I purchased the 13-10-2020 and this fan stopped working on 23rd Suddenly. I raised the complaint 2105095982/01 and no one attended/called me yet. I called customer care again today and they confirmed that, this is cancelled without any reason. one more ticket raised now 2105108429/01.

Looks like very irresponsible service team you have. Can you please tell me the reason why my first service request cancelled?

My Crompton Motor one before mech seal problem. i give to service...but 10 days also seal can't get... all Crompton sales man, service man.. owner, all people telling also no use. very very bad Crompton group.

My Crompton Greaves Geyser of 5 ltrs capacity purchased through Amazon defective & not heating. I have complained to Crompton on 23 Jan 1100 hrs & it was registered. Neither the technician is coming, nor CG complaint is giving any assurance for removing this defect. I have telephoned them number of times on 24 & 25 Jan, but to no effect. Every time they keep on answering wait, wait & wait. On 25thJan, I was told, mech will visit by 7PM . Yet, he did not come. Sorry state of affairs & harassment to consumers. Tel-9810702201

I live in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and have been having a harrowing experience with Crompton Greaves service. It's the month of December and I had placed a complaint on mobile on the 9 th. I was promised help immediately but no one turned up. I called all numbers provided repeatedly. With no one providing support and the office personnel Priya was her name, did not respond to calls. I some how managed to reach one person Manikandan who informed the ASM, Nithyanandam about the long pending complaint of mine. After that and another delay of 1 week they sent parts that were old and used. The technician trying to fix it burnt the wiring and broke the plumbing lines in the process.

The whole unit caught fire leading to our worrying about our own safety. Nithyanandam the ASM sent someone once again with old spare parts agreeing to get the plumbing repaired but the wall had to be broken. When I brought up the fact that the parts were old inspite of them saying they would be ordering for spares and replacing them, Nithyanandam challenged me to take it up in court. Kindly help and advice me on whether I should take it up in consumer protection council.
