 5-6 months and despite complaint, for the last one week only Engineer has visited with a promise that on 3rd Monday it will be replaced. I have reported to helpdesk for repair of subject Luminous UPS LB+VX 675 on 11/06/17 vide No. 4004131523 dtd 11/06/17. The Service Engineer attended on 21/06/17 and informed me (as I was not present, My 83 years old mother was alone there) that PB-2013-675 Circuit/Card has been changed for which a charge of Rs.1450 has also taken from my mother vide MR No.16699, Book No.334 dtd.21/06/17. But actually it is not working till then. The matter was informed repeatedly to the SE over phone. As advised, the Electrical connection wire, Switch Board has also been changed by me but still it is not working/ not charging Batteries and it is lying idle. The matter may be looked into and may please be solved as an earliest.

luminous engineers are too bad in service. They have no knowledge of product's service and they call to customer and take his complaint n. or code n. and close complaints which customer have no knowledge about this and the bihar's service were closed in 20 days. This company have very bad in service and also engineers and products will refuse in a month.

I had complained for my problem of ups inverter. My complaint no.4004640039 dated 5th of Sept., but still waiting for response. Thinking of throwing every luminous product in dustbin where it should had been. No one should buy it's products because when u call for service they just give nos. of their engineers. If complaint for inverter they give fan department nos. and all. They just come fix the problems charge heavy amount and after few hours the problem is the same. Never will tell anyone to buy it's products.

Myself Nagesh from Bangalore, i am dealer of Luminous products. i have registered complaint of battery since one month ago but still no solved i am unhappy for service of Luminous.

Customer scold of Luminous service he told me put on complaint of consumers court on our firm and Luminous company of warranty issues battery warranty is 60 months and we installed 12 months back we are facing court issues now we are unhappy of Luminous service.

Your Ganaur, sonipat, haryana branch service is very very poor. They dont want to do any work, I am waiting last 3 days. I have lot of call him. He said I am coming, I am coming, I am coming bt he didnt. Vikas, Monu they are not responsible. Please fire all them, otherwise block that branch. I request you. Why u harass all customer, who believe in you.

I am in dealer in Fatehpur. There is a service center run by Mr Deepak and whenever we forward a complain its not resolved properly within time. Due to this we are facing lots of problem, please take some action for this. I hope something would be done fast.

Purchased on 01/09/217, back up less than 1 hr. so logged complain 8/08/2018, service reqt no 4006257386, complaint no 4006287692.

The battery was in service center at bongaigaon since 16th august/18 and now today on telephonic conversation the related technician said that it ok. but in practical field I myself found it continues up to 1 hours only. Please look the matter and do the needful action.

Dear Luminous team

I had purchased a Luminous inverter and battery from Sharma Electronics, ujjain market, siwan on 5.7.18 with a guarantee of 3 years and part replacement warranty of 02 years. I had purchased Luminous product because i thought they were superior quality product and had excellent after sales service.

However, I was shocked to find that the battery was not working after just 02 months of purchase. I had contacted the Sharma Electronics but they have not rectified the problem. It has been more than 03 months but no one has contacted me regarding replacement or repair of the batteries. I am receiving no support or response. I am very disappointed in the product quality and lack of service provided by Luminous.

I am writing to you as a citizen of India would would like to exercise his consumer rights against faulty products supplied by reputed companies and yet not providing any service.

I therefore request you to either replace the faulty product or refund me the entire purchase amount. I am attaching a scan copy of the invoice and the product warranty card.

Very bad experience we are facing now. Around two months only of our inverter and now it is stop working. After complaining still no resolution provide at all. Very bad customer service, no solution provide till now, only excuses they are giving. Next time we will not recommend anyone to buy this brand. How are you solving the customer complain??? It's really frustrating to talk number of people and they are giving only excuses.Is it the service you are providing to the customer??? Is it the way to treat or handle your customer????

Very horrible service. after sending the battery for service there is no improvement .customer care service bakwaas they say we will send our engineer and ur engineer will say they can't come .after this again complained on ur twitter handle they also said same thing but again no one came ar called us. ab to bs yahi kehna hai ki jo soch bhi raha ho luminous inverter ya battery lena plz. plz request don't buy at all

My inverter battery (SC 18054) which I purchased on 7-Jun-2019. It's not working and the battery is dead suddenly and not charging. I raised the complaint on 7-Jun afternoon and your technician visited today (9th Jun) morning and he said, the battery is dead and it does not come under warranty but as per the warranty card It is still in warranty period and it's mentioned up to 54 months on the card..

The Technician is saying it will cost 10+ thousand for the new battery replacement. I again contacted the support team but didn't get any help.

Can you please help me with this? As I trusted much on the Luminous brand so hoping my issue will be resolved soon.

I am very dissatisfied customer/engineer. Complaint but no response.
